The invention relates to the technical field of bottle cleaning, in particular to a device for cleaning a bottle and a cleaning process thereof.
Background
After the bottle body is produced, the inner surface and the outer surface of the bottle body need to be cleaned to remove oil stains and impurities attached to the inner surface and the outer surface of the bottle body, and the bottle body is taken out of the cleaning tank after being cleaned. The existing cleaning device comprises a cleaning water tank and a cleaning basket 29, wherein an ultrasonic generator is arranged on the inner wall of the cleaning water tank, cleaning liquid submerging the ultrasonic generator is contained in the cleaning water tank, a plurality of partition plates 30 arranged at intervals are arranged in the cleaning basket 29 and positioned at the bottom of the cleaning basket, and the area enclosed by two adjacent partition plates 30 and the cleaning basket 29 is used for accommodating a bottle body. During cleaning, firstly, a bottle body is vertically arranged between two adjacent partition plates, then the screen cover 31 is fastened at the top of the cleaning basket 29 through screws, the screen cover 31 is enabled to cover the top of the bottle body, then the cleaning basket 29 is placed in the cleaning water tank, cleaning liquid flows into the bottle body from the opening of the bottle body to clean oil stains and impurities attached to the inner surface of the bottle body, the cleaning liquid in the tank body cleans the oil stains and impurities attached to the outer surface of the bottle body, finally, the ultrasonic generator is started, sends out ultrasonic waves into the cleaning liquid, and the ultrasonic waves promote the flow of the cleaning liquid to improve the cleaning efficiency, as shown in fig. 1, the structure schematic diagram of the traditional cleaning bottle body is shown. Although the method can clean the oil stains and impurities on the inner surface and the outer surface of the bottle body, the oil stains and the impurities in the bottle body are attached to the bottle body more tightly, and the ultrasonic waves cannot enter the bottle body, so that the oil stains and the impurities in the bottle body cannot be thoroughly cleaned, the defect of poor cleaning quality exists, the water in the cleaning water tank does not flow, and the oil stains and the impurities on the outer surface of the bottle body are difficult to clean. In addition, because the bottle is upright with the opening facing upwards, the bottle needs to be placed upside down after cleaning to pour out the cleaning liquid in the bottle and make the cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the bottle flow down, and the operation not only increases the labor intensity of workers, but also reduces the cleaning efficiency of the bottle.
Chinese patent publication No. CN207188405U discloses a bottle cleaning device for cosmetic production, which comprises a base, wherein a conveyor belt is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the base, a groove is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the conveyor belt, a second fixing plate is connected with a clamping block through a T-shaped threaded rod, a protective box is arranged at the upper end of the base, motors are arranged on two sides of the inner part of the protective box, a rotating shaft is arranged at the output end of the motor, a soft cleaning brush is arranged at the tail end of the rotating shaft, cleaning solution nozzles are arranged on two sides of the upper part of the protective box, the lower part of the bottle is clamped through the T-shaped threaded rod by the clamping block, when the conveyor belt moves, a U-shaped positioning groove plays a role of preventing falling for the bottle, the cleaning solution nozzles are obliquely and symmetrically arranged, so that the cleaning solution nozzles can spray the bottle conveniently, the two groups of motors are arranged through the motors, and the left and right symmetrical motors are arranged, the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the soft cleaning brush has a good cleaning effect on the bottle body. However, the bottle cleaning device can only clean the outer surface of the bottle, and also cannot clean the inner surface of the bottle. Therefore, an apparatus capable of simultaneously cleaning the inner surface and the outer surface of the bottle body is desired.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the equipment for cleaning the bottle body and the cleaning process thereof, which have the advantages of compact structure and good cleaning effect, can thoroughly clean oil stains and impurities on the inner surface and the outer surface of the bottle body, reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the cleaning efficiency.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a device for cleaning a bottle body comprises a conveying device, a spraying and cleaning device, a bottle body outer surface dehydration device and a bottle body inner surface dehydration device which are arranged from left to right in sequence;
the conveying device comprises a rack, rollers, intercepting cylinders and a baffle plate, wherein the plurality of rollers are rotatably arranged in the rack along the length direction of the rack through rotating shafts, the intercepting cylinders are fixedly arranged at the top of the rack and are arranged in parallel to the rollers, the baffle plate is fixedly arranged on a piston rod of each intercepting cylinder, a chain is arranged between the rotating shafts of two adjacent rollers, and any rotating shaft is connected with an output shaft of a driving motor through a coupler;
the spraying cleaning device comprises a groove body, an upper spraying pipe, a lower spraying pipe, a front air cylinder and a rear air cylinder, wherein the upper part and the lower part of the groove body are communicated, the groove body is arranged on the right side of the frame and is positioned below the frame, a filter screen is fixedly arranged in the groove body, the right end part of the groove body is provided with a first L plate and a second L plate, vertical plates of the first L plate and the second L plate are fixedly arranged at the right end part of the groove body, a horizontal plate of the first L plate is positioned right above the groove body, a plurality of upper spraying pipes are fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the horizontal plate of the first L plate, the bottom of the upper spraying pipe is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes along the length direction, a horizontal plate of the second L plate is positioned right below the groove body, a plurality of lower spraying pipes are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the horizontal plate of the second L plate, the top of the lower spraying pipes is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes along the length direction, the front air cylinder and the rear air cylinder are vertically arranged, piston rods of the front cylinder and the rear cylinder are hinged to the outer wall of the groove body;
