本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体为一种防治慢性腹泻的药物。
背景技术
腹泻是指排便次数明显超过平日习惯的频率，粪质稀薄，每日排粪量超过200g，或含未消化食物或脓血。慢性腹泻指病程在两个月以上的腹泻或间歇期在2—4周内的复发性腹泻。如果不及时治疗会产生以下后果：慢性腹泻会引起贫血：由于消化吸收的障碍，蛋白质及其他造血原料的吸收减少，可引起贫血，出现指甲、手掌、皮肤以及口唇、和睑结膜等处颜色苍白，疲倦乏力，头晕耳鸣，注意力不集中等贫血症状，甚至可出现营养不良性水肿。危害二、慢性腹泻会降低身体的抵抗力：腹泻引起的营养不良、贫血及维生素缺乏等，可使人体对传染病及各种感染的抗病能力减弱，炎症容易扩散，也可使组织再生及外伤愈合能力减弱，受伤后伤口不易愈合。危害三、慢性腹泻会引起营养不良：胃肠道是人体吸收营养物质的唯一途径，摄入的食物和其他营养物质在胃肠道消化和分解后，有用的部分被吸收，无用的残渣由粪便排出。腹泻时，人体对营养的吸收发生严重障碍，能量供给不足，使人感到头昏眼花、口干舌燥、四肢疲乏、心慌气短，甚至出现营养不良表现。危害四、慢性腹泻会导致维生素缺乏：长期腹泻可直接影响机体对维生素的吸收，引起维生素的缺乏。有些人腹泻日久后出现皮肤头发干燥，头发失去正常光泽和滋润，问有散在性脱落，产生早秃现象，此为缺乏维生素A所致；又如，有些人出现舌炎、口角炎、多发性神经炎，这是缺乏维生素B的结果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处，按照中医药理论提供一种防治慢性腹泻的药物。
本发明防治慢性腹泻的药物是由下列重量份数的原料药制成的药剂：
破故纸30份、吴茱萸30份、肉豆蔻20份、五味子10份、炙甘草5份、莱菔子10份、白术10份、大枣30份、白芍10份、太子参10份和桂枝20份。
所述药剂为口服液剂。
本发明药物的制备方法是：
按重量份取原料药破故纸30份、吴茱萸30份、肉豆蔻20份、五味子10份、炙甘草5份、莱菔子10份、白术10份、大枣30份、白芍10份、、太子参10份和桂枝20份备用；
第二步：将上述原料药混合后进行浸泡，然后分多次加水煎煮，每次煎煮后过滤掉药渣提取滤液；
第三步：合并上述滤液，将滤液冷却至30度以下后装瓶密封。在第二步中：第一次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的12倍，浸泡时间为l小时，煎煮时间为l小时；第二次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的8倍，煎煮时间为0.5小时；第三次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的4倍，煎煮时间为20分钟。
本发明根据中医组方原则以破故纸、吴茱萸、肉豆蔻、五味子、炙甘草、莱菔子、白术、大枣、白芍、太子参和桂枝为原料药组方，方中各味药协同起效，起到健脾和胃，止泻固肠的作用，而且简便易行，费用低，无毒副作用、不良反应小。
具体实施方式
一种防治慢性腹泻的药物，由下列原料药制成：
破故纸30g、吴茱萸30g、肉豆蔻20g、五味子10g、炙甘草5g、莱菔子10g、白术10g、
大枣30g、白芍10g、太子参10g和桂枝20g。以上为一付药剂的原料构成，将上述原料药混合后进行浸泡，然后分多次加水煎煮，每次煎煮后过滤掉药渣提取滤液；
第三步：合并上述滤液，将滤液冷却至30度以下后装瓶密封。在第二步中：第一次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的12倍，浸泡时间为l小时，煎煮时间为l小时；第二次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的8倍，煎煮时间为0.5小时；第三次煎煮时，加水量为药物重量的4倍，煎煮时间为20分钟。
为表明本发明中药对慢性腹泻的防治效果，从武汉各医院选取450例已经确诊的成年慢性腹泻患者为观察对象进行系统临床观察，其中男性270例，女180例，年龄30—60岁，病程6个月至30年。
服用方法：对观察对象口服实施例的口服液，每日三次，一次一剂200ml，3天为一疗程，观察期6天，共两个疗程。
根据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》疗效评定标准如下：
l、治愈：大便正常，腹痛肠鸣和发热等其他症状消失，临床检验正常。
2、好转：大便次数明显减少，腹痛肠鸣和发热等其他症状改善。
3、未愈：症状未见改善。
服药期间临床疗效观察分析结果如下：
从上表中可以计算出本发明临床总有效率为95.74％，并且在观察期间未发现有明显的毒副作用。

1.一种防治慢性腹泻的药物，其特征在于它是由下列重量份数的原料药制成的药剂：
破故纸30份、吴茱萸30份、肉豆蔻20份、五味子10份、炙甘草5份、莱菔子10份、白术10份、大枣30份、白芍10份、太子参10份和桂枝20份。
2.根据权利要求l所述的防治慢性腹泻的药物，其特征在于所述药剂为口服液剂。
