Abstract
本发明提供包含如下组分的组合物:●一种或多种通式(I)的乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐(A),其中基团R1为具有6‑30个碳原子的线性或支化烷基或链烯基,指数n为1‑5的数,且基团M1选自包含H、Li、Na、K、Ca/2、Mg/2、铵和链烷醇胺的组,●一种或多种化合物(B),选自包含磷酸及其单‑、二‑和三盐的组,其中这些盐的阳离子选自包含Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵和链烷醇胺的组,●一种或多种化合物(C),选自包含柠檬酸及其单‑、二‑和三盐的组,其中这些盐的阳离子选自包含Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵和链烷醇胺的组,和●水,其中如下条件适用:●化合物(B)和(C)总和与化合物(A)总和的重量比为1:5‑1:10;●化合物(B)总和与化合物(C)总和的重量比为1:1.2‑1:3;和●组合物的pH为4.5‑7.5。R1(OCOCH(CH3))nOSO3M1 (I)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有一种或多种乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐含量的储存稳定的含水组合物。
背景技术
阴离子表面活性剂是一些最广泛的界面活性化合物,除了用于洗涤剂和清洁剂中外,还用于化妆品领域中的多种用途。常规阴离子表面活性剂,特别是在化妆品中使用的,是烷基醚硫酸盐(烷基聚醚硫酸盐,脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐,也简称为醚硫酸盐)。其特征为强的起泡能力、高的清洁能力、对硬度和油脂的低敏感性,广泛用于生产化妆品,例如洗发香波、泡沫浴或淋浴,而且还用于手洗餐具洗涤剂。
DE 40,03,096 A1描述了硫酸化羟基羧酸酯及其作为表面活性物质的用途。
EP 2,810,935 A1描述了硫酸化低聚羟基羧酸酯及其作为表面活性物质的用途。
发明描述
上述EP 2,810,935 A1描述了作为表面活性物质(表面活性剂)的硫酸化低聚羟基羧酸酯,其中这些化合物由于酯基团表现出一定的水解倾向,这对储存稳定性有负面影响。本发明的目的在于提供包含EP 2,810,935 A1中所述类型的由本文式(I)描述的化合物的含水表面活性剂组合物,其中基团R3表示甲基且其中指数n除了其中描述的定义外还可为零,其出于实际目的具有充分的储存稳定性。
在本申请上下文中,储存稳定性应理解为意指本发明组合物的pH在40℃下储存90天时向下即向较低pH改变1.2或更低。实例:在5.9的初始pH下,在40℃下储存90天时组合物的pH至多降低到4.7。
本发明额外提供包含如下组分的组合物:
●一种或多种通式(I)的乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐(A):
R1(OCOCH(CH3))nOSO3M1(I)
其中基团R1为具有6-30个碳原子的线性或支化烷基或链烯基,指数n为1-5的数,且基团M1选自包含H、Li、Na、K、Ca/2、Mg/2、铵和链烷醇胺的组,
●一种或多种化合物(B),选自包含磷酸及其单-、二-和三盐的组,其中这些盐的阳离子选自包含Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵和链烷醇胺的组,
●一种或多种化合物(C),选自包含柠檬酸及其单-、二-和三盐的组,其中这些盐的阳离子选自包含Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵和链烷醇胺的组,和●水,
其中如下条件适用:
●化合物(B)和(C)总和与化合物(A)的重量比为1:5-1:10;
●化合物(B)总和与化合物(C)总和的重量比为1:1.2-1:3;和
●组合物的pH为4.5-7.5。
化合物(A)
化合物(A)在本文称为乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐,对于本发明含水表面活性剂组合物是必不可少的。其具有上文描述的式(I):
R1(OCOCH(CH3))nOSO3M1(I)
