Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的真空搅拌机,包括箱体,所述箱体上方为圆柱形,下方为圆锥形,箱体下方设有加热层,箱体上方设有电机,所述电机连接旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设有至少两组桨叶,每组桨叶与旋转轴通过套轴活动连接,所述套轴上下表面设有弧形槽,相邻两组桨叶之间设有两个立板,立板的上下端设置在弧形槽内,立板表面设有若干刮板,所述刮板与立板的连接处设有长条孔,箱体上方设有真空泵与进料口,箱体下方设有出料口,本发明旋转轴上斜桨式搅拌叶片与立板共同作用,斜桨式搅拌器产生竖向的轴向力,立板旋转产生径向力,两者交错对压敏胶进行搅拌,搅拌效果叠加,搅拌效果好,加热、微压能达到要求,成本低,工作效率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于压特种敏胶生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的真空搅拌机。
背景技术
生产耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶少不了搅拌机,由于耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶是高粘度和高密度的物料,其黏度大,流动性差,要达到一定的搅拌效果,需要配备变频器,通过人工调节转速来达到工艺要求,不但提高了人力成本和设备成本,还也影响搅拌效果。另外由于生产压敏胶的时候需要加热或者微压,但是压敏胶粘度高,加热或者微压不能达到要求,严重影响产品的质量。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的真空搅拌机,多区域搅拌效果叠加,搅拌效果好,加热、微压能达到要求,成本低,工作效率高。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的真空搅拌机,其特征在于:包括立式箱体,所述箱体上方为圆柱形,下方为圆锥形,箱体下方设有加热层,箱体上方设有电机,所述电机连接旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设有至少两组桨叶,每组桨叶与旋转轴通过套轴活动连接,所述套轴上下表面设有弧形槽,相邻两组桨叶之间设有两个立板,两个立板对称设置,互不相连,立板的上下端设置在弧形槽内,立板表面设有若干刮板,所述刮板与立板的连接处设有长条孔,箱体上方设有真空泵与进料口,箱体下方设有出料口。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述桨叶为钢板做成的叶片倾斜设置在套轴外侧。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述每组桨叶设有3个叶片。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述立板与旋转轴之间的距离大于10mm。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述套轴侧面设有锁紧螺栓。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述箱体侧面设有压力计和温度计。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述电机为变频电机。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述出料口设有控制阀。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述箱体下方设有机腿。
本发明的有益效果是:

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图所示,本发明所述的一种耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的真空搅拌机,包括立式箱体1,所述箱体1上方为圆柱形,下方为圆锥形,箱体1下方设有加热层2,箱体1上方设有电机3,所述电机3连接旋转轴4,所述旋转轴4上设有至少两组桨叶5,每组桨叶5与旋转轴通过套轴6活动连接,所述套轴6上下表面设有弧形槽7,相邻两组桨叶之间设有两个立板8,两个立板8对称设置,互不相连,立板8的上下端设置在弧形槽7内,立板表面设有若干刮板9,所述刮板9与立板8的连接处设有长条孔10,箱体1上方设有真空泵11与进料口12,箱体下方设有出料口13。
本发明所述的一种耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的真空搅拌机,桨叶5为钢板做成的叶片14倾斜设置在套轴外侧,每组桨叶5设有3个叶片14,旋转轴旋转时,斜桨式搅拌叶片与立板共同作用,斜桨式搅拌器产生竖向的轴向力,立板旋转产生径向力,两者交错对压敏胶进行搅拌,搅拌效果叠加,搅拌效果好,加热、微压能达到要求,成本低,工作效率高。
旋转轴4旋转时刮板9将压敏胶原料刮进长条孔内,从立板8内部与旋转轴4之间的空隙流出,本发明将所述立板8与旋转轴4之间的距离设置大于10mm,确保原料流动顺畅,工作正常。
本发明在所述套轴6侧面设有锁紧螺栓15,确保套轴与旋转轴连接稳固,而且便于维修更换,节约成本。
本发明在箱体1下方设有加热层2,加热层内有加热板,将加热层2设置在箱体圆锥形下方,一方面是更加有利于热量的吸收,节约资源,另一方面安全性高,不会烫到操作者。
本发明所述箱体1侧面设有压力计18和温度计19,便于操作者监控箱体内部的情况。
本发明所述电机3为变频电机,速度可调整。
本发明所述出料口13设有控制阀16,便于控制出料量。
本发明所述箱体1下方设有机腿17。

1.一种耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的真空搅拌机,其特征在于:包括立式箱体,所述箱体上方为圆柱形,下方为圆锥形,箱体下方设有加热层,箱体上方设有电机,所述电机连接旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设有至少两组桨叶,每组桨叶与旋转轴通过套轴活动连接,所述套轴上下表面设有弧形槽,相邻两组桨叶之间设有两个立板,两个立板对称设置,互不相连,立板的上下端设置在弧形槽内,立板表面设有若干刮板,所述刮板与立板的连接处设有长条孔,箱体上方设有真空泵与进料口,箱体下方设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐热型丙烯酸酯压敏胶的真空搅拌机,其特征在于:所述桨叶为钢板做成的叶片倾斜设置在套轴外侧。
