Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑料包装盒的切割装置,包括底座,本发明在启动液压缸驱动切割刀对塑料包装盒进行切割时,启动吸器箱内的吸气装置进行工作,将切割刀在切割塑料包装盒所产生的异味吸入除味箱中,通过除味箱内的活性炭过滤网进行吸收,从而降低了切料时刺激性异味的大量堆积导致影响操作人员的身心健康;在活性炭过滤网吸附一定周期后,由于吸气装置对塑料包装盒进行吸附,从而导致一些细小的微粒随着弹性软管飞入除味箱中,吸附在活性炭过滤网上,通过按压卡接块两侧的按压块,使得限位杆滑入通槽中,再由操作人员将活性炭过滤网两侧的滑座滑离卡接块的滑槽中,再对活性炭过滤网表面进行刷洗或更换,提高了活性炭过滤网的工作性能。

本发明涉及一种塑料包装领域,具体是一种塑料包装盒的切割装置。
背景技术
塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,俗称塑料或树脂,可以自由改变成分及形体样式,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成。塑料的主要成分是树脂。树脂这一名词最初是由动植物分泌出的脂质而得名,如松香、虫胶等,树脂是指尚未和各种添加剂混合的高分子化合物。树脂约占塑料总重量的40%~100%。塑料的基本性能主要决定于树脂的本性,但添加剂也起着重要作用。有些塑料基本上是由合成树脂所组成,不含或少含添加剂,如有机玻璃、聚苯乙烯等。所谓塑料,其实它是合成树脂中的一种,形状跟天然树脂中的松树脂相似,经过化学手段进行人工合成,而被称之为塑料,而塑料包装盒在生产后需要进行切割处理,而在切割时会产生一些异味,而在生产间一直切割塑料包装盒使得异味大量堆积,从而导致影响操作人员的身心健康,因此需要一种可以对异味进行处理的塑料包装盒的切割装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料包装盒的切割装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种塑料包装盒的切割装置,包括底座,所述底座的上表面固定安装有支架,且支架的上表面安装有两个对称设置的液压缸;两个所述液压缸的输出端贯穿支架的顶部伸出并与水平设置的连接座的上表面固定连接,连接座的两侧壁固定安装有两个对称设置的滑套,两个所述滑套分别套接在两个对称设置的滑杆上,且滑套与滑杆滑动连接;所述滑杆的底部固定安装在底座的上表面,且滑杆的顶部固定安装在支架顶部的内壁;所述连接座底部开设有安装槽,且安装槽内安装有固定设置的切割刀;所述连接座的前端面固定安装有吸器箱,且吸器箱内安装有的吸气装置;所述吸器箱的顶部分别连通有两个对称设置的弹性软管,两个弹性软管的另一端分别与两个固定安装在支架顶部的除味箱连通;所述除味箱内部通过拆卸装置连接有活性炭过滤网,且除味箱的上表面固定安装有排气管。
进一步的,所述吸气装置由进气口、防护网、引风机组成,所述吸器箱的底部开设有若干个等距分布的进气口,且进气口上固定安装有防护网,所述进气口的上固定安装有引风机,且引风机通过导线与插口电性连接。
进一步的,所述拆卸装置由卡接块、限位槽、推杆、按压块、弹簧一、滑座、通槽、弹簧二和限位杆组成,所述卡接块对称安装在除味箱的内壁,且卡接块相对的侧壁开设有滑槽,滑槽的两侧壁开设有对称设置的限位槽,所述限位槽内滑动连接有推杆的一端,且推杆的另一端延伸出限位槽并与按压块的内圈固定连接,按压块内圈的两侧通过两个对称设置的弹簧一与卡接块外壁固定连接;所述活性炭过滤网的两端均固定安装有滑座,两个滑座分别滑动连接在卡接块的滑槽中,且滑座上开设有垂直设置的通槽,通槽的两端侧滑动连接有两个对称设置的限位杆,所述限位杆的相对面通过弹簧二固定连接,且限位杆相背端延伸至对应的限位槽内并与推杆接触。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在启动液压缸驱动切割刀对塑料包装盒进行切割时,启动吸器箱内的吸气装置进行工作,将切割刀在切割塑料包装盒所产生的异味吸入吸器箱中,再由弹性软管送至除味箱中,通过除味箱内的活性炭过滤网进行吸收,从而降低了切料时刺激性异味的大量堆积导致影响操作人员的身心健康;在活性炭过滤网吸附一定周期后,由于吸气装置对塑料包装盒进行吸附,从而导致一些细小的微粒随着弹性软管飞入除味箱中,吸附在活性炭过滤网上,通过按压卡接块两侧的按压块,使得推杆将限位槽内的限位杆推离限位槽,而两个限位杆在滑离限位槽时压缩弹簧二,从而滑入通槽中,再由操作人员将活性炭过滤网两侧的滑座滑离卡接块的滑槽中,再对活性炭过滤网表面进行刷洗或更换,从而提高了活性炭过滤网的工作性能。