其中基团R1为具有6-30个碳原子的线性或支化烷基或链烯基,指数n为1-5的数,且基团M1选自包含H、Li、Na、K、Ca/2、Mg/2、铵和链烷醇胺的组。
明确描述了化合物(A)命名为乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐仅用于语言上简单命名化合物(A),不应理解为结构上的限制;因此在根据化合物(A)的式的定义中,澄清了基团R1可意指烷基或链烯基以及-如指数n所示-其可为乳酸烷基或链烯基酯硫酸盐或低聚乳酸烷基或链烯基酯硫酸盐。
通式(I)中指数n描述低聚程度。化合物(I)的低聚程度为1-5,优选1.05-2.0。鉴于式(I)各分子中n一定总为整数且本文尤其假定1-5的值,对于为不同分子(I)的混合物(区别为其相应各n值)的乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐的n值为分析法确定的计算参数,其在大多数情况下为分数。优选使用平均低聚程度n为1.1-1.5的低聚乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐。
基团R1优选来源于具有10-18个碳原子,优选12-16个碳原子,尤其是12-14个碳原子的饱和、线性、伯醇。合适基团R1的典型实例为辛基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基和肉豆蔻基。其来源于饱和脂肪醇辛醇(辛醇-1)、癸醇(癸醇-1)、十一烷醇-1、月桂醇(十二烷醇-1)和肉豆蔻醇(十四烷醇-1),如例如在工业级脂肪酸甲酯氢化中或在醛类氢化过程中(在roelen羰基合成期间)获得。
如上所述,化合物(I)的基团M1选自包含H、Li、Na、K、Ca/2、Mg/2、铵和链烷醇胺的组。就此而言,特别优选的链烷醇胺为单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺和单异丙醇胺。
在化合物(I)的特别优选实施方案中,基团M1表示钠(Na)和/或钾(K)。
化合物(A)可通过本领域熟练技术人员已知的所有方法制备。在该情况下特别优选的制备方法为其中R1具有上述定义的醇R1OH与相应量的在IUPAC命名中对应于名称2-羟基丙酸的乳酸CH3-CH(OH)-COOH反应,以及随后用气态三氧化硫进行硫酸化,如果需要的话,中和酸性硫酸化产物。
在优选实施方案中,化合物(A)中基团R1表示具有10-18个碳原子的线性、饱和烷基。
化合物(A)中基团R1优选表示具有12-16个碳原子的线性、饱和烷基,其中尤其优选其中基团R1以约70重量%程度为月桂基且以约30重量%程度为肉豆蔻基的化合物(A)的混合物。
化合物(B)
化合物(B)选自包含磷酸及其单-、二-和三盐的组,其中这些盐的阳离子选自包含Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵和链烷醇胺的组。就此而言,特别优选的链烷醇胺为单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺和单异丙醇胺。在化合物(B)的特别优选实施方案中,阳离子为钠(Na)和/或钾(K)。
一般而言,取决于组合物的pH-就此而言应明确注意本发明含水组合物的pH为必不可少的参数-存在不同物质(B)的混合物。
化合物(C)
化合物(C)选自包含柠檬酸及其单-、二-和三盐的组,其中这些盐的阳离子选自包含Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵和链烷醇胺的组。就此而言,特别优选的链烷醇胺为单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺和单异丙醇胺。在化合物(C)的特别优选实施方案中,阳离子为钠(Na)和/或钾(K)。
一般而言,取决于组合物的pH-就此而言应明确注意本发明含水组合物的pH为必不可少的参数-存在不同物质(C)的混合物。
优选实施方案
如上文所解释,如下条件适用于本发明组合物:
●化合物(B)和(C)总和与化合物(A)总和的重量比为1:5-1:10,优选1:6-1:7.5。
●化合物(B)总和与化合物(C)总和的重量比为1:1.2-1:3,优选1:1.5-1:2.5。
●组合物的pH为4.5-7.5,优选5.0-7.0,尤其是5.7-6.7。
任选实施方案
