In the embodiment, the working cycle of sterilization of the ultraviolet light source part is set by setting the first preset time and the second preset time, and when the time for reserving cooking is not reached, the sterilization process is circulated to repeatedly sterilize the cooking device, so that the long-time sterilization effect is favorably improved, and meanwhile, the local heating caused by long-time irradiation can be avoided; and when the time of reservation culinary art has been reached, then remove the sealing member to the through-hole of cooking device upper cover on, guarantee the sealed of through-hole, prevent that high temperature and high humidity from influencing ultraviolet source spare, guarantee cooking device's normal culinary art simultaneously. Meanwhile, it is to be added that this embodiment merely provides an intermittent sterilization control method, and if it is detected that the time for scheduled cooking has been reached while sterilization is in progress, sterilization may be immediately stopped and a subsequent cooking process may be performed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first preset time is in a range of 5 minutes to 15 minutes; the second preset time is in a range of 40 minutes to 60 minutes.
In the embodiment, the ultraviolet light source is paused for 40 to 60 minutes every 5 to 15 minutes during the reservation waiting period, so that not only is good sterilization effect ensured and food spoilage is avoided, but also the loss caused by using the ultraviolet light source for a long time is reduced, local overheating is avoided and the service life of the ultraviolet light source is prolonged. The first preset time and the second preset time can be specifically set and adjusted according to the type, the stock and the like of the materials.
