本发明公开了一种壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,包括净化器本体和吸气管,净化器本体设有电源线和插头,吸气管表面开有轴向的管槽,净化器本体呈长方体,贴合安装于无尘室的直角型墙角上,净化器本体包括过滤板、分隔板、空气质量传感器、回流管、第一抽气泵和排气口,过滤板水平安装于净化器本体上部,分隔板竖直安装于净化器本体中,分隔板左右两侧各通入一根吸气管,空气质量传感器安装于过滤板下方,排气口位于净化器本体的底部,并设有排气口盖,回流管设置于净化器本体上,回流管下端设有第二抽气泵;具有结构合理、净化效果好和不占空间特点。

技术领域
本发明属于净化技术领域,具体涉及一种壁挂式无尘室空气净化器。
背景技术
无尘室,亦称为无尘室或清净室。它是污染控制的基础。控制空气悬浮微粒浓度,从而达到适当的微粒洁净度级别。无尘室是指将一定空间范围内之空气中的微粒子、有害空气、细菌等之污染物排除,并将室内之温度、洁净度、室内压力、气流速度与气流分布、噪音振动及照明、静电控制在某一需求范围内,而所给予特别设计之房间。无尘室中不论外在之空气条件如何变化,其室内均能俱有维持原先所设定要求之洁净度、温湿度及压力等性能之特性。
无尘室最主要之作用在于控制产品所接触之大气的洁净度日及温湿度,使产品能在一个良好之环境空间中生产、制造,此空间我们称之为无尘室。按照国际惯例,无尘净化级别主要是根据每立方米空气中粒子直径大于划分标准的粒子数量来规定。也就是说所谓无尘并非100%没有一点灰尘,而是控制在一个非常微量的单位上。
目前,无尘室日常维护采用的空气净化器,设置于控制净化器本体上,吸入的空气较为局部,所以对于较大的无尘室,需要设置多个空气净化器,否则无尘室内就存在了洁净空气梯度,会影响整个无尘室的空气质量维护。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种结构合理,吸入空气全面,净化效果好且不占用工作空间的壁挂式室内空气净化器。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,包括净化器本体和吸气管,所述净化器本体设有电源线和插头,所述电源线与插头连接,所述吸气管表面开有轴向的管槽,所述管槽的长度为吸气管长度的4/5,所述净化器本体呈长方体,贴合安装于无尘室的直角型墙角上,所述净化器本体包括过滤板、分隔板、空气质量传感器、回流管、第一抽气泵和排气口,所述过滤板水平安装于净化器本体上部,所述分隔板竖直安装于净化器本体中,顶端连接于净化器本体的顶部,底端与滤网相接,所述分隔板左右两侧各通入一根吸气管,所述空气质量传感器安装于过滤板下方,所述第一抽气泵安装于净化器本体下部的内壁上,所述排气口位于净化器本体的底部,并设有排气口盖,所述排气口盖可通过控制开关打开或关闭,所述控制开关与空气质量传感器连接,所述回流管一端连接于空气质量传感器与排气口之间的净化器本体上,另一端连接于过滤网与净化器本体顶部之间的净化器本体上,所述回流管下端设有第二抽气泵。
作为进一步改进的技术方案,单根所述吸气管的长度为3-15m。
作为进一步改进的技术方案,所述净化器本体与无尘室墙角处的两面墙壁各通过一个悬挂结构相连。
作为进一步改进的技术方案,所述过滤板自上而下依次包括pp滤网、活性炭滤网和EVA滤层。
作为进一步改进的技术方案,所述排气口下方设有导流板,所述导流板的一端安装于净化器本体的底部。
作为进一步改进的技术方案,所述吸气管水平安装于墙壁,并通过软管通入净化器本体。
本发明的有益效果为:
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的壁挂式室内空气净化器具有显著的优点,其一,净化器本体挂于墙角,不占用操作人员和机器的工作空间,提高了无尘室的利用率,间接降低了生产成本;其二,采用吸气管进行均衡吸气,能够吸入整个无尘室的空气,而避免了空气洁净程度不同,最大程度的完成了净化过程,净化效果好,净化效率高;其三,结构合理并且简单,安装、维护和维修方便,使用也方便;其四,采用空气质量传感器进行测试,实时监控净化效果,当净化后的空气达不到标准时,再次进行净化而不排出,保证了无尘室的空气质量。

