一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,其特征在于,含有以下基本原料和配方(w/W,%):水:10‑20;负离子添加剂:0.1‑6;增稠剂:0.5‑1.5;pH调节剂:0.1‑0.2;消泡剂:0.2‑0.5;润湿剂:0.1‑0.4;分散剂:0.3‑0.6;防冻剂:3.0‑5.0;钛白粉:5.0‑10.0;重钙粉:10‑15;聚乙烯蜡:1.0‑1.5;聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液:30.0‑45.0;甲醛吸收剂:3‑9;香精:2‑7。一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,丰满度高、硬度高、耐磨性高,且可以长期有效释放负离子,降解甲醛等有害气体,改善空气质量,符合健康、绿色环保理念。释放的负离子不仅可以杀菌消毒、对人体有增强抗氧化性和抗老化性以及清除自由基的能力;对老化的肌肤,具有修复与再生的能,可以缓解人体亚健康。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及家装涂料领域,具体涉及的是一种释放负离子的木器清水漆。
背景技术
木器清水漆是指用于木制品上的一类树脂漆,有聚酯漆、聚氨酯漆等。清水漆包括水溶性漆、水稀释性漆、水分散性漆3种。木器清水漆的生产过程是一个简单的物理混合过程。木器清水漆以水为溶剂无任何有害挥发,是目前最安全的家具漆涂料,但是由于受涂装效果工艺等综合因素的影响,木器清水漆在市场内占有率低。其低碳环保理念是未来家具漆发展的方向。目前市场上的木器清水漆会挥发大量甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮等有机溶剂,危害着室内环境和人群健康。
本发明:一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,丰满度高、硬度高、耐磨性高,且可以长期有效释放负离子,降解甲醛等有害气体,改善空气质量,符合健康、绿色环保理念。释放的负离子不仅可以杀菌消毒、对人体有增强抗氧化性和抗老化性以及清除自由基的能力;对老化的肌肤,具有修复与再生的能,可以缓解人体亚健康。

一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,其特征在于,含有以下基本原料和配方(w/W,%):水:20;负离子添加剂:6;增稠剂:1.5;pH调节剂:0.1;消泡剂:0.2;润湿剂:0.1;分散剂:0.3;防冻剂:3;钛白粉:10;重钙粉:10;聚乙烯蜡:1;聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液:32.8;甲醛吸收剂:8;香精:7。

1.一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,其特征在于,含有以下基本原料和配方(w/W,%):水:10-20;负离子添加剂:0.1-6;增稠剂:0.5-1.5;pH调节剂:0.1-0.2;消泡剂:0.2-0.5;润湿剂:0.1-0.4;分散剂:0.3-0.6;防冻剂:3.0-5.0;钛白粉:5.0-10.0;重钙粉:10-15;聚乙烯蜡:1.0-1.5;聚氨酯改性丙烯酸乳液:30.0-45.0;甲醛吸收剂:3-9;香精:2-7。
2.如权利要求书1所述的一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,其特征在于,所述的水为去离子水。
3.如权利要求书1所述的一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,其特征在于,所述的负离子添加剂是可以释放负离子添加剂,释放负离子添加剂为含有纳米孔或者纳米晶的天然矿物材料。
4.如权利要求书1所述的一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,其特征在于,所述的防冻剂为丙二醇甲醚。
5.如权利要求书1所述的一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,其特征在于,所述的香精为柠檬香精。
6.如权利要求书1所述的一种释放负离子的木器清水漆,其特征在于,所述的甲醛吸收剂为活性氧化铝。
