本发明公开了排污泵进水弯管装置,包括进水弯管主体、切割室、静刀片、动刀片、转轴和转动底座,所述切割室安装于进水弯管主体的一侧,所述电机固定于切割室,所述转轴与电机的自由端固定连接,所述转动底座套装于转轴外并与转轴固定连接,所述动刀片固定于转动底座,所述静刀片固定设置并能与动刀片配合。通过在进水弯管的一侧设置带有刀片的切割室,在排污泵进水弯管中心流线处设置导流筋,能稳定大流量进水流态,将导流筋进口边上纤维等缠绕污物进行导流和切割处理,可实现大流量进水而不会堵塞管道,可达到很好的排堵效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及排污泵技术领域,特别涉及一种排污泵进水弯管装置。
背景技术
在工业生产中,潜污泵结构紧凑、少汽蚀破坏问题、振动噪声小,无污染等优势明显,应用范围越来越大,由原来的单纯地用来输送清水到现在的可以输送各种生活污水、工业废水、建筑工地排水、液状饲料等等,在各行各业中作用明显。但是,排污泵在输送污水时,污水中常常存在各种如棉纱、麻绳、碎布条等纤维和塑料制品,这些杂质一旦堵塞进水口容易导致污水排放不顺畅,严重甚至影响潜污泵的正常工作,造成电机的损毁,降低潜污泵的工作效率及使用寿命。
为了防止纤维在潜污泵工作时发生堵塞,潜污泵的结构得到改进,在潜污泵的进水口处加装防堵或切割装置,可有效防止污水中的杂质堵塞影响工作。例如中国专利CN204402963U潜污泵的切割装置,公开了一种切割装置包括切割刀座和切割刀体,切割刀座内圈的切割面上设切割槽,切割刀体的外圆上设有切割刀刃,切割刀刃与切割面小间隙配合切割,该发明结构紧凑,但在大流量下的效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在大流量下能更好稳定流态且能达到防堵塞效果的排污泵进水弯管装置。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了排污泵进水弯管装置,包括进水弯管主体、切割室、静刀片、动刀片、转轴和转动底座,所述切割室安装于进水弯管主体的一侧,所述电机固定于切割室,所述转轴与电机的自由端固定连接,所述转动底座套装于转轴外并与转轴固定连接,所述动刀片固定于转动底座,所述静刀片固定设置并能与动刀片配合。由此,进入进水弯管主体内的污物可被静刀片和动刀片切碎,可防止弯管被污物堵塞。
在一些实施方式中,所述转动底座包括底板和圆型凸台,所述圆型凸台设置于底板的一侧,所述动刀片安装于圆型凸台上。由此,动刀片可随转动底座转动。
在一些实施方式中,所述动刀片的刀锋与环状安装板边缘切线的夹角为30~60度,所述动刀片设置为4~8个。由此,多个倾斜设置的动刀片有利于切碎污物。
在一些实施方式中,排污泵进水弯管装置还包括环状安装板,所述环状安装板固定于于切割室内并套装于圆型凸台,所述静刀片安装于环状安装板上。由此,环状安装板用于支撑固定静刀片。
在一些实施方式中,所述静刀片环绕转轴并呈中心对称设置,所述静刀片的刀锋与动刀片的刀锋相对,所述静刀片设为4~8个。由此,动刀片相对于静刀片转动可切碎经过动刀片和静刀片之间的污物。
在一些实施方式中,排污泵进水弯管装置还包括离心式叶片,所述离心式叶片固定于转动底座并环绕于动刀片外。由此,离心式叶片可随着转动底座转动而产生吸力,使污物通过静刀片时被动刀片切碎,然后污物碎片被离心式叶片甩出切割室重新进入进水弯管内。
在一些实施方式中,所述离心式叶片为径向式叶片,所述离心式叶片设置为6~8个,所述离心式叶片的包角为50~80度。由此,离心式叶片可随转动转动底座转动产生吸力,可加强切割室内液体和污物的流通。
在一些实施方式中,排污泵进水弯管装置还包括导流筋,所述导流筋设置于进水弯管主体内。由此,导流筋可将固体污物导流进入切割室内进行切割。
在一些实施方式中,所述导流筋的进口边呈倾斜设置。由此,倾斜设置更有利于对固体污物进行导流。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在进水弯管的一侧设置带有刀片的切割室,在排污泵进水弯管中心流线处设置导流筋,能稳定大流量进水流态,将导流筋进口边上纤维等缠绕污物进行导流和切割处理,可实现大流量进水而不会堵塞管道,可达到很好的排堵效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明作进一步详细的说明。
图1~图5示意性地显示了根据本发明的一种实施方式的排污泵进水弯管装置。
参照图1~图5,排污泵进水弯管装置包括进水弯管主体1、切割室2、静刀片3、动刀片4、转轴5、转动底座6、电机7、环状安装板8、离心式叶片9和导流筋11。
