技术领域
本发明涉及果蔬包装技术领域,尤其涉及一种火龙果包装用保鲜膜。
背景技术
新鲜的果蔬采摘后不及时进行保鲜处理就会出现失水萎蔫、品质恶化和腐烂等现象。目前,常用的果蔬保鲜方法主要有冷藏保鲜法、气调保鲜法、辐射保鲜法和普通保鲜膜保鲜法等。保鲜膜包装由于成本低、普及性广,市场接受度较高,是近年来应用较广泛的果蔬保鲜方法。
聚乙烯薄膜是目前应用最广泛、用量最大的一种塑料包装薄膜,其具有高透明性,易加工性,耐化学性及制造成本低等优点,目前已被广泛用于果蔬包装,但是普通的聚乙烯保鲜膜防雾性不是很好,透光率低,且抗菌性能欠佳,限制了其在火龙果包装上的应用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种火龙果包装用保鲜膜,其防雾性好,抗菌防霉性能优异,用于包装火龙果,能抑制火龙果表面微生物的生长繁殖,延长火龙果的货架期。
本发明提出的一种火龙果包装用保鲜膜,其原料按重量份包括:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份、聚乙烯醇10-25份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物4-17份、壳聚糖季铵盐0.2-0.5份、丙酸钙0.2-1份、纳米银0.01-0.05份、麝香草酚0.08-0.38份、厚朴提取物1-3.5份、防雾剂1-2.5份、山梨醇0.4-0.9份、山苍子油1-2.3份、硬脂酸0.7-1.5份、铈配合物0.5-1.7份、石墨烯微片2-5份、高岭土2-7份、麦饭石1-5份、抗氧剂0.05-0.1份。
优选地,所述纳米银的平均粒径为30-48nm;所述麦饭石的平均粒径为100-230nm。
优选地,所述防雾剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯聚环氧乙烷按重量比为2-9:1-5的混合物;具体以单硬脂酸甘油酯、甘油单硬脂酸酯聚环氧乙烷按重量比为2-9:1-5的混合物为防雾剂,与基体的相容性好,两者发挥协同作用,改善了保鲜膜的阻隔性,并且使保鲜膜具有优良的防雾性能。
优选地,所述铈配合物按照以下工艺进行制备:将氯化铈加入醋酸水溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入无水乙醇,混合均匀得到物料A;将壳聚糖和茶多酚加入醋酸水溶液中,调节pH值为4-7,加入无水乙醇搅拌均匀,在搅拌状态下加入物料A,搅拌反应5-15h,反应结束后过滤、洗涤、干燥得到所述铈配合物。
优选地,在铈配合物的制备过程中,氯化铈、壳聚糖、茶多酚的重量比为35-42:145-167:25-32。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂按重量比为2-11:1-5的混合物。
优选地,所述受阻酚类抗氧剂为抗氧剂Irganox1076;所述亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂为Irganox168。
本发明所述火龙果包装用保鲜膜,其原料中以低密度聚乙烯树脂为主料,同时加入了聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物与其配合,赋予保鲜膜优异的强韧性;优选方式铈配合物的制备过程中,以氯化铈为金属盐,以壳聚糖和茶多酚配合作为配体,控制反应的条件使铈离子与壳聚糖中的氨基以及茶多酚中的羰基和酚羟基发生了配位反应,从而将铈、茶多酚、壳聚糖结合为一体,得到了铈配合物,将其加入体系中,与壳聚糖季铵盐、丙酸钙、纳米银、麝香草酚、厚朴提取物、山苍子油配合,在体系中分散性好,具有性能协同作用,一方面,抑制了火龙果表面多种微生物的生长,降低了火龙果的腐烂率,有效维持了火龙果的品质,延长了其贮藏期,另一方面,能降解火龙果中的农药残留,进一步提高了火龙果的品质,另一方面与抗氧剂配合,能吸收较大范围的紫外波长,转化紫外光能,起到了优异的抗氧化作用;石墨烯微片、高岭土、麦饭石配合加入体系中,具有较强的吸附作用,同时具有优异的阻隔作用,抑制了抗氧剂的迁移,同时降低了氧气和水蒸汽的透过率,赋予保鲜膜优异的保鲜效果。
对本发明所述火龙果包装用保鲜膜进行性能检测,其透光率为88.59-89.32%,拉伸强度为9-9.53MPa,断裂伸长率为486-493.12%,高温防雾时间可达280-300h。

本发明提出的一种火龙果包装用保鲜膜,其原料按重量份包括:低密度聚乙烯树脂100份、聚乙烯醇10份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物17份、壳聚糖季铵盐0.2份、丙酸钙1份、纳米银0.01份、麝香草酚0.38份、厚朴提取物1份、防雾剂2.5份、山梨醇0.4份、山苍子油2.3份、硬脂酸0.7份、铈配合物1.7份、石墨烯微片5份、高岭土2份、麦饭石5份、抗氧剂0.05份。
