一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,包括原纸层和由涂布液涂布烘干而成的吸墨层,所述涂布液按重量份计由如下的组分组成:45份的去离子水,0.2份的消泡剂,5份的聚乙烯醇2488,0.5份增白剂HT,15份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液PVP‑30,25份的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯乳液,8.5份的水性聚氨酯分散体,1份的超细高岭土,0.3份的润湿剂KF。本发明具有如下有益效果:本产品能够同时适用于冷裱与热裱,而且具有较强的牢度,此外本产品相对于常规产品降低了一定的成本。

技术领域
本发明属于相纸技术领域,具体涉及一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸及其生产工艺。
背景技术
相纸,又叫相片纸,传统文印行业中用来冲洗相片的一种材料,后来应用到喷绘行业就简称为相纸了。相纸是喷绘设计效果图的首选材料。传统的“纸纤维”相纸或“纸基相纸”它是把感光乳剂涂布于传统的纸浆纤维上,具有最高的影像品质与历久不变的特性。在广告及影像后期处理工序中,常规的不防水高光数码相纸存在只适用于冷裱,直接上热裱牢度较差,且成本较高的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸及其生产工艺:
一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,包括原纸层和由涂布液涂布烘干而成的吸墨层,所述涂布液按重量份计由如下的组分组成:40-50份的去离子水,0.05-0.5份的消泡剂,1-10份的聚乙烯醇2488,0.1-0.8份增白剂HT,10-20份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液,20-30份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,5-10份的水性聚氨酯分散体,0.5-2份的超细高岭土。
优选的,所述涂布液按重量份计由如下的组分组成:45份的去离子水,0.2份的消泡剂,5份的聚乙烯醇2488,0.5份增白剂HT,15份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液,25份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,8.5份的水性聚氨酯分散体,1份的超细高岭土。
优选的,所述原纸层为全木浆原纸。
优选的,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液为PVP-K15或PVP-30。
优选的,所述涂布液按重量份计还包括0.3份的润湿剂KF。
一种制作适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸的生产工艺,步骤如下:
步骤1:熬制聚乙烯醇水溶胶
在反应釜中加入450份去离子水和2份消泡剂,低速搅拌条件下,加入50份聚乙烯醇2488,缓慢升温至95℃并保温两小时,一直搅拌冷却至50℃后加入5份增白剂HT过滤待用。
步骤2:涂料制备
在反应釜中继续依次加入150份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液,250份乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,85份水性聚氨酯分散体,10份超细高岭土,加入3份润湿剂KF。
步骤3:涂布
采用逗号刮刀或窄缝挤压涂布方式按照18-20克干重每平方米的规格涂布于原纸层上,烘干,制成产品。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本产品能够同时适用于冷裱与热裱,而且具有较强的牢度,此外本产品相对于常规产品降低了一定的成本。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1:一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,包括由全木浆原纸制成的原纸层和由涂布液涂布烘干而成的吸墨层,所述涂布液按重量份计由如下的组分组成:40份的去离子水,0.05份的消泡剂,1份的聚乙烯醇2488,0.1份增白剂HT,10份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液PVP-30,20份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,5份的水性聚氨酯分散体,0.5份的超细高岭土。
实施例2:一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,包括原纸层和由涂布液涂布烘干而成的吸墨层,所述涂布液按重量份计由如下的组分组成:50份的去离子水,0.5份的消泡剂,10份的聚乙烯醇2488,0.8份增白剂HT,20份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液PVP-K15,30份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,10份的水性聚氨酯分散体,2份的超细高岭土,0.5份的润湿剂KF。
实施例3:一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,包括原纸层和由涂布液涂布烘干而成的吸墨层,所述涂布液按重量份计由如下的组分组成:45份的去离子水,0.2份的消泡剂,5份的聚乙烯醇2488,0.5份增白剂HT,15份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液PVP-30,25份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,8.5份的水性聚氨酯分散体,1份的超细高岭土,0.3份的润湿剂KF。
优选的,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液为PVP-K15或PVP-30。
一种制作适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸的生产工艺,步骤如下:
步骤1:熬制聚乙烯醇水溶胶:

1.一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,其特征在于:包括原纸层和由涂布液涂布烘干而成的吸墨层,所述涂布液按重量份计由如下的组分组成:40-50份的去离子水,0.05-0.5份的消泡剂,1-10份的聚乙烯醇2488,0.1-0.8份增白剂HT,10-20份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液,20-30份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,5-10份的水性聚氨酯分散体,0.5-2份的超细高岭土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,其特征在于:所述涂布液按重量份计由如下的组分组成:45份的去离子水,0.2份的消泡剂,5份的聚乙烯醇2488,0.5份增白剂HT,15份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液,25份的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,8.5份的水性聚氨酯分散体,1份的超细高岭土。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,其特征在于:所述原纸层为全木浆原纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液为PVP-K15或PVP-30。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸,其特征在于:所述涂布液按重量份计还包括0.3份的润湿剂KF。
6.一种制作权利要求1所述的适用冷热裱膜的不防水高光数码相纸的生产工艺,步骤如下:
步骤1:熬制聚乙烯醇水溶胶
