Abstract

本发明提供一种显示装置。该显示装置在拼接显示面板上方设置电致发光显示面板,电致发光显示面板的电致发光层在拼接显示面板上的正投影与拼接显示面板的边框重叠,且电致发光层包括多个电致发光器件,工作时,拼接显示面板的多个子显示面板与电致发光显示面板的多个电致发光器件同时发光从而显示画面,能够消除由于在拼接显示面板中设置边框而在显示画面上产生的黑线,提升显示效果,具有良好的产品品质。

本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
在显示技术领域,液晶显示装置(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)等平板显示装置已经逐步取代阴极射线管(Cathode Ray Tube,CRT)显示装置。液晶显示装置具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。
现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlight module)。通常液晶显示面板由彩膜(Color Filter,CF)基板、薄膜晶体管(Thin Film Transistor,TFT)阵列基板、夹于彩膜基板与薄膜晶体管阵列基板之间的液晶(Liquid Crystal,LC)及密封胶框(Sealant)组成。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,两片玻璃基板中间有许多垂直和水平的细小电线,通过通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
随着显示技术的发展,越来越多的应用功能场景下需要更大显示面积的显示装置,传统的具有单块显示面板的显示装置无法满足该要求,由多块显示面板拼接而成的显示装置由此产生。请参阅图1,为现有的一种由两块显示面板拼接而成的显示装置的结构示意图,该显示装置包括间隔设置的两块液晶显示面板100、设于该两块液晶显示面板100之间以及该两块液晶显示面板100外侧的黑矩阵(black matrix,BM)边框200。该显示装置在进行显示时,两块液晶显示面板100能够进行显示,但黑矩阵边框200却无法进行显示,这导致该显示装置的显示的画面中会出现对应黑矩阵边框200的黑线,影响显示的效果,产品的品质较差。
OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示器是一种新型的平板显示装置,由于其具有可进行自发光、制备工艺简单、成本低、功耗低、发光亮度高、工作温度适应范围广、体积轻薄、响应速度快、易于实现彩色显示和大屏显示、易于实现和集成电路驱动器向匹配、易于实现柔性显示等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
迷你发光二极管(mini LED)显示装置是一种在一个基板上集成微小尺寸的LED阵列作为显示像素来实现图像显示的显示装置,其每一个像素均可定址、单独驱动点亮,属于自发光显示器,其耗电量小,且色彩饱和度接近OLED,很多厂商将其作为目前的研究重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示装置,能够消除拼接显示面板显示画面中的黑线,产品品质较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种显示装置,包括拼接显示面板及设于拼接显示面板上方的电致发光显示面板;
所述拼接显示面板包括间隔设置的多个子显示面板、设于相邻的子显示面板之间的第一边框以及设于多个子显示面板外侧的第二边框;
所述电致发光显示面板包括衬底及设于衬底上的电致发光层;所述电致发光层在拼接显示面板上的正投影与第一边框及第二边框重叠;
所述电致发光层包括依次设置的多个电致发光器件。
所述子显示面板为液晶显示面板;
所述多个子显示面板呈阵列式排布。
所述电致发光器件为mini LED。
所述电致发光器件为OLED。
所述电致发光显示面板还包括覆盖多个电致发光器件的封装层。
所述电致发光器件包括红光电致发光器件、绿光电致发光器件及蓝光电致发光器件,在电致发光层中,红光电致发光器件、绿光电致发光器件及蓝光电致发光器件依次交替设置。
所述电致发光显示面板还包括设于衬底与电致发光层之间的TFT阵列层;所述TFT阵列层在拼接显示面板上的正投影与第一边框及第二边框重叠。
所述第一边框及第二边框的材料均为黑色矩阵材料。
所述显示装置还包括设于拼接显示面板与电致发光显示面板之间的第一粘合层、设于电致发光显示面板上方的盖板以及设于电致发光显示面板与盖板之间的第二粘合层。
所述第一粘合层及第二粘合层的材料均为水胶或光学胶;
所述盖板的材料为玻璃。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种显示装置在拼接显示面板上方设置电致发光显示面板,电致发光显示面板的电致发光层在拼接显示面板上的正投影与拼接显示面板的边框重叠,且电致发光层包括多个电致发光器件,工作时,拼接显示面板的多个子显示面板与电致发光显示面板的多个电致发光器件同时发光从而显示画面,能够消除由于在拼接显示面板中设置边框而在显示画面上产生的黑线,提升显示效果,具有良好的产品品质。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2,本发明的显示装置的第一实施例包括拼接显示面板10及设于拼接显示面板10上方的电致发光显示面板20。
所述拼接显示面板10包括间隔设置的多个子显示面板11、设于相邻的子显示面板11之间的第一边框12以及设于多个子显示面板11外侧的第二边框13。
所述电致发光显示面板20包括衬底21及设于衬底21上的电致发光层22。所述电致发光层22在拼接显示面板10上的正投影与第一边框12及第二边框13重叠。
所述电致发光层22包括依次设置的多个电致发光器件221。
具体地,在本发明的第一实施例中,所述子显示面板11为液晶显示面板。
具体地,所述多个子显示面板11呈阵列式排布。在图1所示的实施例中,子显示面板11的数量为两个,该两个子显示面板11呈一行两列排布。
具体地,所述第一边框12及第二边框13的材料均为黑色矩阵材料。
具体地,所述衬底21的材料可以为玻璃或柔性材料。
具体地,请参阅图2,所述电致发光显示面板20还包括设于衬底21与电致发光层22之间的TFT阵列层24。所述TFT阵列层24在拼接显示面板10上的正投影与第一边框12及第二边框13重叠。该TFT阵列层24用于驱动电致发光层22中的电致发光器件221发光以进行显示。
具体地,请参阅图2,在本发明的第一实施例中,所述电致发光器件221包括用于发出红光的红光电致发光器件2211、用于发出绿光的绿光电致发光器件2212及用于发出蓝光的蓝光电致发光器件2213,在电致发光层22中,红光电致发光器件2211、绿光电致发光器件2212及蓝光电致发光器件2213依次交替设置。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,根据实际的产品需求,所述电致发光器件221还可包括用于发出其他色光的电致发光器件,例如用于发出白光的白光电致发光器件及用于发出黄光的黄光电致发光器件。
具体地,在本发明的第一实施例中,所述电致发光器件221为mini LED。
具体地,请参阅图2,所述显示装置还包括设于拼接显示面板10与电致发光显示面板20之间用于将二者粘合的第一粘合层30、设于电致发光显示面板20上方的盖板40以及设于电致发光显示面板20与盖板40之间用于将二者粘合的第二粘合层50。
进一步地,所述第一粘合层30及第二粘合层50的材料均为水胶或光学胶。所述盖板40的材料为玻璃。在本发明的第一实施例中,所述第一粘合层30及第二粘合层50的材料优选为水胶。
具体地,本发明的显示装置的第一实施例在进行制作时,首先提供拼接显示面板10,之后提供衬底21并在衬底21上制作TFT阵列层24,而后将多个为mini LED的电致发光器件221绑定(bonding)在形成有TFT阵列层24的衬底21上,形成电致发光层22,从而得到电致发光显示面板20,之后将电致发光显示面板20具有衬底21的一侧与拼接显示面板10的侧面通过水胶贴合,之后再将盖板40通过水胶贴合在电致发光显示面板20远离拼接显示面板10的一侧,即完成制作。
请参阅图4,本发明的第二实施例与上述第一实施例的区别在于,所述电致发光器件221为OLED。
进一步地,请参阅图4,在本发明的第二实施例中,所述电致发光显示面板20还包括覆盖多个电致发光器件221的封装层23,用于阻隔外部的水氧侵入多个为OLED的电致发光器件221,提升产品的可靠性及寿命。
对应的,本发明的显示装置的第二实施例在进行制作时,首先提供拼接显示面板10,之后提供衬底21并在衬底21上制作TFT阵列层24,而后将多个为OLED的电致发光器件221制作在形成有TFT阵列层24的衬底21上,形成电致发光层22,而后在衬底21及电致发光器件221上形成封装层23对多个电致发光器件221进行覆盖,从而得到电致发光显示面板20,之后将电致发光显示面板20具有衬底21的一侧与拼接显示面板10的侧面通过水胶或光学胶贴合,之后再将盖板40通过水胶或光学胶贴合在电致发光显示面板20远离拼接显示面板10的一侧,即完成制作。
需要说明的是,本发明的显示装置在拼接显示面板10上方设置电致发光显示面板20,电致发光显示面板20的电致发光层22在拼接显示面板10上的正投影与拼接显示面板10的第一边框12及第二边框13重叠,且电致发光层22包括多个电致发光器件221,能够受驱动而发光,从而请参阅图3,本发明的显示装置在工作时,拼接显示面板10的多个子显示面板11发光,使显示装置与多个子显示面板11对应的第一显示区域91显示画面,而电致发光显示面板20的多个电致发光器件221发光,使显示装置与电致发光层22对应的第二显示区92也显示画面,从而显示装置整体的显示画面覆盖该显示装置,相较于现有技术,本发明能够消除由于在拼接显示面板中设置边框而在显示画面上产生的黑线,提升显示效果,具有良好的产品品质。
综上所述,本发明的显示装置在拼接显示面板上方设置电致发光显示面板,电致发光显示面板的电致发光层在拼接显示面板上的正投影与拼接显示面板的边框重叠,且电致发光层包括多个电致发光器件,工作时,拼接显示面板的多个子显示面板与电致发光显示面板的多个电致发光器件同时发光从而显示画面,能够消除由于在拼接显示面板中设置边框而在显示画面上产生的黑线,提升显示效果,具有良好的产品品质。

