系列安全防水石膏砌块技术领域:防水石膏砖的生产技术该发明主要解决石膏砌块的风化问题和防水问题,不能泡长的问题技术方案:就是采用胶水添加乙醇或+消毒的地沟油等植物油或+聚丙稀酸酯(或丙烯酸酯)或干燥剂或+纳米棒土等防潮防霉材料或+其它粉粘剂或其组合的防水材料生产不同等级的系列防水石膏砌块采用胶水为主要粘接材料和防水材料,可增加防潮性,再加一种或者多种防水与增粘材料,就可以生产不同材料和性能的防水石膏砌块,添加乙醇可消毒助粘,加消毒处理地沟油等植物油或+聚丙稀酸酯(或丙烯酸酯)可防雨,再加干燥剂或者加纳米棒土等防霉防潮材料和粘粉剂,可防水防风化,降低吸水率,达到3%以下,达到国际水平,保持环保;加防水材料后,石膏砌块在水中寿命都增加,最长可达1年,并增加强度。

技术领域:防水石膏砌块的生产技术
背景技术:传统石膏砌块容易受潮风化,不能够在水中泡长(最多1月),一般用水搅伴石膏份和粘胶粉成膏浆浇注模具中,压制成型
发明内容:
本发明主要解决石膏砌块的受潮风化和不能在水中泡长的问题
办法是采用胶水为主要粘接材料和防水材料,可增加防潮性,再加一种或者多种防水与增粘材料,就可以生产不同材料和性能的防水石膏砌块,添加乙醇可消毒助粘,加消毒处理地沟油等植物油或+聚丙稀酸酯(或丙烯酸酯)可防雨,再加干燥剂或者加纳米棒土等防霉防潮材料和粘粉剂,可防水防风化,降低吸水率,达到3%以下,达到国际水平,保持环保;加防水材料后,石膏砌块在水中寿命都增加,最长可达1年,并增加强度。

实施方式:生产前,在胶粉或者胶水中添加乙醇或+地沟油等植物油或+聚丙稀酸酯(或丙烯酸酯)或干燥剂或+纳米防潮防霉材料或+其它粘粉剂或其组合的防水材料搅拌成防水粘液(防水剂),再与石膏粉搅拌成膏浆浇注灌模,压制成不同等级的防水石膏砌块。

1.系列安全防水石膏砌块的技术特征为:
与传统石膏砌块的的共同特征是:都是用石膏粉搅拌浇注成型;
不同特征是
安全防水石膏砌块采用胶水粘接和防水,能够增加防潮性,加乙醇或乙二醇,可增粘粘消毒,加消毒处理的地沟油等植物油脂或者丙烯酸酯或者聚丙烯酸酯可防雨,保持生产安全;再加干燥剂、粘粉剂,纳米棒土等可防风化,极大降低戏水率,控制在3%以下,达到国际水平;,保持环保。加防水材料后,石膏砌块在水中寿命都增加,最长可达1年。
保护范围:
1,采用添加乙醇或者乙二醇+地沟油(或丙烯酸酯)+干燥剂(或者纳米棒土)+其他助粘剂做防水粘胶液生产防水防风化的石膏砌块
2采用各种胶水的防潮石膏砌块
3采用乙醇类产品的防潮石膏砌块
4采用植物油的防雨石膏砌块
5采用聚丙稀酸酯(或丙烯酸酯)的防雨石膏砌块
6采用纳米防潮防霉材料的防风化石膏砌块
7采用以上任意防水和增粘材料组合生产的石膏砖。
