Abstract

本发明公开一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条,包括柔性电路板层、高压绝缘层和粘结层,柔性电路板层上设置有与其电连接的若干发光单元,每个发光单元包括一个封装LED和微型控制电路;柔性电路板层安装在高压绝缘层之间;粘结层设置于高压绝缘层的外层;封装LED内具有容纳腔,容纳腔内设有IC芯片、红色LED芯片、绿色LED芯片和蓝色LED芯片;封装LED外设有正极引脚、负极引脚、信号输入引脚和信号输出引脚,IC芯片与信号输入引脚和信号输出引脚通过金丝连接。本发明可单独地任意控制单个发光单元,从而提供亮、变换各种不同的颜色效果,也可以统一协调组合成文字动画之类的效果,实现具有高像素的全彩的动态图案。

一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED照明技术领域,尤其是一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条。
背景技术
全彩LED采用红、绿、蓝(R、G、B)三种基本颜色的LED灯珠芯片。使用者对红、绿、蓝(R、G、B)三色灯珠的芯片进亮度调节,还可以控制红、绿、蓝(R、G、B)三种LED灯珠芯片按光学三原色原理近似调出几乎所有人眼可见的光颜色。目前,利用全彩LED灯做成的LED全彩显示屏,是由很多个RGB三色的发光二极管组成,每个像素组合均有RGB二极管,靠每组像素灯的亮灭来显示不同颜色的全彩画面。
然而,目前市面上大多以单色灯带、七彩灯带和高压灯带为主,单色和七彩灯带为低压5V-24V灯带,高压为220V高压灯带。他们的相同之处就是群亮、群灭、集体变化类灯带。这类灯带的好处是生产简单、使用简单、门槛较低,易上手。同样的颜色的变换比较简单,色彩单一,无法设计变化图案,无法应对当下市场对光色变化可随意性的追求。
一些红、绿、蓝(R、G、B)三色灯珠加上外围元件和集成电路组成发光单元,但是整个发光单元的体积较大,如果发光单元采用多个插件式LED元件,体积就会更大,在外观上是一块电路板上分布了若干电器元件,电路比较复杂,发光单元组合之后只能在平面上使用,不易弯曲和安装,并且增大了三色灯珠的距离,因此降低了LED灯条的像素点,使其显示的画面的清晰度下降。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条,可单独地任意控制单个发光单元,从而提供亮、变换各种不同的颜色效果,也可以统一协调组合成文字动画之类的效果,实现具有高像素的全彩的动态图案。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条,其包括:
柔性电路板层,以及设置在所述柔性电路板层上并与其电连接的若干发光单元,每个所述发光单元包括一个封装LED和微型控制电路;
高压绝缘层,所述柔性电路板层安装在所述高压绝缘层之间;
粘结层,所述粘结层设置于所述高压绝缘层的外层;
所述封装LED内具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设有IC芯片、红色LED芯片、绿色LED芯片和蓝色LED芯片,所述IC芯片的输出端分别通过金丝与所述的红色LED芯片、绿色LED芯片和蓝色LED芯片的负极连接;
所述封装LED外设有多个引脚,所述引脚包括正极引脚、负极引脚、信号输入引脚和信号输出引脚,所述IC芯片与所述信号输入引脚和信号输出引脚通过金丝连接;
所述IC芯片的接地端通过金丝与所述负极引脚相连接,所述的红色LED芯片、绿色LED芯片和蓝色LED芯片的正极与所述正极引脚通过金丝连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述发光单元之间通过金属绞线连接,所述金属绞线与所述柔性电路板层并联。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述发光单元之间还设有外露的接点,方便发光单元的拼接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、每个发光单元具备LED芯片和IC芯片且封装在一体是我结构,方便单独地控制全彩灯条中任意发光单元;节省了外部电路,外部电子元器件,和外部空间,缩短了发光单元之间的距离,使像素点的密度增加,显示更加清晰度,整个产品变得更整洁和美观;
2、由于减少了外部电路跟元器件等故障高几率出现地段,减少了产生故障的几率,降低了安装和维修的成本。
3、按照实际需要可任意拼接裁剪,组合全彩发光单元,从而提供亮、变换各种不同的颜色效果,也可以统一协调组合成文字动画之类的效果,实现全彩的动态图案。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明所述的高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条作进一步说明。
参见图1和图2,该一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条包括:柔性电路板层10、高压绝缘层11和粘结层12,柔性电路板层10安装在高压绝缘层11之间;粘结层12设置于高压绝缘层11的外层;柔性电路板层10上设置有与其电连接的若干发光单元20,每个发光单元20包括一个封装LED 201和微型控制电路202;封装LED 201内具有容纳腔2011,容纳腔2011内设有IC芯片2012、红色LED芯片2013、绿色LED芯片2014和蓝色LED芯片2015,IC芯片2012的输出端分别通过金丝与的红色LED芯片2013、绿色LED芯片2014和蓝色LED芯片2015的负极连接;封装LED201外设有4个引脚203,引脚203包括正极引脚2031、负极引脚2032、信号输入引脚2033和信号输出引脚2034,IC芯片2012与信号输入引脚2033和信号输出引脚2034通过金丝连接;
IC芯片2012的接地端通过金丝与负极引脚2032相连接,红色LED芯片2013、绿色LED芯片2014和蓝色LED芯片2015的正极与正极引脚2031通过金丝连接。
具体地,发光单元20之间通过金属绞线连接,金属绞线与柔性电路板层并联,发光单元20之间还设有外露的接点204,方便灯条的拼接。本实施例的两端设有接口和控制器,用来控制灯条的闪灭和颜色,从而显示不同的变换的图案。
参见图3,本实施例的一个发光单元的电路原理为:封装LED 201的正极引脚2031连接电源正极,负极引脚2032接地,信号输入引脚2033连接上一个发光单元,信号输出引脚2034连接下一个发光单元。
另外,在其他实施例中,外接的主控器上可以设有红外接收模块,红外接收模块与全彩灯条连接,用来远距离控制全彩灯条的灯光变换。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条,其特征在于,包括:
柔性电路板层,所述柔性电路板层上设置有与其电连接的若干发光单元,每个所述发光单元包括一个封装LED和微型控制电路;
高压绝缘层,所述柔性电路板层安装在所述高压绝缘层之间;
粘结层,所述粘结层设置于所述高压绝缘层的外层;
所述封装LED内具有容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设有IC芯片、红色LED芯片、绿色LED芯片和蓝色LED芯片,所述IC芯片的输出端分别通过金丝与所述的红色LED芯片、绿色LED芯片和蓝色LED芯片的负极连接;
所述封装LED外设有多个引脚,所述引脚包括正极引脚、负极引脚、信号输入引脚和信号输出引脚,所述IC芯片与所述信号输入引脚和信号输出引脚通过金丝连接;
所述IC芯片的接地端通过金丝与所述负极引脚相连接,所述的红色LED芯片、绿色LED芯片和蓝色LED芯片的正极与所述正极引脚通过金丝连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条,其特征在于,所述发光单元之间通过金属绞线连接,所述金属绞线与所述柔性电路板层并联。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高像素点的内置IC全彩LED灯条,其特征在于,所述发光单元之间还设有外露的接点,方便发光单元的拼接。
