Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
An Electronic Shelf price Label (ESL) is an Electronic display device with information transceiving function, and is mainly applied to Electronic labels for displaying price information and related information of articles in supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies and the like. The electronic shelf label is placed on a shelf and can replace an electronic display device of a traditional paper price label, each electronic shelf label is connected with a computer database of a shopping mall or an article storage environment through a wired or wireless network, and latest commodity information is displayed through a screen on the electronic shelf label, wherein the screen material comprises but is not limited to LCD, LED, OLED, electronic ink paper and the like.
Types of electronic price tag devices include active electronic price tag devices, passive electronic price tag devices, and the like. An active electronic price tag device is an electronic price tag device that is powered by a built-in power supply device such as a battery. The passive electronic price tag device is an electronic price tag device which is not internally provided with a power supply device and supplies power through an external power supply device such as a power supply device arranged on a shelf or a wireless power supply device.
The various solutions provided by the present invention for coupon delivery using an electronic price tag device will be described in detail below, and are applicable to any of the above types of electronic price tag devices.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a coupon delivery method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the present invention provides a coupon delivery method suitable for a coupon delivery platform, including:
s13: receiving coupon configuration information, configuring a plurality of coupons according to the coupon configuration information, and configuring a first corresponding relation between each coupon and each electronic price tag device;
s15: receiving the receiving configuration information, and configuring the receiving rules, the receiving pages and the receiving information of each coupon according to the receiving configuration information;
s17: and remotely controlling each electronic price tag device to respectively display the receiving information of the corresponding coupon, so that the user can access the receiving page according to the receiving information to receive the corresponding coupon.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the coupon delivery platform is configured at the cloud service end, and the merchant can log in the platform through logging in a web page or logging in an app of the mobile terminal, and configure the coupon of each commodity and its getting rule. In more embodiments, the coupon delivery platform can be configured in different environments such as a centralized server according to actual needs, and the same effect can be achieved.
In step S13, after the merchant logs in the coupon delivery platform through the web page or app, the merchant configures the coupon of each commodity, and the web page or app generates coupon configuration information and sends the information to the coupon delivery platform.
And after receiving the coupon configuration information, the coupon delivery platform generates each coupon configured by the merchant according to the coupon configuration information, and configures a first corresponding relation between each coupon and each electronic price tag device.
The types of coupons may include, among other things, single-product coupons, brand coupons, general coupons, and so forth. Because the electronic price tag devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the types of the commodities under normal conditions, the corresponding relations between the single product coupons and the electronic price tag devices are also in one-to-one correspondence; brand coupons typically correspond to a plurality of electronic price tag devices; the universal coupon typically corresponds to all, or most, of the electronic price tag devices in the store's electronic price tag system.
The following describes in detail the arrangement of the first correspondence relationship in the present embodiment with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of step S13 in a preferred embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, step S13 specifically includes:
s131: receiving coupon configuration information;
s133: acquiring a second corresponding relation between each electronic price tag device and the commodity;
s135: configuring a plurality of coupons according to the coupon configuration information;
s137: and matching the commodity corresponding to each coupon with the second corresponding relation so as to configure the first corresponding relation between each coupon and each electronic price tag device.
That is, in this embodiment, after the coupon placement platform receives the coupon configuration information, the latest second correspondence is acquired from the electronic price tag system of each store, so that the product information of the coupon and the product information of the second correspondence are automatically matched to complete the configuration of the first correspondence.
In another embodiment, the second correspondence may be obtained and stored in advance from the electronic price tag systems of the stores, and then the stored second correspondence may be maintained according to the update information sent by the electronic price tag systems.
In further embodiments, the first corresponding relationship may also be configured in other different ways. For example, before the webpage or the app generates the configuration page, information of each electronic price tag device in the electronic price tag system of the corresponding store is acquired, so that the merchant can directly configure the first corresponding relationship in the webpage or the configuration page of the app, and the coupon delivery platform can directly acquire the first corresponding relationship through the coupon configuration information.
