Abstract
The invention discloses an in-tunnel vehicle-mounted air purification system, which comprises a tractor, a turbid air component and a fresh air component, wherein the turbid air component and the fresh air component are arranged on the tractor; the air outlet of the dust collection fan is connected with the turbid air cavity, and a first gas one-way valve is arranged between the dust collection fan and the turbid air cavity; the novel air conditioner comprises a tractor and is characterized in that the novel air conditioner comprises a jet fan and a novel air cavity, the direction of an air outlet of the jet fan is opposite to the advancing direction of the tractor, an air inlet of the jet fan is connected with the novel air cavity, the turbid air cavity is communicated with the novel air cavity through a gas purifying component, and a second gas one-way valve is arranged on one side of the novel air cavity on the gas purifying component. Background
The drilling and blasting method is a common technical means in underground cavity excavation engineering, after each blasting operation of a face is completed, because the blasting operation needs a sufficient safety distance, dust discharging equipment such as a dust removing fan and the like is far away from the face, and air convection is lacking, smoke and dust caused by blasting, harmful gases generated by explosive explosion and the like cannot be immediately and effectively dissipated, the pollution of operation environment air such as slag discharge, detection, support, lining and the like which are connected in the hole is serious, the operation efficiency is influenced, and even the safety and health problems are caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an in-hole vehicle-mounted air purification system which can timely remove dust and smoke in the vicinity of a tunnel face after the tunnel face in the hole is blasted, eliminate harmful gas, ensure that high-concentration smoke dust is timely treated before the smoke dust is not scattered, reduce ventilation pressure and create a good construction operation environment.

As another preferred embodiment, the turbid air chamber is provided with a gas safety valve and an overhaul port, a high-pressure alarm and a pressure display are arranged in a cab of the tractor, a first signal output end of the gas safety valve is connected with a signal input end of the high-pressure alarm, and a second signal output end of the gas safety valve is connected with a signal input end of the pressure display.
As another preferred embodiment, a fresh air pipe is arranged between the fresh air cavity and the cab of the tractor.
As another preferable implementation mode, the second gas one-way valve is arranged on the gas purifying component and is positioned on one side of the fresh air cavity.
As another preferred embodiment, the air outlet of the jet fan is in a horn shape which is outwards diffused.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. after the blasting of the tunnel face in the hole is completed, dust and smoke can be removed near the tunnel face in the blasting area at the first time, harmful gas is eliminated, the high-concentration smoke dust is ensured to be treated in time before the smoke dust is scattered, the ventilation pressure and the waste gas treatment difficulty are greatly reduced, the treatment efficacy is improved, and a good construction operation environment is created.
2. The pressure in the fresh air cavity is used as the power of the jet fan, so that the energy is saved to a great extent, and the treatment process is simplified.
3. The dust sensor is arranged at the air inlet of the dust collection fan, so that the whole-course automatic detection of turbid wind, the automatic treatment of waste gas, the automatic discharge of fresh air and the like can be realized.
4. The power of the tractor is in a first electric mode, so that secondary pollution in the working process caused by fuel power can be avoided.
5. The first gas one-way valve ensures the pressure of the turbid air cavity and improves the efficiency of gas treatment; meanwhile, the pressure in the turbid air cavity is ensured to be kept in a reasonable range by adopting the gas safety valve.
6. The new air pipe can ensure the air quality of the cockpit and avoid the driver from inhaling harmful smoke dust or gas in the operation.
7. The system is flexible and reliable in movement, strong in universality, applicable to areas where harmful smoke dust and gas are concentrated, and wide in application range.

