Abstract
一种集成墙面安装结构,它包括墙面装饰板、龙骨、固定片和龙骨固定螺钉,上述的墙面装饰板的一侧有公头,另一侧有母槽,龙骨固定螺钉在固定龙骨的同时还能对其龙骨在墙面的高度进行调节。本发明的集成墙面安装结构,墙面装饰板、龙骨、固定片和龙骨固定螺钉都可由工厂进行标准化的生产并进行规范化的安装,克服毛坯墙平整度差,安装调整难度大的缺陷,对安装施工人员和装备的技术要求低,具有安装方便的特点。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及集成墙面,具体是一种集成墙面安装结构。
背景技术:
现有的墙面装饰已经越来越多的采用墙面装饰板,这种墙面装饰板的一侧是公头,另一侧是母槽。安装时,可以先将一块墙面装饰板用铁钉固定于墙面,然后依次将其它墙面装饰板的公头插入另一块墙面装饰板的母槽进行拼接并用铁钉固定。上述安装方法对墙面的平整度要求比较高,安装后难以拆卸。也有先在墙面上安装木龙骨并根据墙面平整度调整木龙骨,然后再按照上述方法将墙面装饰板安装在木龙骨上。这种结构方式可解决墙面平整度不高的问题,但仍然存在平整度调整麻烦,难以拆卸,对施工人员安装技术要求高,不利于工厂化的整体生产和施工。
发明内容:
本发明针对上述墙面装饰板结构的缺陷进行改进,提出一种调整方便、安装简单,便于拆卸,利于工厂化整体生产和施工的集成墙面安装结构。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:一种集成墙面安装结构,它包括墙面装饰板、龙骨、固定片和龙骨固定螺钉,上述的墙面装饰板的一侧有公头,另一侧有母槽,其特征在于上述的固定片是一个薄片结构,薄片上有螺钉孔,薄片上有冲压形成的卡扣,上述卡扣用来固定墙面装饰板母槽的下端;上述龙骨采用型材结构,龙骨表面有两条用来固定固定片的螺钉槽,上述螺钉槽的端面高度低于龙骨两侧的端面高度,上述龙骨的中间有龙骨固定孔,上述龙骨固定孔是一个圆孔和细长槽相连形成的孔;上述龙骨固定螺钉的螺钉头下方有一个圆形片状结构,螺钉头和上述圆形片状结构之间有一个凹槽;安装时,上述龙骨固定螺钉从上述龙骨固定孔的圆孔位置进入,移动龙骨,将龙骨固定孔的细长槽部分进入到龙骨固定螺钉的螺钉头和圆形片状结构之间的凹槽内,龙骨固定螺钉在固定龙骨的同时还能对其龙骨在墙面的高度进行调节。
本发明的集成墙面安装结构,墙面装饰板、龙骨、固定片和龙骨固定螺钉都可由工厂进行标准化的生产并进行规范化的安装,克服毛坯墙平整度差,安装调整难度大的缺陷,对安装施工人员和装备的技术要求低,具有安装方便的特点。

下面结合附图通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示,本发明的一种集成墙面安装结构,它包括墙面装饰板1、龙骨3、固定片2和龙骨固定螺钉4,上述的墙面装饰板1的一侧有公头11,另一侧有母槽12,其特征在于上述的固定片2是一个薄片结构,薄片上有螺钉孔21,薄片上有冲压形成的卡扣22,上述卡扣22用来固定墙面装饰板1母槽12的下端;上述龙骨3采用型材结构,龙骨3表面有两条用来固定固定片2的螺钉槽32,上述螺钉槽32的端面高度低于龙骨3两侧的端面高度,上述龙骨3的中间有龙骨固定孔31,上述龙骨固定孔31是一个圆孔和细长槽相连形成的孔;上述龙骨固定螺钉4的螺钉头41下方有一个圆形片状结构42,螺钉头41和上述圆形片状结构42之间有一个凹槽;安装时,上述龙骨固定螺钉4从上述龙骨固定孔31的圆孔位置进入,移动龙骨3,将龙骨固定孔31的细长槽部分进入到龙骨固定螺钉4的螺钉头41和圆形片状结构42之间的凹槽内,龙骨固定螺钉4在固定龙骨3的同时还能对其龙骨3在墙面的高度进行调节。

1.一种集成墙面安装结构,它包括墙面装饰板(1)、龙骨(3)、固定片(2)和龙骨固定螺钉(4),上述墙面装饰板(1)的一侧有公头(11),另一侧有母槽(12),其特征在于上述的固定片(2)是一个薄片结构,薄片上有螺钉孔(21),薄片上有冲压形成的卡扣(22),上述卡扣(22)用来固定墙面装饰板(1)母槽(12)的下端;上述龙骨(3)采用型材结构,龙骨(3)表面有两条用来固定固定片(2)的螺钉槽(32),上述螺钉槽(32)的端面高度低于龙骨(3)两侧的端面高度,上述龙骨(3)的中间有龙骨固定孔(31),上述龙骨固定孔(31)是一个圆孔和细长槽相连形成的孔;上述龙骨固定螺钉(4)的螺钉头(41)下方有一个圆形片状结构(42),螺钉头(41)和上述圆形片状结构(42)之间有一个凹槽;安装时,上述龙骨固定螺钉(4)从上述龙骨固定孔(31)的圆孔位置进入,移动龙骨(3),将龙骨固定孔(31)的细长槽部分进入到龙骨固定螺钉(4)的螺钉头(41)和圆形片状结构(42)之间的凹槽内,龙骨固定螺钉(4)在固定龙骨(3)的同时还能对其龙骨(3)在墙面的高度进行调节。