In step S15, after configuring the coupons of each product, the merchant needs to configure the getting rules of each coupon, and the web page or app generates getting configuration information according to the configuration of the merchant and sends the getting configuration information to the coupon delivery platform.
And after receiving the receiving configuration information, the coupon releasing platform configures the receiving rules, the receiving pages and the receiving information of the coupons according to the receiving configuration information.
In general, when the electronic price tag device corresponds to the commodity type, the pickup page corresponds to the electronic price tag device. In a special case, for example, when a plurality of electronic price tag devices are provided for the same product, the plurality of electronic price tag devices corresponding to the same product may correspond to the same pickup page.
The following describes the extraction information generated based on different extraction modes respectively:
when the receiving mode of the coupon is configured to obtain the access address of the receiving page through scanning the characteristic information code so as to access the receiving page, the receiving information is configured to be the characteristic information code generated according to the access address of the receiving page; the characteristic information code can be configured into any one of a bar code, a two-dimensional code, a multi-dimensional code and the like;
when the picking mode of the coupon is configured to acquire the access address of the picking page through NFC communication or Bluetooth connection so as to access the picking page, the picking information is configured to be prompt information for prompting a user to carry out NFC communication or Bluetooth connection, and the picking information can also comprise the access address of the picking page.
In step S17, the coupon delivering platform sends the getting information of each coupon to the electronic price tag system of the corresponding store, so as to remotely control each electronic price tag device to display the getting information of the corresponding coupon. When the pickup information is configured as prompt information, the access address of each pickup page needs to be sent to the electronic price tag system of the corresponding store.
When a user shops at a store, the user can obtain single product coupons, brand coupons and general coupons corresponding to any commodity by scanning the characteristic information code on the electronic price tag device of the commodity or performing NFC (near field communication)/Bluetooth connection. After receiving the coupon, the received coupon can be used when cash settlement is carried out again. In this embodiment, the coupon verification function can be configured independently, and the coupon verification can be completed only by being in communication connection with the coupon release platform and the cash register background respectively. Further preferably, the coupon verification function can also be integrated into the coupon delivery platform, which will be described in detail below.
FIG. 3 is a flow diagram of a preferred embodiment of the method shown in FIG. 1. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, each electronic price tag device is further configured with an LED lamp, and the method further comprises:
s18: the LED lights of each electronic price tag device are remotely controlled to light or flash to prompt the user to pick up the coupon.
In particular, the approach is generally used to prompt the user which items are configured with coupons when only a portion of the items are configured with coupons; or only prompting the commodities configured with the coupons of the current key marketing.
Further preferably, different types of coupons may also be prompted by different control means, such as, for example, single coupon prompts by flashing at shorter intervals, brand coupons by flashing at longer intervals, different categories of coupons by displaying different colors, and so forth. The above listed flashing strategies are only examples, but not limited to them, and different prompting strategies can be configured according to actual needs, and all the same technical effects can be achieved.
FIG. 4 is a flow diagram of a preferred embodiment of the method shown in FIG. 1. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the coupon verification function is integrated in the platform, and the method further comprises:
s19: and receiving the coupon verification and cancellation information, verifying and canceling the coupon received by the user according to the coupon verification and cancellation information, and returning a verification and cancellation result. And the coupon cancellation information is generated by a cash register system for cash register of the received coupon used by the user.
Specifically, when a user settles the account by using the received coupon at the cash register terminal, the cash register terminal submits the relevant information of the coupon to the cash register background, and the cash register background generates coupon verification information according to the information submitted by the cash register terminal and sends the coupon verification information to the coupon release platform for verification.
And after receiving the coupon verification information, the coupon releasing platform verifies the coupon according to the coupon received by the user, judges whether verification is successful, and returns a verification result to the cash register background so that the cash register background can finally finish settlement.
