Abstract
The invention discloses a spray drying device for a three-station turntable type spray cleaning machine, which comprises: a circular mounting base plate, wherein a feeding and discharging area, a spraying area and a drying area which are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the mounting base plate are formed in a space right below the mounting base plate; and the spraying mechanism and the drying mechanism are arranged on the mounting base plate, wherein the spraying mechanism is positioned in the spraying area, and the drying mechanism is positioned in the drying area. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the cleaning efficiency by simplifying unnecessary cleaning steps, while simplifying the structure of the entire apparatus for easy installation, debugging, and maintenance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of CNC (computerized numerical control) production lines, in particular to a spray drying device for a three-station rotary table type spray cleaning machine.
Background
On the CNC production line, after finishing machining operations such as cutting, milling, drilling of product, because the surface of product is stained with spot such as processing metal fillings, cutting fluid, greasy dirt, need timely cleaning operation before packing the warehouse entry to the product to prevent that phenomenon such as corrosion, wearing and tearing from appearing in spare part storage and transportation, and in the cleaning operation in-process, often need use spray drying device.
The existing spray drying device has the following problems: firstly, the whole spray drying process has too many steps, which leads to low cleaning efficiency; secondly, the whole device has redundant and complex structure, and is inconvenient to install, debug and maintain.
In view of the above, it is necessary to develop a spray drying device for a three-station rotary-table type spray cleaning machine to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the spray drying device for the three-station turntable type spray cleaning machine, which improves the cleaning efficiency by simplifying unnecessary cleaning steps, simplifies the structure and the weight of the whole device, reduces the energy consumption and is convenient to install, debug and maintain.
To achieve the above objects and other advantages in accordance with the present invention, there is provided a spray drying device for a three-station turntable type spray washer, comprising:
a circular mounting base plate, wherein a feeding and discharging area, a spraying area and a drying area which are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the mounting base plate are formed in a space right below the mounting base plate; and
a spraying mechanism and a drying mechanism which are arranged on the installation base plate,
wherein, spraying mechanism is located spraying region department, and stoving mechanism is located stoving region department.
Preferably, a rotary driver is arranged at the center of the circle of the mounting base disc, and a power output end of the rotary driver extends vertically downwards.
Preferably, the spraying mechanism and the drying mechanism can be lifted in a vertical plane.
Preferably, the drying mechanism includes:
a controller:
mounting a base;
a drying driver arranged on the mounting base; and
a drying component arranged on the power output end of the drying driver,
wherein, the stoving subassembly can be in the drive of stoving driver selectivity lift, stoving driver with the controller electricity is connected.
Preferably, the power output of the drying actuator extends in a vertical direction.
Preferably, the drying assembly includes:
the drying base is fixedly connected with the tail end of the power output end;
the hot air box connecting piece is arranged on the drying base; and
a hot air box fixedly connected with the hot air box connecting piece,
the hot air box connecting piece comprises a base part and at least one cantilever part.
Preferably, the base is fixedly connected with the drying base, the cantilever parts and the base are integrally formed and vertically extend downwards, and each cantilever part is provided with a hot air box.
Preferably, the two cantilever portions are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the base portion, and the two groups of hot air boxes are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the two cantilever portions.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the cleaning efficiency is improved by simplifying unnecessary cleaning steps, the structure of the whole device is simplified, the weight is reduced, and the energy consumption of equipment is reduced, so that the installation, debugging and maintenance are facilitated.

In the drawings, the shape and size may be exaggerated for clarity, and the same reference numerals will be used throughout the drawings to designate the same or similar components. In the following description, terms such as center, thickness, height, length, front, back, rear, left, right, top, bottom, upper, lower, and the like are used based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings. In particular, "height" corresponds to the dimension from top to bottom, "width" corresponds to the dimension from left to right, and "depth" corresponds to the dimension from front to back. These relative terms are for convenience of description and are not generally intended to require a particular orientation. Terms concerning attachments, coupling and the like (e.g., "connected" and "attached") refer to a relationship wherein structures are secured or attached, either directly or indirectly, to one another through intervening structures, as well as both movable or rigid attachments or relationships, unless expressly described otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the spray drying device 154 for the three-station turntable type spray washer includes:
a circular mounting base 151, in which a loading and unloading region P1, a spraying region P2, and a drying region P3 are formed in a space directly below the mounting base 151, the loading and unloading regions P1, the spraying region P2, and the drying region P3 being sequentially arranged in a circumferential direction of the mounting base 151; and
a spraying mechanism 153 and a drying mechanism 154 mounted on the mounting base 151,
wherein, spraying mechanism 153 is located at spraying area P2, and drying mechanism 154 is located at drying area P3.
