按质量份数,将55-65份的改性丙烯酸树脂载体物、0.5-0.9份的聚亚甲氧基双环噁唑烷、0.01-0.08份的妥尔油烃基苄基羟乙基咪唑啉氮翁氯化物 、4-8份六偏磷酸钠、1-3份的木质素磺酸钠、0.04-0.1份的N,N-二甲基乙胺醛烷络合物、5-15份的钛白粉、3-5份的聚氧亚甲基蜜胺脲 、0.5-1.0份的纳米二氧化硅、12-16份的玻璃纤维、3-8份的硅烷偶联剂、加入高速分散机进行预分散30-60min后,再用球磨机进行球磨分散2-5h;然后加入0.3-0.7份的防老化剂、6-12份的邻苯二甲酸二辛脂和8-18份的乙二醇单丁醚继续球磨120-180min,即可得到一种耐海水腐蚀新材料。
所述的改性丙烯酸树脂载体物按照以下技术方案制备:
按照质量份数,将5-20份的甲基丙烯酸酯、10-15份的顺-3-己烯基丁酸酯、0.5-1.5份的偶氮二异庚腈和40-60份的乙醇加入到反应釜中,搅拌10-20min,然后将釜内温度上升到70-85℃,反应50-80min;然后将1-5份的苯乙烯、10-15份的甲基丙烯酸酯、2-8份的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基酯、0.5-2.5份的苯并三唑-1-羧硫代酸烯丙基酰胺混合均匀,缓慢加入到反应釜中,在50-60min内加入完毕,继续搅拌反应120-180min,在反应过程中每20min加入0.10-0.20份的偶氮二异庚腈到反应釜中;完成反应后加入0.5-1.5份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺交联剂,继续反应40-60min,然后降温到室温,即得一种改性丙烯酸树脂载体物。
本发明提供的一种使用耐海水腐蚀新材料的柴油机长轴消防泵,本方案设计的长轴消防泵具有启动方便、出水迅速、重量轻、工作可靠的优点。其壳体、出口管及过流部件全部使用一种改性丙烯酸树脂作为载体的耐海水腐蚀新材料,使得产品获得更好的耐海水腐蚀的效果,适合长期在海水腐蚀条件下作业。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对该发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
其主要部件包括消防泵、柴油机、控制柜;所述的消防泵为长轴单级离心泵;所述的柴油机与消防泵通过泵轴相连接且能驱动消防泵工作,其特征在于,所述的消防泵和柴油机并列设置,所述泵轴分成几段,分为柴油机轴、叶轮轴(安装叶轮)、传动轴(电机轴与叶轮轴之间)三部分;其特征在于所述的消防泵泵壳、出入管、以及叶轮轴和传动轴过流部件表面全部使用一种耐海水腐蚀新材料涂膜制备而成。所述的柴油机轴、叶轮轴和传动轴用套筒联轴器连接。
所述的耐海水腐蚀新材料按照以下技术方案制备:
按质量份数,将60份的改性丙烯酸树脂载体物、0.7份的聚亚甲氧基双环噁唑烷、0.06份的妥尔油烃基苄基羟乙基咪唑啉氮翁氯化物 、6份六偏磷酸钠、2份的木质素磺酸钠、0.08份的N,N-二甲基乙胺醛烷络合物、10份的钛白粉、4份的聚氧亚甲基蜜胺脲 、0.8份的纳米二氧化硅、14份的玻璃纤维、5份的硅烷偶联剂、加入高速分散机进行预分散40min后,再用球磨机进行球磨分散3h;然后加入0.5份的防老化剂、8份的邻苯二甲酸二辛脂和12份的乙二醇单丁醚继续球磨150min,即可得到一种耐海水腐蚀新材料。
所述的改性丙烯酸树脂载体物按照以下技术方案制备:
按照质量份数,将10份的甲基丙烯酸酯、13份的顺-3-己烯基丁酸酯、1份的偶氮二异庚腈和50份的乙醇加入到反应釜中,搅拌15min,然后将釜内温度上升到80℃,反应60min;然后将3份的苯乙烯、13份的甲基丙烯酸酯、5份的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基酯、1.5份的苯并三唑-1-羧硫代酸烯丙基酰胺混合均匀,缓慢加入到反应釜中,在55min内加入完毕,继续搅拌反应150min,在反应过程中每20min加入0.15份的偶氮二异庚腈到反应釜中;完成反应后加入1份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺交联剂,继续反应50min,然后降温到室温,即得一种改性丙烯酸树脂载体物。
实施例2
一种使用耐海水腐蚀新材料的柴油机长轴消防泵,其技术方案如下:
其主要部件包括消防泵、柴油机、控制柜;所述的消防泵为长轴单级离心泵;所述的柴油机与消防泵通过泵轴相连接且能驱动消防泵工作,其特征在于,所述的消防泵和柴油机并列设置,所述泵轴分成几段,分为柴油机轴、叶轮轴(安装叶轮)、传动轴(电机轴与叶轮轴之间)三部分;其特征在于所述的消防泵泵壳、出入管、以及叶轮轴和传动轴过流部件表面全部使用一种耐海水腐蚀新材料涂膜制备而成。所述的柴油机轴、叶轮轴和传动轴用套筒联轴器连接。

