Abstract
The invention provides a method for decorating a soft glue mark on the surface of a fabric, which comprises the following steps: placing the liquid thermoplastic elastomer material in a mould, and heating to harden; and contacting the surface of the hardened thermoplastic elastomer material with a fabric, carrying out hot press molding to enable the thermoplastic elastomer material to be blended into the texture of the fabric, and demoulding to obtain the fabric with the surface decorated with the soft gum marks. According to the invention, aiming at the special structure of the fabric, the thermoplastic elastomer is selected as the identification material, after the heating, hardening and shaping, the semi-liquid thermoplastic elastomer material is fused in the texture of the fabric in a hot pressing mode, and the molecular chain structure linkage is formed between the fabric and the soft gum identification in a glue dripping and permeating mode, so that the identification on the surface of the fabric has excellent mechanical property, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can meet the use requirement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic product identification, in particular to a method for decorating a soft gum identification on the surface of a fabric and a soft gum identification.
Background
The mark is generally arranged on the surface of the product and is used for identifying and popularizing the product. With the continuous improvement of living standard and the continuous development of electronic products, such as mobile phones and computers, the requirement on the appearance of the products is higher and higher, and the material on the surface of the products is not the single material in the past any more. Along with the difference of the surface material of the product, the setting method of the mark is more and more diversified, such as the existing silk-screen printing, gold stamping, double-sided adhesive tape attaching and other processes.
However, the process is only suitable for conventional materials such as iron and plastics, and is not suitable for products decorated by adopting wrapping cloth. Therefore, how to set the marks on the surface of the fabric material and meet the mechanical property requirements has great challenge.

The invention provides a method for decorating a soft glue mark on the surface of a fabric, which comprises the following steps:
placing the liquid thermoplastic elastomer material in a mould, and heating to harden;
and contacting the surface of the hardened thermoplastic elastomer material with a fabric, carrying out hot press molding to enable the thermoplastic elastomer material to be fused into the texture of the fabric, and forming a soft glue mark on the surface of the fabric after demolding.
Preferably, the liquid thermoplastic elastomer material is obtained by mixing component A and component B;
the component A comprises: the adhesive comprises a first thermoplastic elastomer material, a hardening agent, a catalyst, an antifoaming agent and a color paste;
the component B comprises: a second thermoplastic elastomer material.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a method for decorating a soft glue mark on the surface of a fabric, which comprises the following steps:
placing the liquid thermoplastic elastomer material in a mould, and heating to harden;
and contacting the surface of the hardened thermoplastic elastomer material with a fabric, carrying out hot press molding to enable the thermoplastic elastomer material to be fused into the texture of the fabric, and forming a soft glue mark on the surface of the fabric after demolding.
The fabric of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be made of a conventional material such as cotton, hemp, silk or woolen cloth. The yarn diameter of the fabric is preferably more than or equal to 0.5mm, and the gaps between yarns are preferably 0.2-0.5 mm.
The invention is directed to the particular structure of the fabric, a thermoplastic elastomer material, preferably polyurethane, is selected.
The thermoplastic elastomer material is prepared into a liquid material, and specifically, the liquid thermoplastic elastomer material is obtained by mixing the component A and the component B.
The component A comprises: the adhesive comprises a first thermoplastic elastomer material, a hardening agent, a catalyst, an antifoaming agent and a color paste;

The catalyst is preferably a cycloaliphatic catalyst, and in certain embodiments of the invention, the catalyst is catalyst c _ o 2.
The anti-foaming agent is preferably a silicon based anti-foaming agent, and in certain embodiments of the present invention, the anti-foaming agent is anti-foaming agent B _ 30.
The color paste may be selected according to the color of the logo, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
The mass ratio of the first thermoplastic elastomer material, the hardener, the catalyst and the defoaming agent is preferably 100: (0.2-0.4): (4-6): (0.1-0.3).
The dosage of the color paste can be automatically adjusted according to the requirement.
After the component A and the component B are mixed, the raw materials are preferably completely mixed by using a stirrer for 10-15 seconds, the mixture is placed in a mold, the mold is filled with a liquid thermoplastic elastomer material, the surface of the mold is leveled, and the mold is hardened and shaped by heating.
The invention preferably further comprises the following components before heating and hardening: and (6) vacuumizing.
Specifically, the mold is placed into a vacuum box, a cover is closed, and vacuumizing treatment is performed, preferably, vacuumizing is performed for 2-3 times continuously.
The vacuumizing time is preferably 20-30 s.
The vacuumizing can ensure that no bubble exists in the mark, and the attractiveness of the product is ensured.
After the vacuumizing is completed, the mold is taken out, and the excessive overflowing materials on the groove edge of the mold are scraped completely to ensure the smoothness of the mark.
The heat hardening method is not particularly limited, and may be a general heating method known to those skilled in the art, and in some embodiments, an oven baking method is used.
The temperature of the heating hardening is preferably 115-125 ℃, and the time is preferably 150-200 s.
And cleaning the fabric, aligning the front surface of the fabric downwards to a positioning column of the mold, attaching the fabric to the mold, contacting the surface of the hardened thermoplastic elastomer material with the fabric, and performing hot press molding.
The temperature of the hot-press forming is preferably 85-95 ℃, the time is preferably 360-420 s, and the pressure is preferably 8-10 kg.
The invention adopts a hot pressing method to enable semi-liquid materials to be blended in the texture of the cloth fabric and form an inseparable whole with the cloth fabric.
Preferably, after the hot press bonding, the method further comprises:

The operation of keeping the temperature static can make the thermoplastic elastomer material shape on the surface of the fabric for the second time, ensure that the material is not easy to deform and scratch, and make the mark on the surface of the fabric firm and more wear-resistant.
The bonding depth of the finally formed soft glue mark in the fabric can reach 0.4mm +/-0.05mm, and the height of the soft glue mark protruding out of the surface of the fabric is 0.5-0.8 mm.
The invention utilizes the hot melting permeability of the thermoplastic elastomer material to control the combination time, temperature and pressure of the fabric and the soft rubber material, and leads the material to firmly permeate into the yarn gap in the fabric through high-temperature hot pressing and standing, thereby ensuring the stability of the molecular chain structure, combining the soft rubber mark and the fabric into a whole, and simultaneously meeting the appearance requirement and the safety of the soft mark.
The invention also provides a soft glue mark decorated on the surface of the fabric, which is prepared by blending the thermoplastic elastomer material into the texture of the fabric through hot press molding.
The fabric texture is the yarn spacing of the fabric.
The invention also provides electronic equipment which comprises the soft gum mark prepared by the method or the soft gum mark.

Example 1
The fabric material is as follows: 100 percent of polyester fiber, the yarn diameter of the yarn is 0.5mm, and the gap between the yarns is 0.3 mm.

Example 2
High and low temperature performance test
1. Testing instrument
A constant temperature and humidity test box;

The sample is placed in a test box and placed in a set environment for 48 h: 65 ℃/95%/24 h, -20 ℃/95%/24 h. After the high and low temperature test, the surface of the soft gum mark is pasted 10 times by using a 3M610 adhesive tape.
3. Test standard
After high and low temperature tests, the LOGO sheet cannot be tilted or fall off;
the surface of the LOGO is covered and pasted by the 3M610 adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is pulled up, and the LOGO cannot tilt or fall off along with the adhesive tape. The actions are repeated for 10 times, and the LOGO cannot tilt or fall off;

the 3M610 tape was adhered to the LOGO surface 10 times without the phenomenon of glue failure or lifting.

Third, wear resistance test
