The weight percentage of the composite material is as follows: 100 parts of PVC resin; 2.0-3.0 parts of a stabilizer; 0.2-0.5 part of foaming agent; 1.0-8.0 parts of POE grafted glycidyl methacrylate; 51-55 parts of trioctyl trimellitate; 0.3-0.5 part of oxidized polyethylene wax, and the preparation steps are as follows: putting the mixture into a high-speed mixer, mixing at the rotating speed of 1350 r/min-1450 r/min, discharging the mixture into a low-speed mixer, and cooling and discharging the mixture; mixing and discharging sheets in a double-roll open mill, wherein the roll temperature of the double-roll open mill is 110-120 ℃; and pressing the milled material sheets and cooling to obtain the PVC soft foaming crystal plate. The PVC soft foaming crystal board has the advantages of transparency, no toxicity, no smell, softness, high resilience, folding resistance, pressure resistance and high temperature resistance, and a certain amount of bubbles are arranged in the PVC soft foaming crystal board, so that the crystal board has a fantastic artistic effect.

The invention provides a PVC soft foaming crystal board composition, which can be used for preparing a PVC soft crystal board containing transparent bubbles by using a suspension method PVC resin with the average polymerization degree of 1300-2500 in a specific ratio, a stabilizer, a foaming agent and POE (polyolefin elastomer) grafted glycidyl methacrylate, is nontoxic and tasteless, can control the number and the size of the bubbles in the soft PVC foaming crystal board by adjusting the using amounts of the foaming agent and the POE grafted glycidyl methacrylate, achieves different visual effects, is soft in touch, and has good indoor decoration beautification, desktop gaskets and other uses.
Preferably, the weight composition is: 100 parts of PVC resin; 2.6-2.8 parts of a stabilizer; 0.3-0.35 part of foaming agent; 3.0-5.6 parts of POE grafted glycidyl methacrylate; 52.5-53.5 parts of trioctyl trimellitate; 0.38-0.42 part of oxidized polyethylene wax. The optimal weight ratio can reach the optimal state of the invention, and the invention has strong anti-aging capability and long service life.
Preferably, the stabilizer is an organic tin stabilizer, a transparent calcium zinc stabilizer or a transparent rare earth stabilizer. The preferable stabilizer is more suitable for the formula of the invention, and can ensure higher transparency of the crystal plate.
Preferably, the stabilizer is the transparent calcium zinc stabilizer MC9875 KA. The more preferable transparent calcium zinc stabilizer is the most suitable stabilizer for the invention, so that the crystal plate has higher transparency, is environment-friendly and has no peculiar smell, and the flexibility and the rebound resilience of the obtained crystal plate reach the best effect of the invention.
Preferably, the foaming agent is bis-benzenesulfonyl hydrazide. The preferred blowing agents are most compatible with the present invention and the resulting bubbles are highly transparent.
Preferably, the POE grafted glycidyl methacrylate is a product obtained by melt grafting modification of glycidyl methacrylate and an ethylene-octene copolymer, and the grafting rate of the glycidyl methacrylate is 0.5-3%. The POE grafted glycidyl methacrylate with the optimized structure provided by the invention can better adjust the elasticity of the crystal plate, improve the pressure resistance and folding resistance, control the shape and size of bubbles and improve the aesthetic degree.

2) adding the materials into a double-roll open mill, mixing for 400-500 s, and discharging, wherein the roll temperature of the double-roll open mill is 110-120 ℃; and pressing the milled material sheet in a mold press at 172-178 ℃ for 8-10 min, and cooling to obtain the PVC soft foaming crystal board.
The preparation method can best exert the performance collocation of the composition formula to obtain the soft foaming crystal plate with proper performance.
