一种聚氨酯跑道材料又称全天候运动跑道,由聚氨酯预聚体、混合聚醚、颜料、助剂、填料组成。一种聚氨酯跑道材料具有平整度好、抗压强度高、硬度弹性适当、物理性能稳定的特性,有利于运动员速度和技术的发挥,有效地提高运动成绩,降低摔伤率。塑胶跑道是由聚氨酯橡胶等材料组成的,具有一定的弹性和色彩,具有一定的抗紫外线能力和耐老化力是国际上公认的最佳全天候室外运动场地坪材料。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯跑道材料,具有弹性、防滑、耐磨、稳定、实用、环保等功能的运动场地坪材料。
二、背景技术
一种聚氨酯跑道材料又称全天候运动跑道,由聚氨酯预聚体、混合聚醚、颜料、助剂、填料组成。一种聚氨酯跑道材料具有平整度好、抗压强度高、硬度弹性适当、物理性能稳定的特性,有利于运动员速度和技术的发挥,有效地提高运动成绩,降低摔伤率。塑胶跑道是由聚氨酯橡胶等材料组成的,具有一定的弹性和色彩,具有一定的抗紫外线能力和耐老化力是国际上公认的最佳全天候室外运动场地坪材料。性能特点1.弹性,铺面具备适当的弹性,能产生符合人体生理构造的反弹力,对使用者的关节、韧带进行最大限度的保护功能。2.防滑,为使用者提供接触稳定的安全感觉,即便在潮湿条件下和恶劣的天气中也能保证使用者脚下踏实,起步、加速跑动快速安全。3.耐磨,卓越的耐磨性能,能保证铺面结构长期稳定不变,即使在激烈、频繁的比赛中使用,也能永葆“青春”。4.稳定,具备优良的抗老化及耐盐雾、温热、臭氧、紫外线等功能,以确物理机械性能及外观结构特征恒久不变,具备极佳的寿命。5.实用,是一种全天候铺面,在具各适当排水系统时,即便大雨后或清洗后也能立即用于游戏、训练和比赛,且其使用性能不变。
三、发明内容
本发明目的在于利用线型二元聚醚制备弹性预聚物,再与其他含羟基树脂匹配制备各种使用要求的弹性聚氨酯涂料。
一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:它是由A组份和B组份组成,其中A组份为丙二醇聚醚、多元醇、二甲苯工业、二甲苯工业无水、TDI组成B组份为环氧树脂液、铁红、滑石粉、沉淀硫酸钡、催化剂组成。

所述一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:A组份生产工艺为:将聚醚和二甲苯(工业)投入反应釜内,在回流下脱水2h,降温40℃以下,然后加入TDI和二甲苯(工业无水),在搅拌下于70-80℃反应3h左右,降温出料。
所述一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:B组份生产工艺为:将适量的环氧树脂液与铁红搅拌混合均匀,于三辊磨上轧制到细度60μm以下,在补加剩余的环氧液和催化剂,利用催化剂调整固体分为75%±1%,包装备用。
所述一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:施工应用将上述A组份和B组份按1:(1-2)混合,现用现配,搅拌均匀,施工时用混合稀料调整粘度,可喷、刷涂于混凝土地面上,控制膜厚50-60μm,自干24h后,在其底漆上可铺胶层。

四、具体实施方式
实施例1
一种聚氨酯跑道材料是由A组份和B组份组成,其中A组份为丙二醇聚醚、多元醇、二甲苯工业、二甲苯工业无水、TDI组成B组份为环氧树脂液、铁红、滑石粉、沉淀硫酸钡、催化剂组成。组合料成分如下:
A组份生产工艺为:将聚醚和二甲苯(工业)投入反应釜内,在回流下脱水2h,降温40℃以下,然后加入TDI和二甲苯(工业无水),在搅拌下于70-80℃反应3h左右,降温出料。B组份生产工艺为:将适量的环氧树脂液与铁红搅拌混合均匀,于三辊磨上轧制到细度60μm以下,在补加剩余的环氧液和催化剂,利用催化剂调整固体分为75%±1%,包装备用。施工中将A组份和B组份按1:1.36混合,现用现配,搅拌均匀,施工时用混合稀料调整粘度,可喷、刷涂于混凝土地面上,控制膜厚50μm,自干24h后,在其底漆上可铺胶层。
实施例2
一种聚氨酯跑道材料是由A组份和B组份组成,其中A组份为丙二醇聚醚、多元醇、二甲苯工业、二甲苯工业无水、TDI组成B组份为环氧树脂液、铁红、滑石粉、沉淀硫酸钡、催化剂组成。组合料成分如下:

1.一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:它是由A组份和B组份组成,其中A组份为丙二醇聚醚、多元醇、二甲苯工业、二甲苯工业无水、TDI组成B组份为环氧树脂液、铁红、滑石粉、沉淀硫酸钡、催化剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:

3.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:A组份生产工艺为:将聚醚和二甲苯(工业)投入反应釜内,在回流下脱水2h,降温40℃以下,然后加入TDI和二甲苯(工业无水),在搅拌下于70-80℃反应3h左右,降温出料。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:B组份生产工艺为:将适量的环氧树脂液与铁红搅拌混合均匀,于三辊磨上轧制到细度60μm以下,在补加剩余的环氧液和催化剂,利用催化剂调整固体分为75%±1%,包装备用。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氨酯跑道材料,其特征在于:施工应用将上述A组份和B组份按1∶(1-2)混合,现用现配,搅拌均匀,施工时用混合稀料调整粘度,可喷、刷涂于混凝土地面上,控制膜厚50-60μm,自干24h后,在其底漆上可铺胶层。
