本发明涉及木材加工技术领域,具体是一种环保胶合板及其制备方法。
背景技术
胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成。
胶合板是家具常用材料之一,为人造板三大板之一,亦可供飞机、船舶、火车、汽车、建筑和包装箱等作用材。一组单板通常按相邻层木纹方向互相垂直组坯胶合而成,通常其表板和内层板对称地配置在中心层或板芯的两侧。用涂胶后的单板按木纹方向纵横交错配成的板坯,在加热或不加热的条件下压制而成。层数一般为奇数,少数也有偶数。纵横方向的物理、机械性质差异较小。常用的胶合板类型有三合板、五合板等。胶合板能提高木材利用率,是节约木材的一个主要途径。
我国木材资源短缺,利用速生材、枝桠以及农作物秸秆生产的人造板可替代木材应用在家具制造、室内外装修等领域,人造板产业的发展对保护我国森林资源具有重要意义。而在上述人造板的制备过程中,胶粘剂起到举足轻重的作用。胶粘剂用量的多少,已经成为衡量一个国家、地区木材工业技术水平的重要标志。但目前,我国人造板中使用的胶黏剂存在如下缺点:1、使用醛类有机胶粘树脂,如脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,这类树脂除耐水性差和贮存期短外,质量还不稳定,坚固性不强的同时,释放大量甲醛种种问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种环保胶合板及其制备方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种环保胶合板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:将原木材进行浸泡后,切削加工,得到单板;
(2)预干燥:采用辊筒干燥机进行干燥,使芯板含水率在20%以下,表板含水率在30%;使木板的含水率降到35%以下,静止3~5天;
(3)涂喷:使用中药蒸汽进行熏蒸;
(4)再次干燥:通过传送带将板材传送如微波干燥室进行干燥,使芯板含水率在10%以下,表板含水率在15%以下;使木板的含水率降到18%以下;
(5)施胶:将胶黏剂涂刷于处理单板上,将涂胶后的单板进行叠放,并在40~45℃下闭合陈化20~30min,再置于10~15℃下静置,得胶合板坯板;
(6)成型加工:将步骤(5)中胶合板压机坯板进行冷压,冷压时间为20-30min,预压压力为1.0-1.1MPa,后静止1h;将静止后的坯板送入到热压机中进行热压,热压的温度为100-220℃,热压压力1.3-1.5MPa,热压速度为15-60s/mm;
(7)陈放。

优选地,步骤(1)所述浸泡液包含茶多酚提取液,纤维素酶,胃蛋白酶,0.3mol/L磷酸溶液按质量比0.5:1:1~2:7的混合液。
优选地,步骤(3)所述中药蒸汽包括中药蛇床子,苦参,黄连,茶叶,连翘,细辛,其各组分比例为:1~3:2~5:2~5:8~10:2~5。
优选地,所述中药蒸汽浓度为100-200ppm。

(1)预处理:将原木材进行浸泡后,切削加工,得到单板;
(2)预干燥:采用辊筒干燥机进行干燥,使芯板含水率在20%以下,表板含水率在30%;使木板的含水率降到35%以下,静止3天;
(3)涂喷:使用中药蒸汽进行熏蒸,中药蒸汽包括中药蛇床子,苦参,黄连,茶叶,连翘,细辛,其各组分比例为:1:2:2:8:2。
(4)再次干燥:通过传送带将板材传送如微波干燥室进行干燥,使芯板含水率在10%以下,表板含水率在15%以下;使木板的含水率降到18%以下;
(5)施胶:将胶黏剂涂刷于处理单板上,将涂胶后的单板进行叠放,并在40~45℃下闭合陈化20~30min,再置于10~15℃下静置,得胶合板坯板;
(6)成型加工:将步骤(5)中胶合板压机坯板进行冷压,冷压时间为20-30min,预压压力为1.0-1.1MPa,后静止1h;将静止后的坯板送入到热压机中进行热压,热压的温度为100-220℃,热压压力1.3-1.5MPa,热压速度为15-60s/mm;
(7)陈放。

