本发明制备方法具体如下:首先按照各组分原料称取原料,然后将水倒入反应釜中,加热至30—40℃时,加入硅酸乙酯、莫来石纤维、环氧酯、聚四氟乙烯、二甲替甲酰胺、聚丙烯酸、五羟基己酸钠、衣康酸酯、水泥搅拌,再升温至90℃,保温30分后,即得成品。
本发明优点为无毒无味无腐蚀,对坏境无污染,施工造价低于苯板的30—50%,不怕雨浸日晒和寒冻,同墙体及外罩水泥砂浆保护层结合性好,使用寿命大于30年可适应任何形状复杂界面上随物成形,且建筑外墙防火涂料效果好,封闭性好,强度高,无裂纹。

本发明制备方法具体如下:首先按照各组分原料称取原料,然后将水倒入反应釜中,加热至30—40℃时,加入硅酸乙酯、莫来石纤维、环氧酯、聚四氟乙烯、二甲替甲酰胺、聚丙烯酸、五羟基己酸钠、衣康酸酯、水泥搅拌,再升温至90℃,保温30分后,即得成品。

实施例二与实施一基本相同,其不同之处是以下重量配置为硅酸乙酯15kg、莫来石纤维10kg、环氧酯5kg、聚四氟乙烯10kg、二甲替甲酰胺5kg、聚丙烯酸5kg、五羟基己酸钠5kg、衣康酸酯5kg、水泥15kg、水800kg。