Referring to fig. 1, a rotary driver 152 is provided at a center of the mounting base 151, and a power output end of the rotary driver 152 extends vertically downward.
Further, both the spraying mechanism 153 and the drying mechanism 154 can be lifted and lowered in a vertical plane.
Referring to fig. 3, the drying mechanism 154 includes:
a controller:
a mounting base 1541;
a drying driver 1542 provided on the mounting base 1541; and
a drying component arranged on a power output end 1543 of the drying driver 1542,
wherein, the drying component can be driven by a drying driver 1542 to selectively lift, and the drying driver 1542 is electrically connected with the controller.
Further, a power output 1543 of the drying driver 1542 extends in a vertical direction.
Further, the drying assembly includes:
a drying base 1544 fixedly connected with the tail end of the power output end 1543;
a hot air box connector 1545 disposed on the drying base 1544; and
a hot air box 1546 fixedly connected with the hot air box connector 1545,
the hot air box connector 1545 includes a base and at least one cantilever.
Further, the base is fixedly connected with a drying base 1544, the cantilever parts and the base are integrally formed and vertically extend downwards, and each cantilever part is provided with a hot air box 1546.
Further, two cantilever portions are provided, which are respectively provided at the front and rear ends of the base portion, and two sets of hot air boxes 1546 are respectively provided at the inner sides of the two cantilever portions.
Further, two sets of hot air boxes 1546 are disposed in parallel and spaced apart to form a drying space therebetween.
Further, a height sensor 1547 facing the drying space is penetratingly disposed on the drying base 1544, and the height sensor is electrically connected to the controller.

1. A spray drying device (15) for a three-station rotary table type spray cleaning machine, characterized by comprising:
a circular mounting base plate (151), wherein a loading and unloading area (P1), a spraying area (P2) and a drying area (P3) which are sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the mounting base plate (151) are formed in a space right below the mounting base plate (151); and
a spraying mechanism (153) and a drying mechanism (154) which are arranged on the installation base plate (151),
wherein the spraying mechanism (153) is positioned at a spraying area (P2), and the drying mechanism (154) is positioned at a drying area (P3);
the drying mechanism (154) includes:
a controller;
a mounting base (1541);
a drying driver (1542) provided on the mounting base (1541); and
a drying component arranged on the power output end (1543) of the drying driver (1542),
wherein the drying assembly can be selectively lifted and lowered under the driving of a drying driver (1542), and the drying driver (1542) is electrically connected with the controller;
the drying assembly comprises:
a drying base (1544) fixedly connected with the tail end of the power output end (1543);
a hot air box connecting piece (1545) arranged on the drying base (1544); and
a hot air box (1546) fixedly connected with the hot air box connecting piece (1545),
the hot air box connecting piece (1545) comprises a base part and two cantilever parts respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the base part; the base part is fixedly connected with the drying base (1544), the cantilever parts and the base part are integrally formed and vertically extend downwards, each cantilever part is provided with a hot air box (1546), and two groups of hot air boxes (1546) are respectively arranged on the inner sides of the two cantilever parts.
2. The spray drying device (15) for a three-station turntable type spray washer according to claim 1, characterized in that a rotary driver (152) is provided at the center of the mounting base (151), and the power output end of the rotary driver (152) extends vertically downward.
3. The spray drying device (15) for a three-station turntable spray washer according to claim 1, characterized in that both the spray mechanism (153) and the drying mechanism (154) are liftable in a vertical plane.
4. Spray dryer arrangement (15) for a three-position rotary table spray washer according to claim 1, characterized in that the power output (1543) of the dryer drive (1542) extends in a vertical direction.
