本发明涉及一种家装涂料领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种能吸收甲醛的乳胶漆。
背景技术
甲醛主要来自于夹板、密度板、各种人造板材及其制造的家具大量使用的粘合剂的产品里,是一种无色,有强烈刺激性气味的有害气体,易溶于水、醇和醚。世界卫生组织认定甲醛为致癌和致畸形物质,对人体健康的危害可归纳为刺激作用、毒性作用和致癌作用。
纳米材料能够产生负离子,具有分解甲醛的功能,其中纳米钛效果较好,已经被广泛使用在涂料领域,用于分解甲醛,提高空气质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的能吸收甲醛的乳胶漆。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种能吸收甲醛的乳胶漆,包括天然乳胶液、甲基异丁基酮、聚醚多元醇、高氯化聚乙烯树脂、长油度亚麻油醇酸树脂、石墨烯、丙烯酸异辛脂、二氧化硅超细粉、水,各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶液15-25、甲基异丁基酮10-15、聚醚多元醇5-7、高氯化聚乙烯树脂7-10、长油度亚麻油醇酸树脂10-18、石墨烯12-15、纳米钛10-12 、二氧化硅超细粉12-15、水30-50。
作为优选,所述的能吸收甲醛的乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述能吸收甲醛的乳胶漆各组分的质量份数为:天然乳胶液18、甲基异丁基酮15、聚醚多元醇6、高氯化聚乙烯树脂9、长油度亚麻油醇酸树脂10、石墨烯15、纳米钛10 、二氧化硅超细粉12、水47。