the outer surface dehydration device of the bottle body comprises a motor and a rotary table, the motor is vertically arranged, the rotary table is installed on an output shaft of the motor, a plurality of grooves for accommodating the cleaning basket are formed in the top surface of the rotary table, locking cylinders corresponding to the grooves are fixedly installed on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the rotary table, piston rods of the locking cylinders extend into the grooves, and pressing plates are fixedly arranged on the extending ends of the piston rods;
bottle internal surface dewatering device includes left socle, right branch frame, swivelling chute, vertical cylinder and buckle, the left and right sides of swivelling chute is rotatory respectively through the pivot and installs on left socle and right branch frame, and vertical cylinder fixed mounting is on the lateral wall of swivelling chute, and the buckle sets firmly in the effect end of vertical cylinder piston rod.
The filter screen is arranged in parallel to the horizontal plate of the L-shaped plate.
Four grooves are formed in the rotary disc and distributed at four corners of the rotary disc.
And a handle is arranged on the right bracket and is connected with the rotating shaft of the rotating groove.
The pressing plate is located in the groove.
The front cylinder and the rear cylinder are symmetrically arranged around the groove body.
The equipment also comprises a water pump, wherein a water outlet of the water pump is connected with a diverter valve, and the outlet of the diverter valve is respectively connected with the upper spray pipe and the lower spray pipe through pipelines.
The distance between two adjacent upper spray pipes is equal.
The equipment also comprises a controller, wherein the controller is connected with the front cylinder, the rear cylinder, the locking cylinder, the motor, the intercepting cylinder and the vertical cylinder.
The process for cleaning the bottle body by the equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, tooling of the bottle body: the bottle body is vertically placed in the cleaning basket with the opening facing upwards, a bottle body is placed between every two adjacent partition plates, then the mesh enclosure is covered on the top of the bottle body, and finally the edge of the mesh enclosure is fixed on the top of the cleaning basket through screws, so that the bottle body tool is realized;
s2, placing the assembled cleaning basket at the left end of the conveying device by a worker, controlling the starting of a driving motor through a controller, transmitting the torque of the driving motor to a roller connected with the driving motor, driving other rollers to synchronously rotate through a chain, driving the cleaning basket to convey rightwards, sliding the cleaning basket into a tank body after passing through a baffle, and supporting the cleaning basket by a filter screen; when a worker subsequently puts in a next cleaning basket, the piston rod of the intercepting cylinder is controlled by the controller to extend out, the piston rod drives the baffle plate to extend backwards, and the baffle plate intercepts the subsequently put cleaning basket;
s3, a water pump is turned on, cleaning liquid is pumped into an upper spray pipe and a lower spray pipe by the water pump through a pipeline and a flow divider valve, the cleaning liquid sprayed out of a water outlet hole of the upper spray pipe is sprayed downwards, one part of the sprayed cleaning liquid scours the outer surface of the bottle body, the other part of the cleaning liquid enters the bottle body from a bottle opening to scour the inner surface of the bottle body, meanwhile, the cleaning liquid sprayed out of a water outlet hole of the lower spray pipe is sprayed upwards, the sprayed cleaning liquid scours the bottom surface of the bottle body, oil stains and impurities on the outer surface of the bottle body are better cleaned in a spraying mode, and the cleaning effect is improved; meanwhile, the piston rods of the front cylinder and the rear cylinder are controlled by the controller to extend or retract in a reciprocating manner, the groove body is shaken back and forth through the reciprocating action of the piston rods of the front cylinder and the rear cylinder, and the cleaning liquid in the bottle body is shaken after the groove body is shaken, so that the cleaning liquid can more powerfully wash the inner surface of the bottle body;
s4, dehydrating the outer surface of the bottle body: the front air cylinder, the rear air cylinder and the water pump are closed, a worker takes out the cleaned cleaning basket from the groove body and places the cleaning basket in the groove of the rotary table, after the cleaning basket is placed, the piston rod of the locking air cylinder is controlled to extend out, the pressing plate is pressed outside the cleaning basket to fix the cleaning basket, after the cleaning basket is assembled, the controller controls the motor to start, the motor drives the rotary table to rotate, under the action of centrifugal force, cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the bottle body is thrown out, and the cleaning liquid in the bottle body is partially thrown out, so that the outer surface of the bottle body is dewatered;
s5, dehydrating the inner surface of the bottle body: close the motor and control locking cylinder piston rod withdrawal, take out the washing basket in the recess afterwards and put into in the rotary tank, then through the vertical cylinder piston rod withdrawal of controller control, the piston rod drives the buckle withdrawal, the top of screen panel is pushed down to the buckle to the frock that realizes wasing the basket is fixed, workman twist grip at last, the handle drives the rotary tank through the pivot and rotates, wash the basket and rotate in-process bottle washing liquid and be emptyd, after a period, can pour the water in the bottle is whole, the dehydration of bottle internal surface has finally been realized.