所述吸气装置由进气口701、防护网702、引风机703组成,所述吸器箱7的底部开设有若干个等距分布的进气口701,且进气口701上固定安装有防护网702,所述进气口701的上固定安装有引风机703,且引风机703通过导线与插口电性连接;启动引风机703将切割刀6在切割塑料包装盒所产生的异味以及微小的颗粒吸入吸器箱7中,再由与吸器箱7连通的弹性软管8输入除味箱9中,同时在工作一定周期后,可由操作人员对防护网702进行刷洗,降低防护网702上的阻挡物,提高进气口701吸气时的流畅性。
所述除味箱9的后端面安装有转动连接的活动门,便于调节内部的活性炭过滤网12。
所述液压缸11由液压系统驱动。
两个所述限位杆21的相对端的侧壁均安装有横板,且通槽19的两端口均安装有阻滑块,在限位杆21的相对端快要滑离通槽19时,通过横板与阻滑块的卡合,从而避免限位杆21滑出通槽19。

1.一种塑料包装盒的切割装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)的上表面固定安装有支架(2),且支架(2)的上表面安装有两个对称设置的液压缸(11);两个所述液压缸(11)的输出端贯穿支架(2)的顶部伸出并与水平设置的连接座(5)的上表面固定连接,连接座(5)的两侧壁固定安装有两个对称设置的滑套(4),两个所述滑套(4)分别套接在两个对称设置的滑杆(3)上,且滑套(4)与滑杆(3)滑动连接;所述滑杆(3)的底部固定安装在底座(1)的上表面,且滑杆(3)的顶部固定安装在支架(2)顶部的内壁;所述连接座(5)底部开设有安装槽,且安装槽内安装有固定设置的切割刀(6);所述连接座(5)的前端面固定安装有吸器箱(7),且吸器箱(7)内安装有的吸气装置;所述吸器箱(7)的顶部分别连通有两个对称设置的弹性软管(8),两个弹性软管(8)的另一端分别与两个固定安装在支架(2)顶部的除味箱(9)连通;所述除味箱(9)内部通过拆卸装置连接有活性炭过滤网(12),且除味箱(9)的上表面固定安装有排气管(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料包装盒的切割装置,其特征在于,所述吸气装置由进气口(701)、防护网(702)、引风机(703)组成,所述吸器箱(7)的底部开设有若干个等距分布的进气口(701),且进气口(701)上固定安装有防护网(702),所述进气口(701)的上固定安装有引风机(703),且引风机(703)通过导线与插口电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料包装盒的切割装置,其特征在于,所述拆卸装置由卡接块(13)、限位槽(14)、推杆(15)、按压块(16)、弹簧一(17)、滑座(18)、通槽(19)、弹簧二(20)和限位杆(21)组成,所述卡接块(13)对称安装在除味箱(9)的内壁,且卡接块(13)相对的侧壁开设有滑槽,滑槽的两侧壁开设有对称设置的限位槽(14),所述限位槽(14)内滑动连接有推杆(15)的一端,且推杆(15)的另一端延伸出限位槽(14)并与按压块(16)的内圈固定连接,按压块(16)内圈的两侧通过两个对称设置的弹簧一(17)与卡接块(13)外壁固定连接;所述活性炭过滤网(12)的两端均固定安装有滑座(18),两个滑座(18)分别滑动连接在卡接块(13)的滑槽中,且滑座(18)上开设有垂直设置的通槽(19),通槽(19)的两端侧滑动连接有两个对称设置的限位杆(21),所述限位杆(21)的相对面通过弹簧二(20)固定连接,且限位杆(21)相背端延伸至对应的限位槽(14)内并与推杆(15)接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料包装盒的切割装置,其特征在于,所述除味箱(9)的后端面安装有转动连接的活动门。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料包装盒的切割装置,其特征在于,所述液压缸(11)由液压系统驱动。
