Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of engine air inlet filtration, and particularly relates to an air filter with a compact structure. The air filter air inlet cover is fixed on the periphery of the prefilter to form an independent air inlet channel, so that oil smoke in the power compartment is prevented from entering the prefilter; the prefilter is fixed on the air filter shell and adopts a straight-through cyclone tube to prefilter large particles; the dust pump is connected with the dust discharge port of the prefilter through a rubber tube, and dust separated by the prefilter is discharged in time; the fine filter is arranged in the air filter shell in a radial sealing mode, the air which is filtered by the pre-filter is subjected to fine filtration again, and the fine-filtered clean air enters the engine through the air outlet pipe; the fine filtration maintenance door is fixed on the air filter shell by four pull buttons; the air outlet pipe of the air filter is fixed on the air filter shell and communicated with the inner cavity of the fine filter to form an air cavity for clean air. The air filter has the advantages of compact structure, low resistance, long service life and safe and quick maintenance.

Background
In order to meet the requirement of exerting the optimal performance of the upgraded old and heavy vehicle engine, the air filter is used as a key component of the air filtering device, and whether the air filter can be successfully improved in a limited space becomes the key of the effective output of the whole power system. Designing an air filter with compact structure and excellent performance is an important way for ensuring the efficiency of the engine.

the air outlet pipe of the air filter is fixed on the air filter shell and communicated with the inner cavity of the fine filter to form a clean air cavity.
Preferably, the air filter further comprises a pressing mechanism, the pressing mechanism is fixed to the tail end of the fine filter, and the pressing and releasing of the pressing mechanism are manually controlled to achieve installation and maintenance of the fine filter.
Preferably, the front end of the fine filter and the air filter shell are sealed in a radial direction, the tail end of the fine filter is fixed by the pressing mechanism, when the fine filter is installed, the front end of the fine filter is inserted into the corresponding position of the air filter shell, and the pressing mechanism is put down at the tail end to press the fine filter, so that the function of safe and rapid maintenance is realized.
Preferably, the fine filter is cylindrical, the number of the fine filters is more than 2, the air flow rate after being filtered by the fine filter is ensured to be 10-15 m/s, and the system resistance is reduced; the filtering area of the fine filter is increased, the surface flow velocity passing through the fine filter is ensured to be 0.03-0.06 m/s, and the service life of the fine filter is prolonged.
It is further preferred that the resistance of the prefilter at maximum flow is 85% to 90% of the dust pump pressure.
Further preferably, one rocker arm in the pressing mechanism controls the pressing and releasing of the upper and lower three rows of filter elements.
Further preferably, the air filter air inlet cover, the prefilter, the fine filter and the air outlet pipe are compactly arranged, and the airflow direction is unchanged.

the fine filter 7 is arranged in the air filter shell 4 in a radial sealing mode, the air passing through the pre-filter 2 is subjected to fine filtration again, and the fine-filtered clean air enters the engine through the air outlet pipe 5;
the fine filtration maintenance door 6 is fixed on the air filter shell 4 through four pull buttons, and when fine filtration maintenance is performed, the pull buttons are manually loosened to detach the door, so that maintenance time is saved;
the pressing mechanism 8 realizes the installation and maintenance of the fine filter by manually controlling the pressing and releasing of the fine filter;

the air filter comprises an air inlet cover 1, a prefilter 2, a fine filter 7 and an air outlet 5 which are arranged compactly, and the air flow direction is unchanged.
Wherein the resistance of the prefilter 2 at the maximum flow rate is 85-90% of the resistance of the dust pump 3.
Wherein, the fine filter 7 is in a cylindrical shape, the arrangement number is more than 2, the air flow rate after being filtered by the fine filter 7 is ensured to be 10-15 m/s, and the system resistance is reduced; the filtering area of the fine filter 7 is increased, the surface flow velocity passing through the fine filter is ensured to be 0.03-0.06 m/s, and the service life of the fine filter is prolonged.
The front end of the fine filter 7 and the air filter shell 4 are sealed in the radial direction, the tail end of the fine filter 7 is fixed through the pressing mechanism 8, when the fine filter 7 is installed, only the front section of the fine filter is inserted into the corresponding position of the air filter shell 4, and the pressing mechanism 8 is put down at the tail end to press the fine filter 7, so that the safe and fast maintenance function is realized.

the air filter air inlet cover (1) is fixed around the prefilter (2) to form an independent air inlet channel, so that oil smoke in the power compartment is prevented from entering the prefilter;
the prefilter (2) is fixed on the air filter shell (4), and large particles are prefiltered by adopting a straight-through cyclone tube;
the dust pump (3) is connected with a dust discharge port of the pre-filter (2) and is used for discharging the dust separated by the pre-filter (2) in time;
the fine filter (7) is arranged in the air filter shell (4) in a radial sealing mode, the air passing through the pre-filter (2) is subjected to fine filtration again, and the fine-filtered clean air enters the engine through the air outlet pipe (5);
the fine filtration maintenance door (6) is fixed on the air filter shell (4) through four pull buttons, and when fine filtration maintenance is carried out, the pull buttons are manually loosened to detach the door;
the air outlet pipe (5) of the air filter is fixed on the air filter shell (4) and is communicated with the inner cavity of the fine filter (7) to form an air cavity of clean air.
2. The air cleaner of claim 1, further comprising a pressing mechanism (8), wherein the pressing mechanism (8) is fixed to the end of the fine filter (7), and the fine filter (7) is installed and maintained by manually controlling the pressing and releasing of the pressing mechanism.

The air cleaner of claim 2, wherein the front end of the fine filter (7) is sealed with the air filter housing (4) in a radial direction, and the tail end of the fine filter (7) is fixed by the pressing mechanism (8), so that when the fine filter (7) is installed, the front end of the fine filter is inserted into the corresponding position of the air filter housing (4), and the pressing mechanism (8) is put down at the tail end to press the fine filter (7), thereby realizing the function of safe and rapid maintenance.

5. An air cleaner of compact construction according to claim 2, characterized in that the resistance of the precleaner (2) at maximum flow is 85% to 90% of the pressure of the dust pump (3).
6. The air cleaner with compact structure and excellent performance as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that a rocker arm in the pressing mechanism (8) controls the pressing and releasing of the upper and lower three rows of filter elements.
7. The air cleaner of claim 1, wherein the air flow directions of the air cleaner inlet cover (1), the prefilter (2), the fine filter (7) and the air outlet pipe (5) are unchanged.
