When the solar cell panel works, the thin-film solar cell panel is conveyed to the bottom plate of the sealed bin 4 through the opening and closing door in the sealed bin 4; the first sliding block 12 drives a pressing wheel 14 through a support 13 to level the surface of the thin-film solar cell panel; the suction pump sucks air from the air outlet 43, and the thin-film solar cell panel is attached to the surface of the bottom plate of the sealed bin 4; then, the second sliding block 16 is matched with the second sliding rail 17 to enable the film engraving device 34 to longitudinally engrave the thin-film solar cell panel, and when the film engraving device 34 moves on the second guide rod 33, the film engraving device 34 transversely engraves the solar cell panel; meanwhile, the motor drives the cleaning unit 38 to rotate through the third rotating rod 36, and the air supply pipe 52 and the clamping unit 53 in the cleaning unit 38 are matched to clean the surface of the thin-film solar cell panel; meanwhile, the suction pump discharges the dust in the sealing chamber 4 to the outside by sucking the air to the first hole 45.

the film engraving device (34) comprises a third mounting block (35), a third rotating rod (36) and a laser generator (37); a third hole is formed in the third mounting block (35), the third rotating rod (36) is located in the third hole, the top of the third rotating rod (36) is connected with the motor, and the bottom of the third rotating rod (36) is fixedly connected with the laser generator (37); the outer layer of the third rotating rod (36) is fixedly connected with a cleaning unit (38).