实施例
如图1所示,一种壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,包括净化器本体1和吸气管2,净化器本体1设有电源线3和插头4,电源线3与插头4连接,吸气管2表面开有轴向的管槽5,管槽5的长度为吸气管2长度的4/5,净化器本体1呈长方体,贴合安装于无尘室的直角型墙角6上,净化器本体1包括过滤板7、分隔板8、空气质量传感器9、回流管10、第一抽气泵14和排气口11,过滤板7水平安装于净化器本体1上部,分隔板8竖直安装于净化器本体1中,顶端连接于净化器本体1的顶部,底端与滤网相接,分隔板8左右两侧各通入一根吸气管2,空气质量传感器9安装于过滤板7下方,第一抽气泵14安装于净化器本体1下部的内壁上,排气口11位于净化器本体1的底部,并设有排气口12盖,排气口盖12可通过控制开关13打开或关闭,控制开关13与空气质量传感器9连接,回流管10一端连接于空气质量传感器9与排气口11之间的净化器本体1上,另一端连接于过滤网与净化器本体1顶部之间的净化器本体1上,回流管10下端设有第二抽气泵15。
本实施中,单根吸气管2的长度为3-15m。
本实施中,净化器本体1与无尘室墙角处的两面墙壁各通过一个悬挂结构16相连。
如图2所示,本实施中,过滤板7自上而下依次包括pp滤网18、活性炭滤网19和EVA滤层20。
本实施中,排气口11下方设有导流板,导流板的一端安装于净化器本体1的底部。
本实施中,吸气管2水平安装于墙壁,并通过软管17通入净化器本体1。
本发明的工作原理和过程:将净化器本体1通过悬挂结构16固定好后,根据无尘室具体的尺寸,选取合适长度的吸气管2,水平安装于墙的上部;给净化器本体1通电,第一抽气泵14工作,使得空气通过管槽5,再经过软管17吸入净化器本体1;吸入的空气经滤网净化后,到达空气质量传感器9处,当空气质量传感器9检测出净化后的空气达到净化标准时,控制开关13打开并控制排气口12盖打开,遂空气从排气口11排出,当空气质量传感器9检测出净化后的空气未达到净化标准时,控制开关13关闭,排气口盖12关闭,第二抽气泵15工作,将空气再次抽入滤网上端,再次进过滤网过滤。以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,其特征在于,包括净化器本体和吸气管,所述净化器本体设有电源线和插头,所述电源线与插头连接,所述吸气管表面开有轴向的管槽,所述管槽的长度为吸气管长度的4/5,所述净化器本体呈长方体,贴合安装于无尘室的直角型墙角上,所述净化器本体包括过滤板、分隔板、空气质量传感器、回流管、第一抽气泵和排气口,所述过滤板水平安装于净化器本体上部,所述分隔板竖直安装于净化器本体中,顶端连接于净化器本体的顶部,底端与滤网相接,所述分隔板左右两侧各通入一根吸气管,所述空气质量传感器安装于过滤板下方,所述第一抽气泵安装于净化器本体下部的内壁上,所述排气口位于净化器本体的底部,并设有排气口盖,所述排气口盖可通过控制开关打开或关闭,所述控制开关与空气质量传感器连接,所述回流管一端连接于空气质量传感器与排气口之间的净化器本体上,另一端连接于过滤网与净化器本体顶部之间的净化器本体上,所述回流管下端设有第二抽气泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,其特征在于,单根所述吸气管的长度为3-15m。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述净化器本体与无尘室墙角处的两面墙壁各通过一个悬挂结构相连。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述过滤板自上而下依次包括PP滤网、活性炭滤网和EVA滤层。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述排气口下方设有导流板,所述导流板的一端安装于净化器本体的底部。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的壁挂式无尘室空气净化器,其特征在于,所述吸气管水平安装于墙壁,并通过软管通入净化器本体。