所述拼接显示面板(10)包括间隔设置的多个子显示面板(11)、设于相邻的子显示面板(11)之间的第一边框(12)以及设于多个子显示面板(11)外侧的第二边框(13);
所述电致发光显示面板(20)包括衬底(21)及设于衬底(21)上的电致发光层(22);所述电致发光层(22)在拼接显示面板(10)上的正投影与第一边框(12)及第二边框(13)重叠;

2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述子显示面板(11)为液晶显示面板;
所述多个子显示面板(11)呈阵列式排布。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述电致发光器件(221)为mini LED。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述电致发光器件(221)为OLED。
5.如权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述电致发光显示面板(20)还包括覆盖多个电致发光器件(221)的封装层(23)。
6.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述电致发光器件(221)包括红光电致发光器件(2211)、绿光电致发光器件(2212)及蓝光电致发光器件(2213),在电致发光层(22)中,红光电致发光器件(2211)、绿光电致发光器件(2212)及蓝光电致发光器件(2213)依次交替设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述电致发光显示面板(20)还包括设于衬底(21)与电致发光层(22)之间的TFT阵列层(24);所述TFT阵列层(24)在拼接显示面板(10)上的正投影与第一边框(12)及第二边框(13)重叠。
8.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一边框(12)及第二边框(13)的材料均为黑色矩阵材料。
9.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,还包括设于拼接显示面板(10)与电致发光显示面板(20)之间的第一粘合层(30)、设于电致发光显示面板(20)上方的盖板(40)以及设于电致发光显示面板(20)与盖板(40)之间的第二粘合层(50)。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一粘合层(30)及第二粘合层(50)的材料均为水胶或光学胶;
所述盖板(40)的材料为玻璃。
