In the embodiment, the ultraviolet light source is paused for 40 to 60 minutes every 5 to 15 minutes during the reservation waiting period, so that not only is good sterilization effect ensured and food spoilage is avoided, but also the loss caused by using the ultraviolet light source for a long time is reduced, local overheating is avoided and the service life of the ultraviolet light source is prolonged. The first preset time and the second preset time can be specifically set and adjusted according to the type, the stock and the like of the materials.

the ultraviolet light source part and the light guide body are of an integrated structure.

after the ultraviolet light source is turned on to start sterilization, the method further comprises the following steps:
step S102, turning off the ultraviolet light source after a first preset time;
and step S104, turning on the ultraviolet light source after a second preset time and returning to the step S102.