切割室2安装于进水弯管主体1的一侧,导流筋11固定设置于进水弯管主体1内并与切割室2相对。电机7固定于切割室2的底部,转轴5的一端与电机7的自由端固定连接。转动底座6套装于转轴5外并与转轴5固定连接,电机7转动可带动转轴5转动并带动转动底座6转动。动刀片4固定于转动底座6,静刀片3固定设置并能与动刀片4对应配合。切割室2设置成透明的圆槽状,便于观察其内部是否有堵塞现象,电机7为普通潜水泵防水电机。
转动底座6包括底板61和圆型凸台62,圆型凸台62设置于底板61的一侧,动刀片4垂直安装于圆型凸台62上。动刀片4设置为4~8个并以转轴5为中心呈心中对称设置,动刀片4的刀锋位于圆型凸台62的边缘。动刀片4的刀锋与圆型凸台62边缘切线的夹角为30~60度,最佳角度为30度。动刀片4的长度大于转动底座6圆型凸台62台面圆半径一半。
环状安装板8固定于于切割室2内并套装于圆型凸台62外,环状安装板8的边缘设置有多个圆形的安装凹槽,凹槽边弧度大于静刀片3安装于环状安装板8的安装凹槽上。静刀片3环绕转轴5并呈中心对称设置,静刀片3的刀锋与动刀片4的刀锋相对,静刀片设为4~8个。
离心式叶片9固定于转动底座6的底板61并环绕于动刀片4外。离心式叶片9设置为径向式叶片,离心式叶片9的包角为50~80度,最佳包角为75度,离心式叶片9可设置6~8个,离心式叶片9的包角为50~80度。
导流筋11的进口边呈倾斜设置。导流筋11的进口边相对于进水弯管主体1母线的倾斜角度为45~75度,角度为70度时,防堵效果最好。
使用时,进水弯管主体1安装于排污泵10的进水口,污水在进入进水弯管主体1时被导流筋11分割隔为上下两个分流道,污水中的纤维等缠绕污物被导流筋11推送进切割室2。电机7转动带动转动底座6转动并带动动刀片4和离心式叶片9同时转动,离心式叶片9转动产生的吸力,使污物通过静刀片3和动刀片6之间时被切碎,然后污物碎片被离心式叶片9甩出切割室2并重新进入进水弯管1内。

1.排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:包括进水弯管主体(1)、切割室(2)、静刀片(3)、动刀片(4)、转轴(5)、转动底座(6)和电机(7),所述切割室(2)安装于进水弯管主体(1)的一侧,所述电机(7)固定于切割室(2),所述转轴(5)与电机(7)的自由端固定连接,所述转动底座(6)套装于转轴(5)外并与转轴(5)固定连接,所述动刀片(4)固定于转动底座(6),所述静刀片(3)固定设置并能与动刀片(4)配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:所述转动底座(6)包括底板(61)和圆型凸台(62),所述圆型凸台(62)设置于底板(61)的一侧,所述动刀片(4)安装于圆型凸台(62)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:所述动刀片(4)的刀锋与圆型凸台(62)边缘切线的夹角为30~60度,所述动刀片(4)设置为4~8个。
4.根据权利要求3所述的排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:还包括环状安装板(8),所述环状安装板(8)固定于于切割室(2)内并套装于圆型凸台(62),所述静刀片(3)安装于环状安装板(8)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:所述静刀片(3)环绕转轴(5)并呈中心对称设置,所述静刀片(3)的刀锋与动刀片(4)的刀锋相对,所述静刀片设为4~8个。
6.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:还包括离心式叶片(9),所述离心式叶片(9)固定于转动底座(6)并环绕于动刀片(4)外。
7.根据权利要求6所述的排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:所述离心式叶片(9)为径向式叶片,所述离心式叶片(9)设置为6~8个,所述离心式叶片(9)的包角为50~80度。
8.根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:还包括导流筋(11),所述导流筋(11)设置于进水弯管主体(1)内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的排污泵进水弯管装置,其特征在于:所述导流筋(11)的进口边呈倾斜设置。
