本发明公开一种轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,包括多组线芯,每组线芯均由数根导体以及共同包覆数根导体外侧的绝缘层构成,多组线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯内的多组线芯缝隙之间填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物,缆芯外依次包裹绕包层、隔离层、复合屏蔽层,复合屏蔽层外包裹有铠装层,铠装层外挤塑成型有护套层本发明的缆芯强度高,不易出现断芯,同时具有良好地柔软性能,此外电缆具有良好地耐高低温、耐撕裂、耐磨、防火、屏蔽与弯曲特征性能。

本发明涉及电缆,具体是一种轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆。
背景技术
随着国家铁路系统的快速发展,对机车电缆的需求量逐年增加,考虑到在一些机车车辆的操控系统中,因散热和外界直晒温度高,电缆在通电情况下,产生较高热量,极易出现绝缘层软化,产生电缆短路,进而引发火灾等事故。常见的云母带绕包,极易出现受潮,导致耐火效果不好,这些缺点和技术限制了产品的使用,造成安全隐患和事故,另一方面,操控系统中常用于小截面电缆,在运行过程中,极易出现导体拉伤拉断情况,造成断路,所以急需开发具有无卤、低烟、耐磨、耐高温、耐火、高强度等性能的环保型电缆,用于铁路机车车辆用电缆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,包括多组线芯,每组线芯均由数根导体以及共同包覆数根导体外侧的绝缘层构成,多组线芯相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯内的多组线芯缝隙之间填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物,缆芯外依次包裹绕包层、隔离层、复合屏蔽层,复合屏蔽层外包裹有铠装层,铠装层外挤塑成型有护套层。
进一步的,所述的绝缘层采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
进一步的,所述护套层采用尼龙材质。
进一步的,所述隔离层采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构提供一种轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,其结构简单、新颖,电缆导体采用高强度芳纶丝增加导体抗拉拽能力,导体外绕包陶瓷化耐火复合带,能在高温燃烧时形成坚固保护层,电缆绝缘层采用耐温125℃、低烟无卤阻燃交联聚烯烃材料,通过电子辐照交联工艺使其交联,使得电缆具有良好的低烟、无卤、阻燃性能,并具有耐温等级高(125℃)、耐环境老化性能优异,满足使用要求;缆芯外采用绕包陶瓷化耐火复合带,在结构中与导体包带形成多层防火层,电缆屏蔽层采用双层屏蔽结构,不仅能有效的抑制“串音”现象的发生,同时,采用镀锡铜丝和芳纶丝编织,能在一定程度上作为承受外界较强拉力影响,起到芯线保护作用,尤其是截面较小电缆在连接部位,抗拉强度作用更为突出;电缆护套层采用尼龙护套制成,其较强的耐磨性能能有效避免因摩擦引起电缆损伤。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,包括多组线芯1,每组线芯1均由数根导体1-1以及共同包覆数根导体1-1外侧的绝缘层1-2构成,多组线芯1相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯内的多组线芯1缝隙之间填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物2,缆芯外依次包裹绕包层3、隔离层4、复合屏蔽层5,复合屏蔽层5外包裹有铠装层6,铠装层6外挤塑成型有护套层7。
所述的绝缘层1-2采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
所述护套层7采用尼龙材质。
所述隔离层4采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。

1.一种轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,,其特征在于,包括多组线芯(1),每组线芯(1)均由数根导体(1-1)以及共同包覆数根导体(1-1)外侧的绝缘层(1-2)构成,多组线芯(1)相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯内的多组线芯(1)缝隙之间填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物(2),缆芯外依次包裹绕包层(3)、隔离层(4)、复合屏蔽层(5),复合屏蔽层(5)外包裹有铠装层(6),铠装层(6)外挤塑成型有护套层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层(1-2)采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,其特征在于,所述护套层(7)采用尼龙材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用阻燃耐火信号电缆,其特征在于,所述隔离层(4)采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。
