In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following description is made by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, it shows a flowchart of an implementation of the banknote processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
step 101, identifying deposited paper money to divide the deposited paper money into normal paper money and abnormal paper money, wherein the normal paper money represents the paper money which can be received by the self-service terminal, and the abnormal paper money represents the paper money which can be refused to be received by the self-service terminal;
the invention is applied to a self-service terminal which has a self-service deposit function, for example, the self-service terminal can be a Cash Recycling System (CRS for short). The self-service terminal can comprise a customer receiving part, a currency detecting part, a temporary storage currency box and a circulating currency box, wherein the customer receiving part is used for interacting with customers for storing and taking out currency, for example, the customer receiving the deposited currency by a user through a deposit and withdrawal port or sending the currency to the deposit and withdrawal port for the customer to take out; the temporary storage banknote box is used for temporarily storing banknotes in the process of depositing or withdrawing; the circulating money box is used for storing normal paper money deposited by a deposit user.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the self-service terminal performs deposit operation, the banknotes deposited by a customer are received through the deposit and withdrawal port, and the deposited banknotes are identified through the currency detecting part, so that normal banknotes and abnormal banknotes in the deposited banknotes are distinguished, wherein the normal banknotes represent the banknotes receivable by the self-service terminal, and the abnormal banknotes represent the banknotes rejected by the self-service terminal. For example, a counterfeit banknote among deposited banknotes is recognized as an abnormal banknote; for another example, a defective bill or a contaminated bill among the deposited bills is recognized as an abnormal bill.
Note that, the deposited banknotes are generally plural, and the identifying of the deposited banknotes means identifying the deposited banknotes one by one, so as to determine whether the corresponding banknotes are normal banknotes or abnormal banknotes one by one.
Optionally, after said identifying the deposited banknotes, comprising: and conveying the identified paper money to a temporary storage paper money box of the self-service terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the deposited paper money is identified by the money detecting part, each identified paper money is conveyed to the temporary storage paper money box for temporary storage. Namely, the recognized normal paper money and the recognized abnormal paper money are both conveyed to the temporary storage paper money box, and after the recognition of all the deposited paper money is finished, corresponding operation is executed based on a further instruction of a user.
It should be noted that, in the current common practice of identifying deposited paper currency, when abnormal paper currency is identified, the abnormal paper currency is returned to the deposited paper currency of the customer receiving part, and only the identified normal paper currency is conveyed to the temporary storage paper currency box; the paper money returned to the customer receiving part can be identified again because the paper money is identified one by one, and when the paper money returned to the customer receiving part is identified again, all the paper money deposited at this time is determined to be completely identified, namely, if the customer deposits N paper money, the self-service terminal needs to identify for at least N +1 times; according to the method and the device, when the deposited paper money is identified, the identified normal paper money and the identified abnormal paper money are both conveyed to the temporary paper money storage box, and when the paper money deposited by a customer in the customer receiving part is 0, all the paper money deposited at this time is determined to be identified, namely, the method and the device only need to identify N times for N paper money deposited by the customer, so that compared with the existing paper money processing mode, the identification times are reduced, and the identification efficiency is improved.
102, counting the number of the normal paper money and the number of the abnormal paper money;
and 103, displaying the number of the normal paper money and the number of the abnormal paper money on a display screen of the self-service terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the deposited paper currency is identified, the number of the identified normal paper currency and the number of the abnormal paper currency are counted, and the counted number of the normal paper currency and the counted number of the abnormal paper currency are displayed on a display screen of the self-service terminal, so that a customer can input a further operation instruction based on the displayed content. Meanwhile, the relevant information of the complete and definite deposited paper money is fed back to the client.
For example, the customer deposits 100 banknotes, and the self-service terminal displays 90 banknotes and 10 abnormal banknotes in the deposited banknotes on the display screen after identification, so that the customer can determine that the total number of the deposited banknotes is 100 banknotes, but 10 abnormal banknotes rejected by the self-service terminal exist.
According to the method, the deposited paper money is identified to be divided into normal paper money and abnormal paper money; counting the number of the normal paper money and the number of the abnormal paper money; displaying the number of the normal paper money and the number of the abnormal paper money on a display screen of the self-service terminal; when the customer deposits paper currency into self-service terminal, can all feed back the quantity of normal paper currency and the quantity of unusual paper currency in the paper currency of depositing to the customer to it does not make statistics of and quantity feedback to unusual paper currency among the prior art to have avoided, leads to the user can not directly perceivedly understand its condition of depositing paper currency information, has promoted customer experience.
Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a banknote processing method according to another embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
step 201, identifying deposited paper money to divide the deposited paper money into normal paper money and abnormal paper money, wherein the normal paper money represents the paper money which can be received by the self-service terminal, and the abnormal paper money represents the paper money which can be refused to be received by the self-service terminal;
step 202, conveying the identified paper money to a temporary storage paper money box of the self-service terminal;