The invention has the following advantages:
(1) the spray cleaning device comprises a tank body, an upper spray pipe, a lower spray pipe, a front air cylinder and a rear air cylinder, wherein the upper part and the lower part of the tank body are communicated, the tank body is arranged on the right side of a rack and is positioned below the rack, a filter screen is fixedly arranged in the tank body, the right end part of the tank body is provided with a first L plate and a second L plate, vertical plates of the first L plate and the second L plate are fixedly arranged at the right end part of the tank body, a horizontal plate of the first L plate is positioned right above the tank body, a plurality of upper spray pipes are fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the horizontal plate of the first L plate, the bottom of each upper spray pipe is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes along the length direction of the upper spray pipe, a horizontal plate of the second L plate is positioned right below the tank body, a plurality of lower spray pipes are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the horizontal plate of the second L plate, the top of each lower spray pipe is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes along the length direction of the lower spray pipe, piston rods of the front air cylinder and the rear air cylinder are hinged on the outer wall of the tank body, when the water pump is turned on, the water pump pumps cleaning liquid into the upper spray pipe and the lower spray pipe through the pipeline and the flow dividing valve, the cleaning liquid sprayed out of the water outlet hole of the upper spray pipe is sprayed downwards, one part of the sprayed cleaning liquid scours the outer surface of the bottle body, the other part of the cleaning liquid enters the bottle body from the bottle opening to scour the inner surface of the bottle body, meanwhile, the cleaning liquid sprayed out of the water outlet hole of the lower spray pipe is sprayed upwards to scour the bottom surface of the bottle body, oil stains and impurities on the outer surface of the bottle body are better cleaned in a spraying mode, and the cleaning effect is improved; meanwhile, the piston rods of the front cylinder and the rear cylinder are controlled by the controller to extend or retract in a reciprocating mode, the reciprocating action of the piston rods of the front cylinder and the rear cylinder causes the groove body to shake front and back, the cleaning liquid in the bottle body shakes after the groove body shakes, the cleaning liquid can wash the inner surface of the bottle body more powerfully, impurities and oil stains on the inner surface of the bottle body are thoroughly cleaned, and the cleaning effect is further improved.
(2) The invention relates to a bottle body inner surface dehydration device, which comprises a left support, a right support, a rotary groove, a vertical cylinder and a buckle plate, wherein the left side and the right side of the rotary groove are respectively rotatably arranged on the left support and the right support through a rotating shaft, the vertical cylinder is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the rotary groove, the buckle plate is fixedly arranged at the action end of a piston rod of the vertical cylinder, a cleaning basket in a groove is taken out and placed in the rotary groove, then the piston rod of the vertical cylinder is controlled to retract through a controller, the buckle plate drives the buckle plate to retract, the top of a mesh enclosure is pressed through the buckle plate, so that the fixture for cleaning the basket is fixed, finally, a worker rotates a handle, the handle drives the rotary groove to rotate through the rotating shaft, cleaning liquid in a bottle body is poured out during the rotation process of the cleaning basket, after a period of time, all the water in the bottle body can be poured out, finally, the dehydration in the bottle body is realized, and the cleaning liquid in the bottle body is poured out at one time, the bottle bodies do not need to be manually poured one by one, so that the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
(3) The dehydration device for the outer surface of the bottle body comprises a motor and a rotary table, wherein the motor is vertically arranged, the rotary table is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, a plurality of grooves for accommodating the cleaning basket are formed in the top surface of the rotary table, locking cylinders corresponding to the grooves are fixedly arranged on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the rotary table, piston rods of the locking cylinders extend into the grooves, and the extended end of the piston rod is fixedly provided with a pressing plate which is positioned in the groove, a worker places the cleaning basket in the groove of the turntable, after the cleaning basket is placed, the worker controls the locking cylinder piston rod to extend out, the pressing plate presses the outside of the cleaning basket to realize the fixation of the cleaning basket, after the tool is assembled, the controller controls the motor to start, the motor drives the turntable to rotate, under the action of centrifugal force, the cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the bottle body is thrown out, and the cleaning liquid in the bottle body is partially thrown out, so that the outer surface of the bottle body is dehydrated; and when the bottle body does centrifugal motion, the cleaning fluid can wash the inner surface of the bottle body in the process of being thrown out of the bottle from the inside of the bottle, so that the cleaning quality of the inner surface of the bottle body is further improved.

