Abstract
The invention discloses a drying mechanism for a three-station rotary table type spray cleaning machine, which comprises: a controller: mounting a base; a drying driver arranged on the mounting base; and the drying assembly is arranged on the power output end of the drying driver, wherein the drying assembly can be selectively lifted under the driving of the drying driver, and the drying driver is electrically connected with the controller. According to the invention, the height of the drying assembly is conveniently and quickly adjusted, so that the drying assembly has wider applicability, and the drying efficiency is further improved, thereby improving the drying effect.

Background
On a CNC (computer numerical control) production line, after finishing machining operations such as cutting, milling and drilling of products, due to the fact that the surfaces of the products are full of machining metal chips, cutting fluid, oil stains and other stains, the products need to be cleaned in time before being packaged and stored in a warehouse, so that the phenomena of corrosion, abrasion and the like of parts in the storage and transportation processes are prevented, and after the cleaning operations are finished, a drying mechanism is often used.

Preferably, the two sets of hot air boxes are arranged in parallel and at intervals to form a drying zone therebetween.
Preferably, a height sensor facing the drying zone is penetratingly arranged on the drying base, and the height sensor is electrically connected with the controller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the height of the drying assembly is convenient and quick to adjust, so that the drying assembly has wide applicability, and meanwhile, the drying efficiency is further improved, and the drying effect is improved.

a mounting base 1541;
a drying driver 1542 provided on the mounting base 1541; and
a drying component arranged on a power output end 1543 of the drying driver 1542,
wherein, the drying component can be driven by a drying driver 1542 to selectively lift, and the drying driver 1542 is electrically connected with the controller.
Further, a power output 1543 of the drying driver 1542 extends in a vertical direction.
Further, the drying assembly includes:
a drying base 1544 fixedly connected with the tail end of the power output end 1543;
a hot air box connector 1545 disposed on the drying base 1544; and
a hot air box 1546 fixedly connected with the hot air box connector 1545,
the hot air box connector 1545 includes a base and at least one cantilever.
Further, the base is fixedly connected with a drying base 1544, the cantilever parts and the base are integrally formed and vertically extend downwards, and each cantilever part is provided with a hot air box 1546.
Furthermore, the two cantilever portions are respectively disposed at the front and rear ends of the base portion, so that the hot air box connecting member 1545 is U-shaped, and the two sets of hot air boxes 1546 are respectively disposed at the inner sides of the two cantilever portions.
Further, two sets of hot air boxes 1546 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart to form a drying zone therebetween.
Further, a height sensor 1547 facing the drying zone is penetratingly disposed on the drying base 1544, and the height sensor is electrically connected with the controller.

a controller:
a mounting base (1541);
a drying driver (1542) provided on the mounting base (1541); and
a drying component arranged on the power output end (1543) of the drying driver (1542),
wherein the drying assembly can be selectively lifted and lowered under the driving of a drying driver (1542), and the drying driver (1542) is electrically connected with the controller; the drying assembly comprises:
a drying base (1544) fixedly connected with the tail end of the power output end (1543);
a hot air box connecting piece (1545) arranged on the drying base (1544); and
a hot air box (1546) fixedly connected with the hot air box connecting piece (1545),
the hot air box connecting piece (1545) comprises a base part and two cantilever parts which are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the base part; the base part is fixedly connected with a drying base (1544), the cantilever parts and the base part are integrally formed and vertically extend downwards, and each cantilever part is provided with a hot air box (1546); two groups of hot air boxes (1546) are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the two cantilever parts, and the two groups of hot air boxes (1546) are arranged in parallel and at intervals to form a drying area between the two hot air boxes.
