Claims (8)

1. The three-phase separator with the back flush function is characterized by comprising a cylinder body (22), wherein a feeding pipe (6) is arranged in the cylinder body (22), a plurality of nozzles (7) are arranged on the pipe wall of the feeding pipe (6), a gas-liquid separation part capable of exhausting gas is arranged above the feeding pipe (6), and a liquid-solid separation part is arranged below the feeding pipe (6); an annular filter screen (11) coaxial with the cylinder body (22) is arranged in a bottom cavity of the liquid-solid separation part, and a liquid outlet (17) and a back washing mechanism are arranged on the outer wall of the cylinder body (22) at the outer side of the annular filter screen (11);
an intermittent deslagging mechanism is arranged below the liquid-solid separation part, the intermittent deslagging mechanism comprises a buffer bin (13) and a deslagging bin (16) positioned below the buffer bin (13), an upper valve (14) is arranged at the joint of the buffer bin (13) and the deslagging bin (16), a lower valve (15) is arranged below the deslagging bin (16), and the upper valve (14) and the lower valve (15) are opened alternately;
the top of the barrel (22) is provided with a motor (1), a rotating shaft (8) penetrating through the barrel (22) and the buffer bin (13) is fixedly connected below the motor (1), the rotating shaft (8) is driven to rotate by the motor (1), a plurality of scraping brushes (20) are arranged on a shaft section of the annular filter screen (11) located at a liquid-solid separation part of the rotating shaft (8), a loosening spiral (12) is arranged on a shaft section of the buffer bin (13), the scraping brushes (20) and the loosening spiral (12) can be driven to rotate when the rotating shaft (8) rotates, solid residues on the annular filter screen (11) can be brushed down when the scraping brushes (20) rotate, and the brushed solid residues fall into the buffer bin (13);
the device also comprises a differential pressure sensor which is used for monitoring the differential pressure of an annular cavity formed between the annular filter screen (11) and the wall of the cylinder body (22);
the back flushing mechanism comprises a back flushing fluid inlet (9), a check valve (10) is installed at the back flushing fluid inlet (9), and the back flushing mechanism also comprises an adjusting valve (18) arranged on a liquid outlet (17), wherein when the back flushing fluid inlet (9) is communicated with back flushing fluid through an external fluid supply device, the adjusting valve (18) is closed.

The continuous-exhaust intermittent-slag-discharge three-phase separator with backwashing according to claim 1, wherein the gas-liquid separation part comprises an exhaust port (25), an air supplement port (3) and a pressure sensor interface (26) which are arranged above the cylinder (22), the exhaust valve arranged on the exhaust port (25) is in pressure linkage with the pressure sensor interface (26), and the air supplement valve arranged on the air supplement port (3) is in pressure linkage with the pressure sensor interface (26).
3. The continuous exhaust and intermittent slag discharge three-phase separator with backwashing according to claim 2, wherein a wire mesh demister (5) for blocking liquid drops is further provided in the chamber of the gas-liquid separation portion.

The continuous-exhaust intermittent-slag-discharge three-phase separator with backwashing according to claim 1, wherein the volume of a cavity of the gas-liquid separation part is 10-15 times of the volume of the buffer bin, and the volume of the buffer bin (13) is larger than that of the slag discharge bin (16).

The continuous-exhaust intermittent-slag-discharge three-phase separator with backwashing according to claim 1, wherein the pressure inside the three-phase separator is maintained at 0.4 ± 0.05MPa, and the pressure of the backwashing fluid introduced by the backwashing mechanism is 0.2 to 0.3MPa higher than the pressure inside the three-phase separator.

The continuous-exhaust and intermittent-slag-discharge three-phase separator with backwashing according to claim 1, further comprising a liquid level meter for monitoring the liquid level inside the cylinder (22), wherein two ends of the liquid level meter are respectively connected with an upper interface (23) of the liquid level meter arranged on the cylinder wall near the lower part of the feed pipe (6) and a lower interface (21) of the liquid level meter arranged on the cylinder wall above the annular filter screen (11).
7. The continuous-exhaust intermittent-slag-discharge backwashing three-phase separator according to claim 1, wherein the scraping brush (20) is 3-5 mm away from the annular filter screen (11); the distance between the loose screw (12) and the side wall of the buffer bin (13) is 20-30 mm.
8. The continuous-exhaust intermittent-slag-discharge three-phase separator with backwashing according to claim 1, wherein the feed pipe (6) is arranged at an upper middle position of the cylinder (22) and is fixed with the inner wall of the cylinder (22) in a triangular mode.
