Abstract
本发明公开了一种木屑粘合剂,其特征在于包含以下重量份的组分:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)10‑50份,蓖麻油1‑10份,聚乙二醇10‑30份,三羟甲基丙烷1‑5份,氯化石蜡5‑20份,碳酸钙20‑40份,二丁基锡二月桂酸0.1‑0.5份,三乙烯二胺0.1‑5份。本发明的粘合剂黏结力强,硬度高,而且不含甲醛成分,属于无醛环保粘合剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘合剂,具体涉及一种粘接木屑用的粘合剂。
背景技术
木屑是木材加工产生的锯末、刨花等剩余木料,添加粘合剂后,通过热压成型可以加以利用制造刨花板、纤维板和具有特殊造型的木质工艺品等。目前木屑的热压粘合是使用的″三醛胶″,即脲醛胶、酚醛胶和三聚氰胺-甲醛聚合物胶水,尤其以脲醛胶使用做多。这些粘合剂中都含有甲醛成分,而甲醛易致癌,对人们的生命健康造成威胁。目前已有人开发植物蛋白胶作为环保胶水用于木屑的粘接,但是植物蛋白易变质腐烂,且耐水性不佳。本发明的粘合剂不使用甲醛做原料,从源头杜绝了甲醛的危害,同时粘结力强、胶水固化后硬度高、耐水性极佳。
发明内容
为解决传统″三醛胶″的甲醛危害和植物蛋白胶耐水性不佳的问题,本发明提供了一种环保的耐水性极佳的木屑用粘合剂。
一种木屑粘合剂,包含以下重量份的组分二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-50份,蓖麻油1-10份,聚乙二醇10-30份,三羟甲基丙烷1-5份,氯化石蜡5-20份,碳酸钙20-40份,二丁基锡二月桂酸0.1-0.5份,三乙烯二胺0.1-5份。
优选的,所述的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为2,4′-MDI和4,4′ -MDI各占50%的液态MDI(MDI-50)。
优选的,所述的聚乙二醇分子量为100-5000,优选的是 200-1000。
优选的,所述的碳酸钙为重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、超细碳酸钙、活性碳酸钙中的一种或几种。优选的是轻质碳酸钙。更为优选的是粒径为50-500目的轻质碳酸钙。
本发明的粘合剂固化后邵尔硬度达到3H,100℃沸水蒸煮试样8小时,试样强度下降小于15%。

实施例一
一种木屑粘合剂,包含以下重量份的组分二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)40份,蓖麻油5份,聚乙二醇(分子量250) 20份,三羟甲基丙烷2份,氯化石蜡8份,200目轻质碳酸钙22份,二丁基锡二月桂酸0.3份,三乙烯二胺2.7份。
实施例二
一种木屑粘合剂,包含以下重量份的组分二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯30份,蓖麻油5份,聚乙二醇(分子量300)20份,三羟甲基丙烷2份,氯化石蜡8份,200目轻质碳酸钙32份,二丁基锡二月桂酸0.1份,三乙烯二胺2.9份。
实施例三
一种木屑粘合剂,包含以下重量份的组分二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)45份,蓖麻油6份,聚乙二醇(分子量450) 14份,三羟甲基丙烷3.5份,氯化石蜡10份,300目轻质碳酸钙20份,二丁基锡二月桂酸0.5份,三乙烯二胺1份。
实施例四
一种木屑粘合剂,包含以下重量份的组分二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)25份,蓖麻油10份,聚乙二醇(分子量800) 15份,三羟甲基丙烷2份,氯化石蜡10份,180目重质碳酸钙 34.5份,二丁基锡二月桂酸0.3份,三乙烯二胺3.2份。

Claims (4)
1.一种木屑粘合剂,其特征在于包含以下重量份的组分二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯10-50份,蓖麻油1-10份,聚乙二醇10-30份,三羟甲基丙烷1-5份,氯化石蜡5-20份,碳酸钙20-40份,二丁基锡二月桂酸0.1-0.5份,三乙烯二胺0.1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于:所述的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为2,4’-MDI和4,4’-MDI各占50%的液态MDI。
3.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于:所述的聚乙二醇分子量为100-5000,优选的是200-1000。
4.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于:所述的碳酸钙为重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、超细碳酸钙、活性碳酸钙中的一种或几种。优选的是轻质碳酸钙。更为优选的是粒径为50-500目的轻质碳酸钙。
