背景技术
在电力仪器的使用中,会因为仪器工作的特性而需要使用不同的仪器支架,使得仪器能够获得良好的使用效果,但是电力仪器种类繁多,每一种仪器需要使用的支架也各不相同,高度、角度、散热、固定等都有不同的要求,所以在电力仪器的安装使用过程中,需要配备多台仪器支架,这样就增加了安装成本,而且某些仪器的使用频率不高,购置支架无疑并不划算,现需要一种能够适合多种仪器使用的多功能的电力仪器支架,来解决成本浪费的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能电力仪器支架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

所述滑座上开设有滑槽,所述升降风扇杆与所述滑槽滑动配合,所述升降齿轮与手柄配合;

工作原理:在使用该多功能电力仪器支架时,可转动主支脚2,调节主支脚2在装置底座1上的位置,当不需要使用吸盘4时,则将吸盘支脚3上旋,吸盘4收入到空心套22中,空心套22下端的胶垫23与放置平面接触,当需要使用吸盘4时,将吸盘支脚3下旋,则吸盘4伸出空心套22与放置平面接触,操作方便简单,可根据实际需求选择用哪一种放置方式,需要进行仪器框架11的升降时,则启动电机7,电机7转动带动主动齿轮8转动,主动齿轮8与从动齿轮9啮合从而驱动转动螺柱5转动,这就使得与转动螺柱5螺接的螺纹套10会被动进行升降,实现调节仪器框架11高度的目的,主动齿轮8与四个从动齿轮9配合的设计,保证了螺纹套10的同步升降,非常可靠,多级油缸16可用来调节仪器安装架13的倾斜角度,当使用具有金属外壳的仪器时,可启动电磁铁14,通过磁力将金属外壳吸附在仪器安装架13上,当使用其他仪器时,可通过安装孔27将仪器安装在仪器安装架13上,安装方式多样,可根据实际需求选择一种安装方式,将定位钮19拔出,升降风扇杆20失去定位钮19的限制可以在滑槽28中滑动,用手摇动手柄29,升降齿轮18与齿牙31的啮合作用使得升降风扇杆20进行升降,将升降风扇杆20调节到满意高度后,松开定位钮19,则定位钮19在弹簧30的回弹力作用下归位,再次与齿牙31啮合,实现升降风扇杆20的定位,启动风扇21就可以为安装在仪器安装架13上的仪器散热。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种多功能电力仪器支架,包括装置底座(1),其特征在于:所述装置底座(1)上穿装有一组主支脚(2),所述主支脚(2)内螺接有吸盘支脚(3),所述吸盘支脚(3)下端与吸盘(4)连接,所述装置底座(1)上设置有一组转动螺柱(5),所述装置底座(1)中部设置有电机架(6),所述电机架(6)上设置有电机(7),所述电机(7)与主动齿轮(8)配合,所述主动齿轮(8)与设置在所述转动螺柱(5)上的从动齿轮(9)啮合,所述转动螺柱(5)与螺纹套(10)螺接,所述螺纹套(10)顶部与仪器框架(11)连接,所述仪器框架(11)通过转轴(12)与仪器安装架(13)铰接,所述仪器安装架(13)上设置有电磁铁(14),所述仪器框架(11)一端设置有油缸架(15),所述油缸架(15)上设置有多级油缸(16),所述仪器框架(11)一侧设置有滑座(17),所述滑座(17)一侧设置有升降齿轮(18)和定位钮(19),所述滑座(17)与升降风扇杆(20)滑动配合,升降风扇杆(20)上部设置有一组风扇(21);
所述电机架(6)包括连接台阶(25)、支杆(26)、平台(27),所述连接台阶(25)设置在所述支杆(26)的下端,所述平台(27)设置在所述支杆(26)的上端,所述电机(7)设置在所述平台(27)上;
所述滑座(17)上开设有滑槽(28),所述升降风扇杆(20)与所述滑槽(28)滑动配合,所述升降齿轮(18)与手柄(29)配合;
所述定位钮(19)通过弹簧(30)与所述滑座(17)配合,所述风扇升降杆(20)一侧设置有齿牙(31),所述升降齿轮(18)和所述定位钮(19)均与所述齿牙(31)啮合,所述升降风扇杆(20)上部设置有风扇座(32),所述风扇(21)设置在所述风扇座(32)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电力仪器支架,其特征在于:所述主支脚(2)下部设置有空心套(22),所述空心套(22)下部贴设有胶垫(23),所述空心套(22)与所述吸盘(4)适配。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电力仪器支架,其特征在于:所述装置底座(1)上设置有一组轴承(24),所述轴承(24)与所述转动螺柱(5)转动配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电力仪器支架,其特征在于:所述仪器框架(11)一端设置有轴座(33),所述转轴(12)与所述轴座(33)转动配合,所述油缸架(15)上设置有油缸座(34),所述多级油缸(16)与所述油缸座(34)铰接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能电力仪器支架,其特征在于:所述多级油缸(16)的活塞杆(35)与设置在所述仪器安装架(13)一端上的活塞杆座(36)铰接,所述仪器安装架(13)上开设有一组安装孔(37)。
