本发明公开了一种塑料型材切割设备,包括机台,两组夹持机构,切割机构;所述两组夹持机构分别位于将所述机台分为两部分的第一轨道两边,一组夹持机构的螺纹杆与第一轨道平行,另一组夹持机构的螺纹杆与第一轨道成45度夹角;两组夹持机构的固定夹持部底边与机台紧密固定;切割机构部署于机台下方,包括第二轨道,部署于第二轨道一端的步进电机,步进电机的丝杠末端通过轴承连接可沿第二轨道滑动的电机支架,电机支架上固定有切割电机,切割电机的转子上固定有锯片,锯片的上部位于第二轨道内,第一轨道的两端均设有激光发射器。本发明改善了现有塑料型材切割设备安全性差,精度低的现状。同时,方便实现将型材边缘切成45度倒角。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料型材切割设备,特别涉及一种适于制作塑钢窗框的塑料型材切割设备。
背景技术
塑钢型材是由聚氯乙烯塑料型材加上钢衬制成的是一种常用的建材,广泛应用于房屋的门窗制作,比传统的钢窗、木窗和铝合金门窗的隔热保温和隔音性能均有很大提高。在普通民用住宅的门窗制作中,往往是以小规模定制加工的形式为主,施工方实地量取居民住房门窗相关参数,自主加工。此过程中,涉及大的型材切割,往往用的是小型的通用切割设备,安全性差,精度低,而且由于塑钢窗户生产中,很多型材边缘需要切成45度倒角,依靠生产者手工控制,产品质量不高。因此,需要设计一种专门用于塑料型材切割的设备,改善上述不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种专门用于塑料型材切割的设备,改善现有设备安全性差,精度低的现状。同时,需要方便实现将型材边缘切成45度倒角。
为此,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种塑料型材切割设备,包括机台,两组夹持机构,切割机构;所述夹持机构包括相互平行的固定夹持部和滑动夹持部,滑动夹持部上形成两个边缘光滑的圆形光孔和一个螺纹孔,两根光杆一端垂直连接固定夹持部,并分别贯穿两个第一光孔;螺纹杆一端垂直连接固定夹持部,并贯穿第二光孔,另一端嵌套有调节轮;所述两组夹持机构分别位于将所述机台分为两部分的第一轨道两边,一组夹持机构的螺纹杆与第一轨道平行,另一组夹持机构的螺纹杆与第一轨道成45度夹角;两组夹持机构的固定夹持部底边与机台紧密固定;切割机构部署于机台下方,包括第二轨道,部署于第二轨道一端的步进电机,步进电机的丝杠与第一轨道和第二轨道平行,丝杠末端通过轴承连接可沿第二轨道滑动的电机支架,电机支架上固定有切割电机,切割电机的转子上固定有锯片,锯片的上部位于第二轨道内,第一轨道的两端均设有激光发射器。
所述光杆的外径等于第一光孔的直径;螺纹杆的外径小于第二光孔的直径;调节轮的外径大于第二光孔的直径。
所述第二轨道中间下陷形成凹槽,凹槽底部宽度大于开口宽度。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:在同一机台上,既可沿垂直于型材方向切割,也可沿与型材夹角成45度方向切割,夹具固定牢固,不需要操作人员费力;夹具可调,方便适应多种不同规格的型材;激光发射器准确标记切割位置,减少切割误差;切割碎屑不容易进入电机中,有利于延长电机寿命。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本发明的一种塑料型材切割设备进行技术说明。