as shown in fig. 2 to 7, the equipment for cleaning the bottle body comprises a conveying device 1, a spraying and cleaning device 2, a bottle body outer surface dehydration device 3 and a bottle body inner surface dehydration device 4 which are sequentially arranged from left to right.
The conveying device 1 comprises a rack 5, rollers 6, intercepting cylinders 7 and baffle plates 8, wherein a plurality of rollers 6 are rotatably mounted in the rack 5 along the length direction of the rack through rotating shafts, the intercepting cylinders 7 are fixedly mounted at the top of the rack 5 and are arranged in parallel to the rollers 6, the baffle plates 8 are fixedly arranged on piston rods of the intercepting cylinders 7, chains are mounted between the rotating shafts of two adjacent rollers 6, and any one rotating shaft is connected with an output shaft of a driving motor through a coupler; by controlling the extension of the piston rod of the intercepting cylinder 7, the subsequent cleaning basket 29 can be intercepted, and a new cleaning basket is prevented from falling into the groove body 9.
The spraying and cleaning device 2 comprises a tank body 9, an upper spraying pipe 10, a lower spraying pipe 11, a front cylinder 12 and a rear cylinder 13, wherein the upper part and the lower part of the tank body 9 are communicated, the tank body 9 is arranged on the right side of the rack 5 and is positioned below the rack 5, a filter screen 14 is fixedly arranged in the tank body 9, a first L plate 15 and a second L plate 16 are arranged at the right end part of the tank body 9, vertical plates of the first L plate 15 and the second L plate 16 are fixedly arranged at the right end part of the tank body 9, a horizontal plate of the first L plate 15 is positioned right above the tank body 9, a plurality of upper spraying pipes 10 are fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the horizontal plate of the first L plate 15, the intervals between two adjacent upper spraying pipes 10 are equal, a plurality of water outlet holes are formed in the bottom of the upper spraying pipes 10 and along the length direction of the upper spraying pipes, the horizontal plate of the second L plate 16 is positioned right below the tank body 9, a plurality of lower spraying pipes 11 are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the horizontal plate of the second L plate 16, a plurality of apopores have been seted up at the top of shower 11 down and along its length direction, preceding cylinder 12 and the equal vertical setting of post cylinder 13, preceding cylinder 12 and post cylinder 13 set up about cell body 9 symmetry, and the piston rod of preceding cylinder 12 and post cylinder 13 all articulates on the outer wall of cell body 9.
Bottle surface dewatering device 3 includes motor 17 and carousel 18, the vertical setting of motor 17 installs carousel 18 on the output shaft of motor 17, sets up a plurality of recesses 19 that are used for holding washing basket 29 on the top surface of carousel 18, and equal fixed mounting has the locking cylinder 20 corresponding with recess 19 on the front and back lateral wall of carousel 18, and the piston rod of locking cylinder 20 stretches into in recess 19, and has set firmly clamp plate 21 on the extension end of piston rod, and clamp plate 21 is located recess 19.
The bottle body inner surface dehydration device 4 comprises a left support 22, a right support 23, a rotary groove 24, a vertical cylinder 25 and a buckle 26, the left side and the right side of the rotary groove 24 are respectively rotatably installed on the left support 22 and the right support 23 through a rotating shaft, the vertical cylinder 25 is fixedly installed on the outer side wall of the rotary groove 24, and the buckle 26 is fixedly arranged at the action end of a piston rod of the vertical cylinder 25.
In this embodiment, the filter screen 14 is disposed parallel to the horizontal plate of the L-plate. Four grooves 19 are formed in the rotary table 18, and the four grooves 19 are distributed at four corners of the rotary table 18. The handle 27 is arranged on the right support 23, the handle 27 is connected with the rotating shaft of the rotating groove 24, the rotating groove 24 can rotate around the rotating shaft through the rocking handle 27, the bottle body in the groove body is further rotated, and the cleaning liquid in the bottle body is poured out completely.
