本发明是一种无花果打浆装置，包括管道，在管道上方设置进料管道，在管道的一端、进料管道的一侧设置有通过气缸带动的推料板，在管道内、进料管道的另一侧设置椭圆形刀片，在管道的下端设置果皮收集桶，在果皮收集桶的上方设置过滤网，在管道内、椭圆形刀片的一侧设置支撑杆，在支撑杆上还设置数个刀片，在管道内、支撑杆的一侧还设置辊轮，在管道下方设置打浆桶，在打浆桶与管道之间设置第二过滤网，在打浆桶内还插入设置通过电机带动转动的搅拌杆，在搅拌杆上还设置搅拌叶片，在打浆桶的下端还设置第三过滤网，在打浆桶下方还设置出料管。本发明能有效的完成对无花果打浆工作，可以减少果皮粘附打浆桶桶壁，并且打浆效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种打浆装置，具体的说是一种无花果打浆装置。
背景技术
无花果含有丰富的氨基酸、多糖、维生素、纤维质等，具有较高的营养保健功能，无花果饮品中取汁工序加工质量直接决定了无花果鲜果出汁率和饮品口感、营养成分等，由于无花果采用整果打浆的方式，其果皮柔韧度较高，极易在制浆过程中附着于打浆机叶片处，影响无花果鲜果破碎效果，并且无花果的果皮也不能过多的食用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种无花果打浆装置，该装置去除部分无花果果皮，可以减少果皮粘附在打浆桶桶壁，而且还可以避免影响口感。
为了达到上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本发明是一种无花果打浆装置，包括管道，在管道上方设置进料管道，在管道的一端、进料管道的一侧设置有通过气缸带动的推料板，在管道内、进料管道的另一侧设置椭圆形刀片，在管道的下端设置果皮收集桶，在果皮收集桶的上方设置过滤网，在管道内、椭圆形刀片的一侧设置支撑杆，在支撑杆上还设置数个刀片，在管道内、支撑杆的一侧还设置辊轮，在管道下方设置打浆桶，在打浆桶与管道之间设置第二过滤网，在打浆桶内还插入设置通过电机带动转动的搅拌杆，在搅拌杆上还设置搅拌叶片，在打浆桶的下端还设置第三过滤网，在打浆桶下方还设置出料管。
本发明的进一步改进在于：在管道内还设置支撑支撑杆的底座。
本发明的进一步改进在于：在搅拌杆的一端还设置刮板。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明将无花果从进料管道投入，然后通过气缸带动推料板推入经过椭圆形刀片，对无花果的表皮进行去除，因为无花果的表皮并非是一定要全部去除，因此，对于无花果的大小与椭圆形刀片的弧度等均不作特殊限定，经过椭圆形刀片去除表皮之后的无花果再次经过刀片将无花果切块切片，然后再次经过辊轮碾压无花果，碾压后的无花果进入到打浆桶内打浆后出料。
本发明结构简单、设计合理新颖，操作方便，能有效的完成对无花果打浆工作，可以减少果皮粘附打浆桶桶壁，并且打浆效果好。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解，下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述，该实施例仅用于解释本发明，并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1所示，本发明一种无花果打浆装置，包括管道1，在所述管道1上方设置进料管道2，在所述管道1的一端、所述进料管道2的一侧设置有通过气缸带动的推料板3，在所述管道1内、所述进料管道2的另一侧设置椭圆形刀片6，去除无花果表皮，在所述管道1的下端设置果皮收集桶5，在所述果皮收集桶5的上方设置过滤网4，过滤网的网孔比较大，避免无花果掉落，果皮则通过过滤网调入到果皮收集桶内，在所述管道1内、所述椭圆形刀片6的一侧设置支撑杆8，在所述管道1内还设置支撑所述支撑杆8的底座7，防止支撑杆晃动，在所述支撑杆8上还设置数个刀片9，优选的，刀片的数量为5—8个，在所述管道1内、所述支撑杆8的一侧还设置辊轮10，在所述管道1下方设置打浆桶12，在所述打浆桶12与所述管道1之间设置第二过滤网11，在所述打浆桶12内还插入设置通过电机带动转动的搅拌杆13，在所述搅拌杆13的一端还设置刮板15，避免无花果的果皮粘附在打浆桶的桶壁上，在所述搅拌杆13上还设置搅拌叶片14，对无花果进行搅拌打浆，在所述打浆桶12的下端还设置第三过滤网16，在所述打浆桶12下方还设置出料管17。
本发明将无花果从进料管道投入，然后通过气缸带动推料板推入经过椭圆形刀片，对无花果的表皮进行去除，因为无花果的表皮并非是一定要全部去除，因此，对于无花果的大小与椭圆形刀片的弧度等均不作特殊限定，经过椭圆形刀片去除表皮之后的无花果再次经过刀片将无花果切块切片，然后再次经过辊轮碾压无花果，碾压后的无花果进入到打浆桶内打浆后出料。

1.一种无花果打浆装置，包括管道（1），其特征在于：在所述管道（1）上方设置进料管道（2），在所述管道（1）的一端、所述进料管道（2）的一侧设置有通过气缸带动的推料板（3），在所述管道（1）内、所述进料管道（2）的另一侧设置椭圆形刀片（6），在所述管道（1）的下端设置果皮收集桶（5），在所述果皮收集桶（5）的上方设置过滤网（4），在所述管道（1）内、所述椭圆形刀片（6）的一侧设置支撑杆（8），在所述支撑杆（8）上还设置数个刀片（9），在所述管道（1）内、所述支撑杆（8）的一侧还设置辊轮（10），在所述管道（1）下方设置打浆桶（12），在所述打浆桶（12）与所述管道（1）之间设置第二过滤网（11），在所述打浆桶（12）内还插入设置通过电机带动转动的搅拌杆（13），在所述搅拌杆（13）上还设置搅拌叶片（14），在所述打浆桶（12）的下端还设置第三过滤网（16），在所述打浆桶（12）下方还设置出料管（17）。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种无花果打浆装置，其特征在于：在所述管道（1）内还设置支撑所述支撑杆（8）的底座（7）。