(7)陈放。

(7)陈放。
浸泡液包含茶多酚提取液,纤维素酶,胃蛋白酶,0.3mol/L磷酸溶液按质量比0.5:1: 2:7的混合液。
中药蒸汽包括中药蛇床子,苦参,黄连,茶叶,连翘,细辛,其各组分比例为:2:3:4:9:3。
中药蒸汽浓度为150ppm。
中药熏蒸时间为180分钟。

(5)施胶:将胶黏剂涂刷于处理单板上,将涂胶后的单板进行叠放,并在43℃下闭合陈化25min,再置于12℃下静置,得胶合板坯板;
(6)成型加工:将步骤(5)中胶合板压机坯板进行冷压,冷压时间为25min,预压压力为1.0MPa,后静止1h;将静止后的坯板送入到热压机中进行热压,热压的温度为200℃,热压压力1.3MPa,热压速度为50s/mm;
(7)陈放。
浸泡液包含茶多酚提取液,纤维素酶,胃蛋白酶,0.3mol/L磷酸溶液按质量比0.5:1:1.5:7的混合液。
中药蒸汽包括中药蛇床子,苦参,黄连,茶叶,连翘,细辛,其各组分比例为:3:25:4:9: 5。
中药蒸汽浓度为120ppm。
中药熏蒸时间为150分钟。
步骤(5)胶黏剂以下重量份数的各组分组成:面粉100份、聚乙烯醇4份、甘油1份、氯化镁2份、糯米粉14份、磺化有机物5份、去离子水5份、乳化剂6份、引发剂1份、果-葡糖改性聚MDI粘合剂6份,硅溶胶4份、有机硅改性剂5份、松香树脂8份。
果-葡糖改性聚MDI粘合剂由果-葡糖浆、聚MDI匀制成。
步骤(5)中涂胶量为每平方米220g。
采用上述方法制成的板材性能检测结果如表1所示:

由上可看出,本发明生产的板材密度高,强度大,吸水厚度膨胀率可达到零,产品韧性强,表面密度大,能很好地起到防水效果,本发明解决了板材易遭受白蚁、蠹虫侵蚀的问题,延长板材的使用寿命,且甲醛释放量非常低,环保、经济,有很好的综合效益。
需要指出的是,上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种环保胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)预处理:将原木材进行浸泡后,切削加工,得到单板;
(2)预干燥:采用辊筒干燥机进行干燥,使芯板含水率在20%以下,表板含水率在30%;使木板的含水率降到35%以下,静止3~5天;
(3)涂喷:使用中药蒸汽进行熏蒸;
(4)再次干燥:通过传送带将板材传送如微波干燥室进行干燥,使芯板含水率在10%以下,表板含水率在15%以下;使木板的含水率降到18%以下;
(5)施胶:将胶黏剂涂刷于处理单板上,将涂胶后的单板进行叠放,并在40~45℃下闭合陈化20~30min,再置于10~15℃下静置,得胶合板坯板;
(6)成型加工:将步骤(5)中胶合板压机坯板进行冷压,冷压时间为20-30min,预压压力为1.0-1.1MPa,后静止1h;将静止后的坯板送入到热压机中进行热压,热压的温度为100-220℃,热压压力1.3-1.5MPa,热压速度为15-60s/mm;
(7)陈放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述浸泡液包含茶多酚提取液,纤维素酶,胃蛋白酶,0.3mol/L磷酸溶液按质量比0.5:1:1~2:7的混合液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述中药蒸汽包括中药蛇床子,苦参,黄连,茶叶,连翘,细辛,其各组分比例为:1~3:2~5:2~5:8~10:2~5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述中药蒸汽浓度为100-200ppm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述中药熏蒸时间为120~200分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述胶黏剂以下重量份数的各组分组成:面粉10~20份、聚乙烯醇3~5份、甘油1~2份、氯化镁1~2份、糯米粉10~15份、磺化有机物3~5份、去离子水4~5份、乳化剂4~6份、引发剂1~2份、果-葡糖改性聚MDI粘合剂5~6份,硅溶胶3~4份、有机硅改性剂5~7份、松香树脂5~10份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述果-葡糖改性聚MDI粘合剂由果-葡糖浆、聚MDI匀制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中涂胶量为每平方米200~260g。