在一个实施方案中,除了化合物(A)、(B)、(C)和水外,本发明含水表面活性剂组合物额外包含一种或多种醇(D)、烷基硫酸盐(E)、乳酸烷基酯(F)、乳酸(G)、乳酸硫酸盐(H)、硫酸盐(H)和无机盐(S)。在该情况下,条件适用于所有化合物(D)至(S)总和-描述为重量%,基于整个组合物-小于化合物(A)的量-同样描述为重量%,基于整个组合物。在优选实施方案中,在该情况下,化合物(A)的量为5-50重量%,基于整个组合物-尤其是8-40重量%。

化合物(D)
化合物(D)为式R1-OH的醇,其中R1关于上文化合物(A)所定义。
化合物(E)
化合物(E)为式R1-OSO3M1的烷基硫酸盐,其中R1和M1关于上文化合物(A)所定义。
化合物(F)
化合物(F)为式R1(OCOCH(CH3))nOH的乳酸烷基酯,其中R1和n关于上文化合物(A)所定义。
化合物(G)
化合物(G)为乳酸(2-羟基丙酸),对应于熟知的式HOCOCH(CH3)OH。
化合物(H)
化合物(H)为乳酸硫酸盐,对应于式HOCOCH(CH3)OSO3M1,其中M1关于上文化合物(A)所定义。
化合物(S)
化合物(S)为无机硫酸盐。这些盐具有式(M1)2SO4,其中M1关于上文化合物(A)所定义。
如果需要的话,本发明含水表面活性剂组合物可额外包含一种或多种其他表面活性剂,其就结构而言不属于上述化合物(A)和(E)。这些表面活性剂可为阴离子、阳离子、非离子或两性表面活性剂。
组合物的用途
本发明另一主题为上述组合物在化妆品以及洗涤剂和清洁剂中的用途。
关于化妆品,在本文尤其特别优选呈洗发香波、沐浴凝胶、皂、合成洗涤剂、洗涤膏、洗液、擦洗制剂、泡沫浴、油浴、淋浴、剃须泡沫、剃须洗剂、剃须膏和牙科护理产品(例如牙膏、漱口剂等)形式的那些。
实施例
所用物质
CD水=完全软水
乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐ALS-I:包含如下组分的含水组合物:化合物(A),其中如下参数适用:n=1.11(物质平均,其中n=1和n=2);R1=70%C12和30%C14;M1=Na,以及化合物(D)至(S)。分析:组合物包含9.4重量%(A)和总共6.3重量%化合物(D)至(S),其余为水。在20℃下,组合物为澄清、均匀浅黄色液体。
乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐ALS-II:包含如下组分的含水组合物:化合物(A),其中如下参数适用:n=1.23(物质平均,其中n=1和n=2);R1=70%C12和30%C14;M1=Na,以及化合物(D)至(S)。分析:组合物包含10.9重量%(A)和总共4.6重量%化合物(D)至(S),其余为水。在20℃下,组合物为澄清、均匀浅黄色液体。
磷酸二氢钾:KH2PO4,>99%p.a.(chemical trade)
柠檬酸钠:柠檬酸三钠二水合物,>99%p.a.(chemical trade)
测量和测试方法
pH:使用标准市售pH计,在配制剂即含水表面活性剂组合物中直接测量pH。
活性物质含量:阴离子表面活性剂含量通过埃普顿滴定法测定(根据ISO 2271),这是就化合物(A)和(E)含量而言所获得的。
外观:待测试样品储存在250ml玻璃瓶中且视觉评价浑浊出现、不均匀性(例如沉淀、条纹、沉降),尤其是相分离,因为这是水解指示。在所用样品的情况下,通过水解释放的脂肪醇向上漂浮。
储存测试:将样品储存在40℃下干燥箱中250ml玻璃瓶中且定期取出,冷却至20℃,然后评价外观。如果溶液仍为单相、澄清和均匀,则测量pH,并将样品再放回干燥箱。
在储存根据实施例B2的样品的情况下,也每月测定阴离子表面活性剂含量,以监测pH降低并将样品外观与阴离子表面活性剂含量降低相关联。
实施例B1:
向乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐ALS-I中加入0.5%磷酸二氢钾和1.0%柠檬酸钠–重量%,分别基于整个组合物–然后在20℃下搅拌混合物直至所有固体溶解且出现澄清均匀溶液。测量溶液的初始pH。然后如上所述储存样品。测量数据在表1和2中找到。
对比例CE1:
类似于实施例B1,不同之处在于不加入缓冲物质。测量数据在表1和2中找到。
对比例CE2-CE4:
类似于实施例B1,不同之处在于改变磷酸二氢钾和柠檬酸钠的量。测量数据在表1和2中找到。