As shown in fig. 1, an in-tunnel vehicle-mounted air purification system comprises a tractor 1, and a turbid air component and a fresh air component which are arranged on the tractor 1; the turbid air assembly comprises a dust collection fan 2 and a turbid air cavity 3, an air inlet of the dust collection fan 2 is arranged towards the advancing direction of the tractor 1, an air outlet of the dust collection fan 2 is connected with the turbid air cavity 3, and a first air one-way valve 4 is arranged between the dust collection fan 2 and the turbid air cavity 3; the new trend subassembly includes efflux fan 5 and new trend chamber 6, the orientation of efflux fan 5 air outlet with the direction of advance of tractor 1 is opposite, the air intake of efflux fan 5 with new trend chamber 6 is connected, through gas purification subassembly 7 intercommunication between turbid air chamber 3 and this new trend chamber 6, and be located new trend chamber one side on this gas purification subassembly 7 and be equipped with second gas check valve 8.
The specific working principle is as follows: after blasting of the face in the hole is completed, the tractor 1 is timely opened to a blasting area, a high-power rapid fan is used as a dust collection fan 2 to collect air (including smoke, dust, harmful gas and the like generated by blasting) in the blasting area into a turbid air cavity 3, a first gas one-way valve 4 is arranged between the dust collection fan 2 and the turbid air cavity 3, so that turbid air reflux can be avoided, the continuous increase of the pressure in the turbid air cavity 3 is ensured, the air purification is completed by ensuring enough pressure difference, and the treatment efficiency of the gas is ensured; after the pressure in the turbid air cavity 3 reaches a design value, clean air enters the fresh air cavity 6 through the second gas one-way valve 8 to be stored after penetrating through various filter media (filter screens, solvents and the like) in the gas purification assembly 7, and after the clean gas pressure in the fresh air cavity 6 reaches the starting pressure of the fresh air jet fan 5, the fresh air jet fan 5 is started to discharge fresh air.
The tractor 1 is an electric tractor, the power of the tractor 1 is in a first-choice electric mode, secondary pollution in the working process caused by fuel power can be avoided, and a power cable on the electric tractor can be connected to power supplies inside and outside a hole in a non-working period to supply power in real time; the electric vehicle can also adopt pure electric power, and power is provided for the tractor 1 through a vehicle-mounted storage battery; meanwhile, the tractor 1 can adopt an unmanned mode according to actual needs, so that the vehicle driver is prevented from being endangered by polluted air.
The dust collection fan is characterized in that a dust sensor 9 is arranged at the air inlet of the dust collection fan 2, an air quality display screen and a turbid wind alarm are arranged in a cab of the tractor 1, a first signal output end of the dust sensor is connected with a signal input end of the air quality display screen, and a second signal output end of the dust sensor is connected with a signal input end of the turbid wind alarm. The air quality of a region can be monitored in real time by the dust sensor at the air inlet of the dust collection fan 1, when the vehicle-mounted air purification system approaches to a turbid wind region of a face after blasting operation, a turbid wind alarm connected with the dust sensor gives an alarm prompt, meanwhile, the air quality display screen on the control panel in a cab displays the air quality related index of the region, the air evolution system is started through the system on-off switch (which can be set to be automatically started according to the air detection condition) until the air quality of the region reaches the standard, and the alarm of the turbid wind alarm is automatically closed.
The turbid air cavity 3 is provided with a gas safety valve 10 and an access hole 11, a high-pressure alarm and a pressure display are arranged in a cab of the tractor 1, a first signal output end of the gas safety valve 10 is connected with a signal input end of the high-pressure alarm, and a second signal output end of the gas safety valve 10 is connected with a signal input end of the pressure display. The pressure display on the operating panel of the cab of the tractor 1 reflects the pressure of the turbid air cavity 3 in real time, and in the air purification treatment process, if the pipeline is blocked, or the air filter medium is invalid and needs to be replaced, the pressure of the turbid air cavity 3 exceeds a reasonable range, the air safety valve 10 is opened, the turbid air cavity 3 is automatically decompressed, the turbid air cavity 3 and accessories are prevented from being problematic, meanwhile, the high-pressure alarm is started, an operator is prompted to check equipment, and the operator can overhaul through the overhaul port 11.
A fresh air pipe 12 is arranged between the fresh air cavity 6 and the cab of the tractor 1. The fresh air duct 12 ensures the air quality of the cockpit and prevents the driver from inhaling harmful smoke or gases during operation.
The air outlet of the jet fan 5 is in a horn shape which is outwards diffused. The outwards-diffused horn-shaped air outlet enables the fresh air from the jet fan 5 to form a fresh air curtain, so that the mixed flow of the fresh air and the turbid air can be avoided, and the treatment efficiency is influenced.

3. The in-tunnel vehicle-mounted air purification system according to claim 1, wherein a fresh air duct is provided between the fresh air chamber and the cab of the tractor.
