After the system detects that an accident occurs, the system contacts the mine rescue organization to rescue the mine accident through reporting to the upper level administrative department and the safety production supervision and management department by the external call for help unit 212. The distance from the rescue organization supported by the mine to the service mine is limited by the driving time not exceeding 30 minutes, if the mine rescue organization can not reach the accident site within 30 minutes, the management personnel is informed to set up an auxiliary rescue team, and the mine accident rescue work is organized before the mine rescue organization reaches.
Each subsystem can be used independently and also can be arranged in the same monitoring system, so that the safety monitoring of all aspects of construction and production of a quarry is realized, the probability of accidents is reduced, potential safety hazards are timely discovered and eliminated, and the loss of lives and properties is reduced.
A quarry safety monitoring method comprises the following steps:
a step of detecting the landslide of the quarry body, in which measuring points or measuring surfaces are arranged on a side slope of the quarry, the measuring points or the measuring surfaces are sensor detecting units 311 arranged on side slope guardrails or rock surfaces, the sensor detecting units 311 comprise vibration sensors 313 and inclination sensors 314, the vibration sensors 313 detect the vibration amplitude of rock blocks, the inclination sensors 314 detect the inclination changes of the rock blocks, the vibration sensors 313 and the inclination sensors 314 transmit data to the control background 20, the control background 20 analyzes whether the vibration amplitude of the rock blocks exceeds a reasonable range or not and whether the inclination changes of the rock blocks are accelerated gradually or not, if the judgment result is yes, the part of the rock blocks is judged to be unstable and have the dangerous situation of the rock blocks landslide, the dangerous situation content and the dangerous situation suspected coordinates are transmitted to the alarm module 21, and the alarm module 21 broadcasts an alarm through the broadcasting unit 211;
the method comprises the steps of detecting landslide of the refuse dump, arranging a monitoring unit 321 at the height near the refuse dump, wherein the monitoring unit 321 comprises a plurality of monitoring cameras 323, the monitoring cameras 323 transmit pictures back to a control background 20 in real time, the control background 20 splices the pictures, overlapping parts are removed, monitoring pictures of the whole refuse dump are formed, the monitoring pictures are divided into a plurality of blocks through a partitioning unit 322, the amount of motion in each block is calculated, if the amount of motion in one block is increased and the amount of motion in an adjacent block is increased later, and the number of blocks with increased amount of motion exceeds a set value, the dangerous situation of landslide of the refuse is judged to exist, dangerous situation content and dangerous situation suspected coordinates are sent to an alarm module 21, and the alarm module 21 broadcasts and warns through a broadcasting unit 211.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps:
a timed blasting step, wherein a blasting plan is guided into the control background 20, and is notified through the broadcasting unit 211 1 hour before blasting, and the broadcasting unit 211 notifies personnel to enter a blasting place for inspection after blasting is completed for a certain time;
and a personnel detection step, wherein after the broadcasting unit 211 passes a blasting plan, an infrared sensor is arranged at a sentry, if a person enters a blasting area within 15 minutes before blasting, the person is informed of leaving through the broadcasting unit 211, in addition, a plurality of human body infrared detectors 43 are arranged in the blasting area, the plurality of human body infrared detectors 43 are arranged at firm hidden positions to form a human body detection network, if the human body infrared detectors 43 detect that the person exists in the blasting area, a signal is transmitted to the control background 20, and the control background 20 controls blasting delay until the person is completely evacuated.
Further, the method also comprises the following steps:
a drilling machine distance detection step, namely arranging a distance measuring sensor 812 at the outer protruding part of the trolley and the down-the-hole drill, detecting the minimum distance between the distance measuring sensor and the step crest line, and if the minimum distance is smaller than a set value, prompting a drilling machine driver and a guardian;
when the drilling machine walks close to the edge of the step, whether the walking route is safe or not is checked; the minimum distance from the outer side protruding part of the trolley to the slope top line of the step is 2m, and the minimum distance from the outer side protruding part of the down-the-hole drill to the slope top line of the step is 3 m.
A belt conveyor detection step, namely detecting whether the adhesive tape fastener is normal and whether the tension degree of the adhesive tape is proper through a pressure sensor 821 before the belt conveyor is used, if so, displaying that the adhesive tape fastener is qualified on a mobile terminal which is carried by an operator and is connected with the control background 20, and if not, prompting the operator to check; in operation, whether the adhesive tape deviates or not is detected through the laser sensor 822, if the judgment result is yes, an operator is prompted through the mobile terminal, the operator stops to adjust, and then the conveyor is restarted;
and a protection device detection step, namely arranging an impact sensor 831 on the protection device to judge whether the flying stone impact is received in the blasting or falling stone accident, and if the flying stone impact is detected, transmitting a signal to the control background 20 to prompt a manager to check and maintain the flying stone.