The equipment also comprises a water pump, a diverter valve is connected at the water outlet of the water pump, the outlet of the diverter valve is respectively connected with the upper spray pipe 10 and the lower spray pipe 11 through pipelines, after the water pump is turned on, the water pump pumps cleaning liquid into the diverter valve, the cleaning liquid flows out of the diverter valve, then the cleaning liquid partially enters the upper spray pipe 10, and the other portion enters the lower spray pipe 11.
The equipment further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is connected with the front air cylinder 12, the rear air cylinder 13, the locking air cylinder 20, the motor 17, the intercepting air cylinder 7 and the vertical air cylinder 25, a worker can control the piston rods of the front air cylinder 12, the rear air cylinder 13, the locking air cylinder 20, the intercepting air cylinder 7 and the vertical air cylinder 25 to extend or retract through the controller, and meanwhile, the motor 17 can be controlled to be started or closed, so that the equipment is convenient for the operation of the worker, and has the characteristic of high automation degree.
The process for cleaning the bottle body by the equipment comprises the following steps:
s1, tooling of the bottle body: the bottle bodies 28 are vertically placed in the cleaning basket 29 with the openings facing upwards, one bottle body 28 is placed between every two adjacent partition plates 30, then the mesh enclosure 31 is covered on the top of each bottle body 28, and finally the edge of the mesh enclosure 31 is fixed on the top of the cleaning basket 29 through screws, so that the bottle body tool is realized;
s2, placing the assembled cleaning basket at the left end of the conveying device 1 by a worker, controlling the starting of a driving motor through a controller, transmitting the torque of the driving motor to a roller 6 connected with the driving motor, driving other rollers 6 to synchronously rotate through a chain by the roller 6, driving the cleaning basket 29 to be conveyed rightwards by the roller 6, sliding the cleaning basket 29 into a groove 9 after passing through a baffle 8, and supporting the cleaning basket 29 by a filter screen 14; when a worker subsequently puts in a next cleaning basket, the piston rod of the intercepting cylinder 7 is controlled by the controller to extend out, the piston rod drives the baffle plate 8 to extend out backwards, and the baffle plate 8 is used for intercepting the subsequently put cleaning basket;
s3, a water pump is turned on, the water pump pumps cleaning liquid into the upper spray pipe 10 and the lower spray pipe 11 through a pipeline and a flow divider valve, the cleaning liquid sprayed out of the water outlet hole of the upper spray pipe 10 is sprayed downwards, one part of the sprayed cleaning liquid washes the outer surface of the bottle body 28, the other part of the sprayed cleaning liquid enters the bottle body 28 from the bottle opening to wash the inner surface of the bottle body 28, meanwhile, the cleaning liquid sprayed out of the water outlet hole of the lower spray pipe 11 is sprayed upwards, the sprayed cleaning liquid washes the bottom surface of the bottle body 28, oil stains and impurities on the outer surface of the bottle body are better cleaned in a spraying mode, and the cleaning effect is improved; meanwhile, the reciprocating extension or retraction of the piston rods of the front cylinder 12 and the rear cylinder 13 is controlled by the controller, the groove body 9 is shaken back and forth through the reciprocating action of the piston rods of the front cylinder 12 and the rear cylinder 13, and the cleaning liquid in the bottle body 28 is shaken after the groove body 9 is shaken, so that the cleaning liquid can more powerfully wash the inner surface of the bottle body, the cleaning effect is improved, and impurities and oil stains on the inner surface of the bottle body are thoroughly cleaned;
s4, dehydrating the outer surface of the bottle body: the front air cylinder 12, the rear air cylinder 13 and the water pump are closed, a worker takes out the cleaned cleaning basket 29 from the groove body 9 and places the cleaning basket 29 in the groove 19 of the rotary table 18, after the cleaning basket is placed, the piston rod of the locking air cylinder 20 is controlled to extend out, the pressing plate 21 is pressed outside the cleaning basket 29 to fix the cleaning basket 29, the motor 17 is controlled by the controller to start after the tool is assembled, the motor 17 drives the rotary table 18 to rotate, under the action of centrifugal force, cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the bottle body is thrown out, and part of the cleaning liquid in the bottle body 28 is thrown out, so that the outer surface of the bottle body is dewatered; when the bottle body 28 performs centrifugal motion, the cleaning liquid can wash the inner surface of the bottle body in the process of being thrown out of the bottle from the inside of the bottle, so that the cleaning quality of the inner surface of the bottle body is further improved;