如图1~图5所示,一种塑料型材切割设备,包括机台1,两组夹持机构,切割机构;所述夹持机构包括相互平行的固定夹持部8和滑动夹持部7,滑动夹持部7上形成两个边缘光滑的圆形光孔10和一个螺纹孔11,两根光杆6一端垂直连接固定夹持部8,并分别贯穿两个第一光孔10;螺纹杆5一端垂直连接固定夹持部8,并贯穿第二光孔11,另一端嵌套有调节轮9;所述两组夹持机构分别位于将所述机台1分为两部分的第一轨道3两边,一组夹持机构的螺纹杆5与第一轨道3平行,另一组夹持机构的螺纹杆5与第一轨道3成45度夹角;两组夹持机构的固定夹持部8底边与机台1紧密固定;切割机构部署于机台1下方,包括第二轨道12,部署于第二轨道12一端的步进电机15,步进电机15的丝杠16与第一轨道3和第二轨道12平行,丝杠16末端通过轴承连接可沿第二轨道12滑动的电机支架,电机支架上固定有切割电机13,切割电机13的转子上固定有锯片2,锯片2的上部位于第二轨道12内,第一轨道3的两端均设有激光发射器4。
所述光杆6的外径等于第一光孔10的直径;螺纹杆5的外径小于第二光孔11的直径;调节轮9的外径大于第二光孔11的直径。
所述第二轨道12中间下陷形成凹槽14,凹槽14底部宽度大于开口宽度。电机支架底部置于凹槽14内,并可沿凹槽14滑动。
实施例一:
两组夹持机构中,螺纹杆5与第一轨道3平行的一组,适于垂直于塑料型材17方向切割,螺纹杆5与第一轨道3成45度夹角的一组,适于型材两端做45度倒角。
使用时,根据加工需求,选择合适的夹持机构,并在塑料型材17上标记出切割位置。旋转调节轮9,增加滑动夹持部7和固定夹持部8之间的距离,再将塑料型材17置于滑动夹持部7和固定夹持部8之间,打开激光发射器,前后推动塑料型材17,待光斑恰好落在标记的切割位置上,反方向旋转调节轮9,使滑动夹持部7和固定夹持部8夹紧塑料型材17。切割电机13上电,带动锯片2运转,根据锯片2和待切割塑料型材17的相对位置,控制步进电机15正转或反转,使之推动电机支架带动切割电机13在第二轨道12上逐渐向待切割塑料型材17移动,并最终将塑料型材17切断。再次旋转调节轮9将夹持机构打开,取出切割完毕的塑料型材17,完成切割动作。

1.一种塑料型材切割设备,其特征在于,包括机台(1),两组夹持机构,切割机构;所述夹持机构包括相互平行的固定夹持部(8)和滑动夹持部(7),滑动夹持部(7)上形成两个边缘光滑的圆形光孔(10)和一个螺纹孔(11),两根光杆(6)一端垂直连接固定夹持部(8),并分别贯穿两个第一光孔(10);螺纹杆(5)一端垂直连接固定夹持部(8),并贯穿第二光孔(11),另一端嵌套有调节轮(9);所述两组夹持机构分别位于将所述机台(1)分为两部分的第一轨道(3)两边,一组夹持机构的螺纹杆(5)与第一轨道(3)平行,另一组夹持机构的螺纹杆(5)与第一轨道(3)成45度夹角;两组夹持机构的固定夹持部(8)底边与机台(1)紧密固定;切割机构部署于机台(1)下方,包括第二轨道(12),部署于第二轨道(12)一端的步进电机(15),步进电机(15)的丝杠(16)与第一轨道(3)和第二轨道(12)平行,丝杠(16)末端通过轴承连接可沿第二轨道(12)滑动的电机支架,电机支架上固定有切割电机(13),切割电机(13)的转子上固定有锯片(2),锯片(2)的上部位于第二轨道(12)内,第一轨道(3)的两端均设有激光发射器(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料型材切割设备,其特征在于,所述光杆(6)的外径等于第一光孔(10)的直径;螺纹杆(5)的外径小于第二光孔(11)的直径;调节轮(9)的外径大于第二光孔(11)的直径。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种塑料型材切割设备,其特征在于,所述第二轨道(12)中间下陷形成凹槽(14),凹槽(14)底部宽度大于开口宽度。