根据表2,样品B1在40℃下储存时保持均匀和澄清最长且显示出最低pH降低和由此最好水解稳定性。
储存稳定性相比于未缓冲样品(对比例CE1)得到明显改进。
缓冲物质单独(对比例CE2和CE3)或以不同比例组合(对比例CE4)相比于B1显示出明显更差结果。
实施例B2:
向乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐ALS-II中加入0.5%磷酸二氢钾和1.0%柠檬酸钠,然后在20℃下搅拌混合物直至所有固体溶解且出现澄清均匀溶液。测定储存期间样品的阴离子表面活性剂含量、pH和外观。由表3可见,pH降低和样品外观与阴离子表面活性剂含量降低相关联。

Claims (20)
1.一种包含如下组分的组合物:
·一种或多种通式(I)的乳酸烷基酯硫酸盐(A):
R1(OCOCH(CH3))nOSO3M1 (I)
其中基团R1为具有6-30个碳原子的线性或支化烷基或链烯基,指数n为1-5的数,且基团M1选自包含H、Li、Na、K、Ca/2、Mg/2、铵和链烷醇胺的组,
·一种或多种化合物(B),选自包含磷酸及其单-、二-和三盐的组,其中这些盐的阳离子选自包含Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵和链烷醇胺的组,
·一种或多种化合物(C),选自包含柠檬酸及其单-、二-和三盐的组,其中这些盐的阳离子选自包含Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵和链烷醇胺的组,和
·水,
其中如下条件适用:
·化合物(B)和(C)总和与化合物(A)总和的重量比为1:5-1:10;
·化合物(B)总和与化合物(C)总和的重量比为1:1.2-1:3;
·组合物的pH为4.5-7.5。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中式(I)中基团R1为具有12-16个碳原子的饱和线性烷基。
3.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中基团M1表示钠(Na)或钾(K)。
4.根据权利要求2的组合物,其中基团M1表示钠(Na)或钾(K)。
5.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中化合物(A)以5-50重量%存在,基于整个组合物。
6.根据权利要求2的组合物,其中化合物(A)以5-50重量%存在,基于整个组合物。
7.根据权利要求3的组合物,其中化合物(A)以5-50重量%存在,基于整个组合物。
8.根据权利要求4的组合物,其中化合物(A)以5-50重量%存在,基于整个组合物。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物,其中组合物的pH为5.0-7.0。
10.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物,其中化合物(B)和(C)总和与化合物(A)的重量比为1:6-1:7.5。
11.根据权利要求9的组合物,其中化合物(B)和(C)总和与化合物(A)的重量比为1:6-1:7.5。
12.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物,其中化合物(B)与化合物(C)的重量比为1:1.2-1:3。
13.根据权利要求9的组合物,其中化合物(B)与化合物(C)的重量比为1:1.2-1:3。
14.根据权利要求10的组合物,其中化合物(B)与化合物(C)的重量比为1:1.2-1:3。
15.根据权利要求11的组合物,其中化合物(B)与化合物(C)的重量比为1:1.2-1:3。
16.根据权利要求1-15中任一项的组合物在化妆品以及洗涤剂和清洁剂中的非治疗用途。
17.根据权利要求1-15中任一项的组合物在呈洗发香波、沐浴凝胶、皂、合成洗涤剂、擦洗制剂、泡沫浴、油浴、淋浴、剃须泡沫、剃须洗剂、剃须膏和牙科护理产品形式的化妆品中的非治疗用途。
18.根据权利要求1-15中任一项的组合物在呈洗涤膏、洗液形式的化妆品中的非治疗用途。
19.根据权利要求1-15中任一项的组合物在用于清洁硬表面的低pH产品以及在用于卫生设备中的清洁和/或芳香凝胶中的用途。
20.根据权利要求19的用途,其中所述用于清洁硬表面的低pH产品为浴用和盥洗清洁剂。