A quarry safety monitoring system is characterized by comprising a control background and a landslide detection subsystem, wherein the control background is in communication connection with the landslide detection subsystem and is used for receiving detection data and predicting and early warning disaster megarendering, the control background comprises an alarm module and a positioning module, the positioning module is used for determining suspected coordinates of dangerous cases, the control background analyzes that dangerous case content and the suspected coordinates of the dangerous cases are sent to the alarm module when the dangerous cases exist, and the alarm module comprises a broadcasting unit which is used for broadcasting the dangerous case content and the suspected coordinates of the dangerous cases; the landslide detection subsystem comprises a quarry body landslide module and a refuse dump landslide module, the quarry body landslide module comprises a plurality of sensor detection units arranged on a side slope, each sensor detection unit comprises a coordinate unit, the coordinate unit is connected with the positioning module, the refuse dump landslide module comprises a monitoring unit for detecting the movement amplitude of waste soil, each monitoring unit comprises a zoning unit for dividing a monitoring picture, judging the movement direction of the waste soil and sending the waste soil to the positioning module, wherein a measuring point or a measuring surface is a sensor detection unit arranged on a side slope guardrail or a rock surface, each sensor detection unit comprises a vibration sensor and an inclination angle sensor, the vibration sensor detects the vibration amplitude of a rock block, the inclination angle sensor detects the inclination angle change of the rock block, and the vibration sensor and the inclination angle sensor transmit data to a control background, the control background analyzes whether the vibration amplitude of the rock exceeds a reasonable range or not and whether the change of the inclination angle of the rock is gradually accelerated or not, if so, the rock is judged to be unstable and have dangerous situations of rock landslide, the dangerous situation content and the dangerous situation suspected coordinates are sent to the alarm module, and the alarm module broadcasts warning through the broadcasting unit;
the system also comprises a blasting subsystem, wherein the blasting subsystem comprises a timing module for planning blasting time and a personnel detection module for detecting personnel evacuation conditions near a blasting area, the blasting subsystem is connected with the broadcasting unit, the timing module broadcasts a blasting plan through the broadcasting unit within a certain time before the set blasting time of a quarry, and the personnel detection module informs the blasting subsystem to stop blasting when detecting personnel exist in the blasting area;
the equipment detection subsystem comprises a drilling machine distance detection module, a belt conveyor detection module and a protection device detection module, wherein the drilling machine distance detection module is used for planning a walking route of a drilling machine on a working step, the belt conveyor detection module is used for detecting a belt conveying condition, and the protection device detection module is used for detecting whether a mechanical equipment protection device works normally or not.

The quarry safety monitoring system of claim 1, further comprising a lightning protection detection subsystem, wherein the lightning protection detection subsystem comprises a lightning protection module and a weather module, the lightning protection module comprises a ground building lightning protection unit, a line lightning protection unit, an electrical equipment lightning protection unit and a transformer lightning protection unit, and the weather module is connected with the weather forecast system and used for predicting thunder, rain and fog and reporting.

The quarry safety monitoring system of claim 1, further comprising a high temperature detection prevention subsystem, wherein the high temperature detection prevention subsystem comprises a temperature measurement module for detecting an ambient temperature and a physical examination module for entering physical examination information, and the physical examination module records a list of operators who do not fit in the high temperature environment and reminds the corresponding operator to leave when the temperature measurement module detects that the ambient temperature is higher than 35 °.

The quarry safety monitoring system of claim 1, further comprising a dust detection subsystem, wherein the dust detection subsystem comprises a dust detection module and a water spray module, wherein the dust detection module comprises a plurality of dust concentration sensors disposed near the blasting pile, the crusher feed port, and the sander feed port, wherein the water spray module comprises a water spray head, the water spray module is associated with the dust detection module, and the water spray module starts to operate when the dust detection module detects that the dust concentration exceeds a certain index.
5. The quarry safety monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the alarm module further comprises an outbound call for help unit for reporting in contact with superior departments and rescue organizations.
