本发明涉及一种家装涂料领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种抗甲醛涂料。
背景技术
甲醛主要来自于夹板、密度板、各种人造板材及其制造的家具大量使用的粘合剂的产品里,是一种无色,有强烈刺激性气味的有害气体,易溶于水、醇和醚。世界卫生组织认定甲醛为致癌和致畸形物质,对人体健康的危害可归纳为刺激作用、毒性作用和致癌作用。
纳米材料能够产生负离子,具有分解甲醛的功能,其中纳米钛效果较好,已经被广泛使用在涂料领域,用于分解甲醛,提高空气质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的抗甲醛涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种抗甲醛涂料,包括聚酰亚胺树脂、液态有机玻璃、净味剂、聚丙烯酰胺、杀菌剂、纳米活性炭、纳米钛 、葡萄糖酸钠、水,各组分的质量份数为:聚酰亚胺树脂15-25、液态有机玻璃10-15、净味剂5-7、聚丙烯酰胺7-10、杀菌剂10-18、纳米活性炭12-15、纳米钛10-12 、葡萄糖酸钠12-15、水30-50。
作为优选,所述的抗甲醛涂料,其特征在于:所述抗甲醛涂料各组分的质量份数为:聚酰亚胺树脂18、液态有机玻璃15、净味剂6、聚丙烯酰胺9、杀菌剂10、纳米活性炭15、纳米钛10 、葡萄糖酸钠12、水47。
作为优选,所述的抗甲醛涂料,其特征在于:所述净味剂由乙酸、氯化钠、二氧化氯组成。
