the top of the shell is connected with a flat ring, and a heat radiation fan is arranged in the flat ring; the time-delay doser comprises a conical medicine bin, a floating ball cover, a floating ball stop block, a dosing hole and a medicine bin cover; the medicine bin cover is buckled on the conical medicine bin, and the medicine adding hole is formed in the neck of the transparent medicine tank; the conical medicine bin is obliquely connected to the upper end of the tank handle, is connected with the tank handle into a whole and is also used as a connecting part between the upper part of the tank handle and the transparent medicine tank; the bottom of the conical medicine bin is provided with an inclined medicine bin neck which is communicated with the medicine feeding hole; a floating ball transverse arm is arranged on the left side or the right side of the floating ball cover, the floating ball transverse arm can be rotatably hinged on the inner wall of the neck part of the transparent medicine tank, the floating ball cover covers the medicine adding hole under the buoyancy action of water, and a floating ball stop block for limiting the floating ball cover to float excessively is arranged above the floating ball transverse arm;
