其组分及重量比为:去离子水: 50~60%,丙二醇 : 10~25%,羟乙基纤维素:1~5%,复合纳米负离子粉:10~20%,钛白粉: 2~ 10%,滑石粉: 2~8%,碳酸钙: 20~30%,分散剂:10-20%,成膜助剂:5-10%,消泡剂:2-8%,湿润剂:0.8-2%,PH调节剂:0.2-1,防腐剂:0.5-2%。
本发明添加了复合纳米负离子粉使墙面可以释放负离子可以净化空气,改善环境,有益于人们的身体健康,真正做到了安全环保无污染
具体实施方式 一种纳米负离子墙面漆的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下:
称取去离子水60%,丙二醇25%,羟乙基纤维素5%,复合纳米负离子粉20%,钛白粉10%,滑石粉8%,碳酸钙30%,分散剂20%,成膜助剂10%,消泡剂8%,湿润剂2%,PH调节剂1%,防腐剂2%,放入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀即可制成环保纳米负离子墙面漆。