按照质量份数,将5份的甲基丙烯酸酯、10份的顺-3-己烯基丁酸酯、0.5份的偶氮二异庚腈和40份的乙醇加入到反应釜中,搅拌10min,然后将釜内温度上升到70℃,反应50min;然后将1份的苯乙烯、10份的甲基丙烯酸酯、2份的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基酯、0.5份的苯并三唑-1-羧硫代酸烯丙基酰胺混合均匀,缓慢加入到反应釜中,在50min内加入完毕,继续搅拌反应120min,在反应过程中每20min加入0.10份的偶氮二异庚腈到反应釜中;完成反应后加入0.5份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺交联剂,继续反应40min,然后降温到室温,即得一种改性丙烯酸树脂载体物。
实施例3
一种使用耐海水腐蚀新材料的柴油机长轴消防泵,其技术方案如下:

所述的耐海水腐蚀新材料按照以下技术方案制备:
按质量份数,将65份的改性丙烯酸树脂载体物、0.9份的聚亚甲氧基双环噁唑烷、0.08份的妥尔油烃基苄基羟乙基咪唑啉氮翁氯化物 、8份六偏磷酸钠、3份的木质素磺酸钠、0.1份的N,N-二甲基乙胺醛烷络合物、15份的钛白粉、3-5份的聚氧亚甲基蜜胺脲 、1.0份的纳米二氧化硅、12-16份的玻璃纤维、8份的硅烷偶联剂、加入高速分散机进行预分散60min后,再用球磨机进行球磨分散5h;然后加入0.7份的防老化剂、12份的邻苯二甲酸二辛脂和18份的乙二醇单丁醚继续球磨180min,即可得到一种耐海水腐蚀新材料。
所述的改性丙烯酸树脂载体物按照以下技术方案制备:
按照质量份数,将20份的甲基丙烯酸酯、15份的顺-3-己烯基丁酸酯和1.5份的偶氮二异庚腈和60份的乙醇加入到反应釜中,搅拌20min,然后将釜内温度上升到85℃,反应80min;然后将5份的苯乙烯、15份的甲基丙烯酸酯、8份的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基酯、2.5份的苯并三唑-1-羧硫代酸烯丙基酰胺混合均匀,缓慢加入到反应釜中,在50min内加入完毕,继续搅拌反应180min,在反应过程中每20min加入0.20份的偶氮二异庚腈到反应釜中;完成反应后加入1.5份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺交联剂,继续反应60min,然后降温到室温,即得一种改性丙烯酸树脂载体物。

1.一种使用耐海水腐蚀新材料的柴油机长轴消防泵,其技术方案如下:
其主要部件包括消防泵、柴油机、控制柜;所述的消防泵为长轴单级离心泵;所述的柴油机与消防泵通过泵轴相连接且能驱动消防泵工作,其特征在于,所述的消防泵和柴油机并列设置,所述泵轴分成几段,分为柴油机轴、叶轮轴(安装叶轮)、传动轴(电机轴与叶轮轴之间)三部分;其特征在于所述的消防泵泵壳、出入管、以及叶轮轴和传动轴过流部件表面全部使用一种耐海水腐蚀新材料涂膜制备而成;
所述的耐海水腐蚀新材料按照以下技术方案制备:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用耐海水腐蚀新材料的柴油机长轴消防泵,其特征在于:所述的改性丙烯酸树脂载体物按照以下技术方案制备:
按照质量份数,将5-20份的甲基丙烯酸酯、10-15份的顺-3-己烯基丁酸酯、0.5-1.5份的偶氮二异庚腈和40-60份的乙醇加入到反应釜中,搅拌10-20min,然后将釜内温度上升到70-85℃,反应50-80min;然后将1-5份的苯乙烯、10-15份的甲基丙烯酸酯、2-8份的2-甲基-2-丙烯酸-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基酯、0.5-2.5份的苯并三唑-1-羧硫代酸烯丙基酰胺混合均匀,缓慢加入到反应釜中,在50-60min内加入完毕,继续搅拌反应120-180min,在反应过程中每20min加入0.10-0.20份的偶氮二异庚腈到反应釜中;完成反应后加入0.5-1.5份的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺交联剂,继续反应40-60min,然后降温到室温,即得一种改性丙烯酸树脂载体物。
