本发明公开了一种铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构,它由面壁板、肋条、横隔板、纵隔板和侧壁板组成,此种由横隔板和纵隔板组成内置格的矩形腔体,该腔体敞口朝上。所述面壁板外壁上等间距设有竖置外凸的实体矩形肋条。本发明通过在底壳的两侧面壁板外壁上增设外凸肋条,此种外置肋直接设在热变形薄弱区内,具有很好的结构强化效果,能够显著增加底壳的抗热变形能力。本发明特别适合储能铅酸蓄电池的底壳配套。

铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅酸蓄电池的配件,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种铅酸蓄电池的底壳,特别是一种铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池的壳体由底壳和上盖两部分组成,所述底壳在结构中主要用于盛装电解液。铅酸蓄电池配置的电解液是稀硫酸,为了防止这种具有腐蚀性液体外溢造成污染,在现有工艺条件下,铅酸蓄电池配套的底壳优选塑料制造。底壳实物是一种薄壁矩形敞口腔体,此类构件注塑成形很容易,制作成本也很低廉,最重要的是塑料质底壳满足铅酸蓄电池在常温环境下使用要求。尽管铅酸蓄电池在充放电过程中伴生热量,只要所处位置具有良好的散热条件,内部生成的热量不足以造成底壳变形。可是,工程中一些特殊工况需要成组配置铅酸蓄电池,再加上所处位置没有足够的散热空间,使得铅酸蓄电池内部温度逐步升高,升温必然导致底壳的薄壁处率先软化而产生外鼓变形,由此降低在用铅酸蓄电池的密封性能及电力性能。配套的铅酸蓄电池内置电解液一旦有外泄,必然恶化配套环境,从而产生不必要的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明主要针对现有技术的铅酸蓄电池底壳均等壁厚的不足,提出一种结构简单、制作容易、抗热变形能力强的铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构,它由面壁板、肋条、横隔板、纵隔板和侧壁板组成,此种由横隔板和纵隔板组成内置格的矩形腔体,该腔体敞口朝上,内置格长边尺寸为B。其改进之处在于:所述面壁板外壁上等间距设有竖置外凸的实体矩形肋条。
上述结构中,所述肋条设在面壁板外侧壁上,其位置处在内置格的长边中段,肋条宽度尺寸b1在0.25B~0.5B范围内选取,厚度尺寸b2至少2.0mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、在底壳的面壁板外壁上增设肋条,结构简单、制作容易;
2、底壳内置格中段是结构的薄弱区,在此增设一定宽度和厚度的肋条,显著提高结构强度及刚性,有利于进一步强化抗热变形能力。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
图1所示的铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构,它由面壁板1、肋条2、横隔板3、纵隔板4和侧壁板5组成,此种由横隔板3和纵隔板4组成内置格的矩形腔体,该腔体敞口朝上,本实施例中共设6只大小相等的内置格。内置格按横向两列,每列三只排列,本实施例设定内置格长边尺寸为B。为了提高底壳抗热变形能力,在底壳的面壁板1外壁上等间距设有竖置外凸的实体矩形肋条2,其位置处在内置格的长边中段。本实施例每侧面壁板1上设有3道肋条2,每道肋条2宽度尺寸b1为0.4B,厚度尺寸b2为2.2mm。
本发明通过在底壳的两侧面壁板外壁上增设外凸肋条2,此种外置肋直接设在热变形薄弱区内,具有很好的结构强化效果,能够显著增加底壳的抗热变形能力。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构,它由面壁板(1)、肋条(2)、横隔板(3)、纵隔板(4)和侧壁板(5)组成,此种由横隔板(3)和纵隔板(4)组成内置格的矩形腔体,该腔体敞口朝上,内置格长边尺寸为B;其特征在于:所述面壁板(1)外壁上等间距设有竖置外凸的实体矩形肋条(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构,其特征在于:所述肋条(2)设在面壁板(1)外侧壁上,其位置处在内置格的长边中段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池底壳强化结构,其特征在于:所述肋条(2)宽度尺寸b1在0.25B~0.5B范围内选取,厚度尺寸b2至少2.0mm。
