技术领域
本发明属于电子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种散热吸波膜。
背景技术
目前,作为屏蔽材料而广泛使用的金属的片或网较重,有配置在设备的壳体内需要花费劳力和时间的问题。而且,金属的片或网存在电磁波吸收能力具有大的各向异性的倾向,即当电磁波的入射角增大时电磁波吸收能力显著下降的倾向。电子产品释放出的电磁波,会给周围的其它电子设备带来电磁干扰,使其工作异常;同时也会对人体健康造成危害。目前来说,微型化、高度集成化是电子产品发展的主流趋势,这些产品的内部空间相对狭小。吸波材料中,贴片型吸波材料厚度薄,使用方便,对于降低电磁辐射、防止电磁干扰有很好的效果,比较适合应用在电子产品中。因此,设计开发厚度薄、质量轻、适用于狭小空间的贴片型电磁波吸收材料,成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明提供一种散热吸波膜,此散热吸波膜提高了金属层反射电磁场的利用率,显著提高了保护胶带的吸波性能,且避免了热量的过于集中,有利于热量扩散,也避免由于温升导致膜上翘,提高了产品性能的稳定性。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种散热吸波膜,包括金属层、吸波层和离型材料层;PET绝缘层与金属层之间设置有第一胶粘层,所述金属层与吸波层之间设置有第二胶粘层,所述吸波层与离型材料层之间依次设置有第三胶粘层、聚丙烯薄膜层和第四胶粘层;所述第四胶粘层与离型材料层接触的表面具有若干个凸点;
所述吸波层由以下组分组成:吸波粉体100份、丙烯酸丁酯20~35份、丙烯酸10~20份、丙烯酸异辛酯20~35份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10~30份、醋酸乙烯1~3份、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯0.1~1份、聚丙烯酸钠0.5~2份、过氧化甲乙酮0.4~1份;
所述吸波粉体由以下组分组成:羰基铁粉100份、三氧化二镍55份、纳米石墨粉6份、氯化钴12份、不饱和聚酯60份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠40份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
上述方案中,所述PET绝缘层与聚丙烯薄膜层的厚度比为10:4~6。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、本发明散热吸波膜,其吸波层采用复合吸波粉体羰基铁粉、三氧化二镍、纳米石墨粉、氯化钴与丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸乙烯、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯协同作用,具有较强的电磁波吸收特性,在2~10GHz电磁波的衰减率达到85%,进一步添加聚丙烯酸钠、过氧化甲乙酮,既有利于聚合物胶粘,也使得混合粉体在聚合物中分散均匀,从而保证了电磁性能的可靠性;其次,配方中进一步配以不饱和聚酯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠提高了整个吸波层的导热性能,有利于将电磁波产生的热量扩撒,改善了性能的稳定性和产品使用寿命。
2、本发明散热吸波膜,其提高了金属层反射电磁场的利用率,金属层的设置可以形成多次吸收,显著提高了贴膜的吸波性能;其次,其吸波层与离型材料层之间依次设置有第三胶粘层、聚丙烯薄膜层和第四胶粘层,大幅度提高了其耐电压击穿的效果,也提高了吸波膜的强度;再次,其第四胶粘层与离型材料层接触的表面具有若干个凸点,有利于贴合时气体的排出,从而避免了气泡的产生。

实施例1~4:一种散热吸波膜,包括金属层2、吸波层3和离型材料层4;PET绝缘层1与金属层2之间设置有第一胶粘层5,所述金属层2与吸波层3之间设置有第二胶粘层6;所述吸波层3与离型材料层4之间依次设置有第三胶粘层7、聚丙烯薄膜层5和第四胶粘层8;所述第四胶粘层8与离型材料层4接触的表面具有若干个凸点1。
所述吸波层3由以下组分组成:吸波粉体100份、丙烯酸丁酯20份、丙烯酸10份、丙烯酸异辛酯25份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯18份、醋酸乙烯1份、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯0.2份、聚丙烯酸钠1.5份、过氧化甲乙酮0.6份;
所述吸波粉体由以下组分组成:羰基铁粉100份、三氧化二镍55份、纳米石墨粉6份、氯化钴12份、不饱和聚酯60份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠40份。
上述第一胶粘层5的厚度小于第二胶粘层6的厚度,所述第二胶粘层7的厚度小于第三胶粘层7。
上述PET绝缘层1与聚丙烯薄膜层10的厚度比为10:4~6。
上述不饱和聚酯由顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐及丙二醇合成而成。
实施例在2~18GHz频段的最大反射系数和有效带宽如表3所示:

上述PET绝缘层1与聚丙烯薄膜层5的厚度比为10: 6;上述凸点1的平均高度为8微米。
上述PET绝缘层1厚度为6微米;所述PET绝缘层1与聚丙烯薄膜层5的厚度比为10:5。
上述实施例吸波层3的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一步:将羰基铁粉、三氧化二镍、纳米石墨粉、氯化钴、不饱和聚酯份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠混合均匀,并在84~86℃条件搅拌形成混合粉体;
第二步:将丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸乙烯、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯、聚丙烯酸钠与第一步的混合粉体混合,并经高速搅拌器分散1~2小时,从而混合均匀形成混合物;
第三步:在反应釜中将第二步的混合物加热至80~85℃后保温,在保温过程中分1~3次加入过氧化甲乙酮获得吸波混合液,所述保温时间为4~10小时;
第四步:将第三步获得的吸波混合液涂布于基板上;
第五步:对第四步中的吸波混合液进行烘烤形成吸波层。
采用上述散热吸波膜时,其提高了金属层反射电磁场的利用率,金属层的设置可以形成多次吸收,显著提高了贴膜的吸波性能;其次,其吸波层与离型材料层之间依次设置有第三胶粘层、聚丙烯薄膜层和第四胶粘层,大幅度提高了其耐电压击穿的效果,也提高了吸波膜的强度;再次,其第四胶粘层与离型材料层接触的表面具有若干个凸点,有利于贴合时气体的排出,从而避免了气泡的产生。

Claims (2)

1.一种散热吸波膜,其特征在于:包括金属层(2)、吸波层(3)和离型材料层(4);PET绝缘层(1)与金属层(2)之间设置有第一胶粘层(5),所述金属层(2)与吸波层(3)之间设置有第二胶粘层(6),所述吸波层(3)与离型材料层(4)之间依次设置有第三胶粘层(7)、聚丙烯薄膜层(5)和第四胶粘层(8);
所述吸波层(3)由以下组分组成:吸波粉体100份、丙烯酸丁酯20~35份、丙烯酸10~20份、丙烯酸异辛酯20~35份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10~30份、醋酸乙烯1~3份、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯0.1~1份、聚丙烯酸钠0.5~2份、过氧化甲乙酮0.4~1份;
所述吸波粉体由以下组分组成:羰基铁粉100份、三氧化二镍55份、纳米石墨粉6份、氯化钴12份、不饱和聚酯60份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热吸波膜,其特征在于:所述PET绝缘层(1)与聚丙烯薄膜层(5)的厚度比为10:4~6。
