Abstract
The invention relates to ink for thermal transfer printing, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of water-based ink, 5-10 parts of curing agent and 15-20 parts of diluent, and also comprises a thermal transfer printing method. s26: placing the printed semi-finished product into an oven, setting the temperature of the oven to be 40-60 ℃, baking for 15-20 min, and taking out;
s27: printing second glue, wherein the force of the scraper needs to be uniform in the operation process, the speed is reduced, and the fastness of the glue can be improved by printing the second glue, so that the patterns are fuller and more saturated;
s28: placing the printed semi-finished product into an oven, setting the temperature of the oven to be 40-60 ℃, baking for 15-20 min, and taking out;
s29: the method comprises the following steps of (1) adjusting the pressure of a cutting die by using the cutting die, placing a printed product on the cutting die, wherein the cutting die is completely broken in shape, and the printed product needs to be lightly taken and placed in order in the process;

Detailed Description
The thermal transfer printing ink comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70-80 parts of water-based ink, 5-10 parts of curing agent and 15-20 parts of diluent; the water-based ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60% of water-based PUA, 15% of water, 20% of titanium dioxide, 5% of defoaming agent, dispersing agent and leveling agent; the curing agent comprises HM-diisocyanate and HMDI polyisocyanate; the diluent comprises ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and an ester solvent. The mass ratio of HM-diisocyanate and HMDI polyisocyanate in the curing agent is 1% and 99% respectively. The mass ratio of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether to ester solvent in the diluent is 1% and 99% respectively.

The ink for thermal transfer of the present example contains the following components in parts by mass: 74 parts of aqueous ink, 8 parts of curing agent and 18 parts of diluent; the water-based ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60% of water-based PUA, 15% of water, 20% of titanium dioxide, 5% of defoaming agent, dispersing agent and leveling agent; the curing agent comprises 1% by mass of HM-diisocyanate and 99% by mass of HMDI polyisocyanate; the diluent comprises 1% by mass of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 99% by mass of ester solvent.
Example 3
The ink for thermal transfer of the present example contains the following components in parts by mass: 78 parts of aqueous ink, 7 parts of curing agent and 15 parts of diluent; the water-based ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60% of water-based PUA, 15% of water, 20% of titanium dioxide, 5% of defoaming agent, dispersing agent and leveling agent; the curing agent comprises 1% by mass of HM-diisocyanate and 99% by mass of HMDI polyisocyanate; the diluent comprises 1% by mass of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 99% by mass of ester solvent.
Example 4
The ink for thermal transfer of the present example contains the following components in parts by mass: 80 parts of water-based ink, 5 parts of curing agent and 15 parts of diluent; the water-based ink comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60% of water-based PUA, 15% of water, 20% of titanium dioxide, 5% of defoaming agent, dispersing agent and leveling agent; the curing agent comprises 1% by mass of HM-diisocyanate and 99% by mass of HMDI polyisocyanate; the diluent comprises 1% by mass of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 99% by mass of ester solvent.
Example 5
The inks for thermal transfer printing in examples 1 to 4 were transferred to leather, metal, glass and polymer flannelette by the thermal transfer printing method of the present invention, respectively, and the following tests were carried out after the completion of the transfer printing: the product was placed on an HTC1125, Rubber model # EF74 instrument, under a load of 250g, 200 passes, at a speed of 1cycle/1Sec, and pattern integrity was checked after testing to obtain the following results:
