背景技术
自动化系统中的大型成套设备，又称自动化装置。是指机器或装置在无人干预的情况下按规定的程序或指令自动进行操作或控制的过程。因此，自动化是工业、农业、国防和科学技术现代化的重要条件和显著标志。
自动化技术广泛用于工业、农业、军事、科学研究、交通运输、商业、医疗、服务和家庭等方面。采用自动化技术不仅可以把人从繁重的体力劳动、部分脑力劳动以及恶劣、危险的工作环境中解放出来，而且能扩展人的器官功能，极大地提高劳动生产率，增强人类认识世界和改造世界的能力。
现有的装配设备自动化程度还不够高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种自动化装配设备。
本发明的自动化装配设备，包括如下部件：
1）输送系统，所述的自动输送系统包括输送带、驱动装置、传动滚筒、托辊和张紧装置；
2）设在输送带上的自动化装配专机；
3）与自动化装配专机相配的分料机构、挡停机构及换向机构；
4）自动上下料机械手；
5）传感器；
6）控制系统。
优选地，
所述的传感器为主动视觉传感器或拾振传感器。
本发明的自动化装配设备，自动化程度高。
