本发明涉及轨道交通用的电缆领域,具体是一种轨道交通用复合电缆。
背景技术
轨道交通用电缆作为轨道交通用其必须具有很好的柔软,防水,防鼠蚁,阻燃性能,而复合电缆更加需要上述优异的性能了,轨道用复合电缆一般是电力电缆与光缆的复合,分别用于传输电力和信号数据,复合电缆的性能的优异直接影响轨道交通的运行,因此需要一种性能优异的复合电缆保证轨道交通的正常运行,因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轨道交通用复合电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种轨道交通用复合电缆,包括若干电力缆芯和若干光缆,所述若干电力缆芯和若干光缆绞合构成复合缆芯,所述复合缆芯外部依次包覆有有石英纤维带,石英纤维带外侧设有铠装层,铠装层外挤塑成型有护套层,所述护套层外包覆有防水层,防水层外包覆有隔氧层,所述电力缆芯包括位于中部的导体以及依次包覆在导体外部的绝缘层A、隔离层A、复合屏蔽层A、防火层A,所述光缆包括位于中部的光缆芯以及依次包覆在光缆芯外部的加强层、绝缘层B、隔离层B、复合屏蔽层B、防火层B,所述复合缆芯内部的缝隙之间填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物。
进一步的,所述绝缘层A、绝缘层B均采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
进一步的,所述护套层采用尼龙材质。
进一步的,所述隔离层A、隔离层B均采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构提供一种轨道交通用复合电缆,具有良好的低烟、无卤、阻燃性能,并具有很好的防水、阻燃、防鼠蚁、抗拉伸的性能,可以很好地用于轨道交通的电力输送和信号数据输送。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种轨道交通用复合电缆,包括若干电力缆芯1和若干光缆2,所述若干电力缆芯1和若干光缆绞2合构成复合缆芯,所述复合缆芯外部依次包覆有有石英纤维带3,石英纤维带3外侧设有铠装层4,铠装层4外挤塑成型有护套层5,所述护套层5外包覆有防水层6,防水层6外包覆有隔氧层7,所述电力缆芯1包括位于中部的导体1-1以及依次包覆在导体外部的绝缘层A 1-2、隔离层A 1-3、复合屏蔽层A 1-4、防火层A 1-5,所述光缆2包括位于中部的光缆芯2-1以及依次包覆在光缆芯2-1外部的加强层2-2、绝缘层B 2-3、隔离层B 2-4、复合屏蔽层B 4-5、防火层B 2-6,所述复合缆芯内部的缝隙之间填充有阻燃防火石英纤维填充物8。
所述绝缘层A 1-2、绝缘层B 2-3均采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
所述护套层5采用尼龙材质。
所述隔离层A 1-3、隔离层B 2-4均采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用复合电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层A、绝缘层B均采用材料为低烟无卤阻燃辐照交联聚烯烃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用复合电缆,其特征在于,所述护套层采用尼龙材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轨道交通用复合电缆,其特征在于,所述隔离层A、隔离层B均采用耐高温聚酯带重叠绕包构成,绕包搭盖率不小于25%。
