本发明涉及一种气动杆内管及其制备方法,所述内管由聚丙烯添加0.3‑0.5%的高光黑色母制成。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:准备相应型号的模具;准备相应质量份数的聚丙烯、为聚丙烯质量份数0.3‑0.5%的高光黑色母,所述聚丙烯和高光黑色母混料3分钟;调节注塑机的参数,进行生产;对生产出的首件产品进行确认,确认无误后作为样品挂样,按样品继续生产,每1‑2小时对产品进行对样检验;准备周转箱和加工工具,每箱数量一致并按顺序摆放,加工完毕每箱整齐堆放待检验区,并贴标签纸;每箱检验合格后,盖上合格章方可入仓,按指定区域整齐堆放。本发明的内管成本低廉、制备方法简单可行,大大降低了生产成本,同时具有优良的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及升降椅技术领域,尤其涉及一种气动杆内管及其制备方法。
背景技术
升降椅是个笼统的叫法,指椅面高度上下可调、椅面可以水平转动的转椅,人们通常也用旋转升降椅、转椅、电脑椅、办公椅等名称来称呼它。由于这种座椅的椅面下方有一个用于调节高度的升降装置,所以椅面可以上下升降。这种升降装置一般包括外管、内管、启动杆、阀门座、阀芯、阀体、活塞、活塞杆等等,活塞和活塞杆套入到内管里,内管一般是由金属制成,成本较高,本发明寻求一种低成本的内管以使用在升降椅的气动杆上。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种低成本的气动杆内管及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明可以通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种气动杆内管,所述内管由聚丙烯添加0.3-0.5%的高光黑色母制成。
进一步地,所述内管由聚丙烯添加0.4%的高光黑色母制成。
上述的内管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备相应型号的模具;
(2)准备相应质量份数的聚丙烯、为聚丙烯质量份数0.3-0.5%的高光黑色母,所述聚丙烯和高光黑色母混料3分钟;
(3)调节注塑机的参数,进行生产;
(4)对生产出的首件产品进行确认,确认无误后作为样品挂样,按样品继续生产,每1-2小时对产品进行对样检验;
(5)准备周转箱和加工工具,每箱数量一致并按顺序摆放,加工完毕每箱整齐堆放待检验区,并贴标签纸;
(6)每箱检验合格后,盖上合格章方可入仓,按指定区域整齐堆放。
进一步地,步骤(2)中的高光黑色母为聚丙烯质量份数的0.4%。
进一步地,步骤(3)中注塑机的参数为:调机注射压力70-80Pa、注射时间6-7秒、冷却时间20秒、周期时间35-40秒。
进一步地,步骤(4)对生产出的首件产品需要确认尺寸、装配和外观。
与现有技术相比,本发明使用聚丙烯制成的内管成本低廉、制备方法简单可行,大大降低了生产成本,同时具有优良的性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图以及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明:
本发明所述的气动杆内管,所述内管由聚丙烯添加0.3-0.5%的高光黑色母制成。
最优方案为,所述内管由聚丙烯添加0.4%的高光黑色母制成。
本发明所述的气动杆内管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备相应型号的模具;
(2)准备相应质量份数的聚丙烯、为聚丙烯质量份数0.3-0.5%的高光黑色母,所述聚丙烯和高光黑色母混料3分钟;实际生产中,高光黑色母优选为聚丙烯质量份数的0.4%;
(3)调节注塑机的参数,进行生产;注塑机的参数为:调机注射压力70-80Pa、注射时间6-7秒、冷却时间20秒、周期时间35-40秒;
(4)对生产出的首件产品进行确认尺寸、装配和外观,确认无误后作为样品挂样,按样品继续生产,每1-2小时对产品进行对样检验;
(5)准备周转箱和加工工具,每箱数量一致并按顺序摆放,加工完毕每箱整齐堆放待检验区,并贴标签纸;
(6)每箱检验合格后,盖上合格章方可入仓,按指定区域整齐堆放。
一种座椅气动杆,如图1所示,包括外管1,还包括使用上述方法制备的内管2,内管2套入到外管1内。用上述方法制备出来的内管与金属内属相比大大降低了生产成本,其性能也能适用于座椅气动杆上。
对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上技术方案以及构思,做出其他各种相应的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变和变形都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

1.一种气动杆内管,其特征在于:所述内管由聚丙烯添加0.3-0.5%的高光黑色母制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动杆内管,其特征在于:所述内管由聚丙烯添加0.4%的高光黑色母制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的内管的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备相应型号的模具;
(2)准备相应质量份数的聚丙烯、为聚丙烯质量份数0.3-0.5%的高光黑色母,所述聚丙烯和高光黑色母混料3分钟;
(3)调节注塑机的参数,进行生产;
(4)对生产出的首件产品进行确认,确认无误后作为样品挂样,按样品继续生产,每1-2小时对产品进行对样检验;
(5)准备周转箱和加工工具,每箱数量一致并按顺序摆放,加工完毕每箱整齐堆放待检验区,并贴标签纸;

4.根据权利要求3所述的内管的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中的高光黑色母为聚丙烯质量份数的0.4%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的气动杆内管的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中注塑机的参数为:调机注射压力70-80Pa、注射时间6-7秒、冷却时间20秒、周期时间35-40秒。
6.根据权利要求3所述的气动杆内管的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)对生产出的首件产品需要确认尺寸、装配和外观。
