发明公开了一种羊毛面料酶促防毡缩工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:采用氯化法对羊毛面料中的纤维进行剥鳞处理,清洗烘干;S2:将S1所得羊毛面料置于酶促处理液中35~40℃中浸泡处理,清水洗涤干燥,再经柔软、烘干,得到酶促防毡缩处的羊毛面料成品;酶促处理液的组成包括邻苯二酚、多酚氧化酶、pH值调节剂、还原剂和水,酶促处理液的pH值为7~8.5。本发明以邻苯二酚为底物,在多酚氧化酶的催化作用下,邻苯二酚的羟基与酪氨酸残基以氢键相连,形成酶与底物的复合物,同时还原剂与游离氯发生反应,降低酪氨酸残基与游离氯的反应几率。

一种羊毛面料酶促防毡缩工艺
技术领域
本发明属于羊毛面料整理技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛面料酶促防毡缩工艺。
背景技术
毛纤维集合体或毛织物在皂洗溶液、酸性溶液或其他类似水溶液中受到反复挤压揉搓,纤维互相缠绕和毡并,纤维间间隙变小,并渐趋紧密,不能再恢复分散原状,这一特性称毡缩性。实际生产中需要对羊毛面料进行防毡缩整理。常用的防毡缩整理方法包括化学降解法、聚合物沉积法和酶处理法三种。化学降解法和酶处理法通常成为丝光处理,国内一般是将羊毛需要先经BasolanDC氯化或蛋白酶处理,破坏、剥去羊毛表层的毛鳞片,其中氯化处理后的羊毛纤维中残留少量的氯,上述游离的氯会与羊毛中的酪氨酸残基化合物发生缓慢的氧化反应,引起羊毛泛黄,强力损伤等问题。采用双氧水、过氧乙酸等进一步漂白处理,不利于保证羊毛纤维的强力。
因此,有必要对现有技术中游离氯处理方法进行改进,或者探索羊毛中的酪氨酸残基保护方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种羊毛面料酶促防毡缩工艺,通过引入邻苯二酚作为底物保护酪氨酸残基,减小游离氯与酪氨酸残基的反应几率,保证面料氯化处理前后的较小黄变。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种羊毛面料酶促防毡缩工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:采用氯化法对羊毛面料中的纤维进行剥鳞处理,清洗烘干;
S2:将S1所得羊毛面料置于酶促处理液中35~40℃中浸泡处理,清水洗涤干燥,再经柔软、烘干,得到酶促防毡缩处的羊毛面料成品;
其特征在于,所述酶促处理液的组成包括邻苯二酚、多酚氧化酶、pH值调节剂、还原剂和水,酶促处理液的pH 值为7~8.5。
优选的技术方案为,按重量份数计,酶促整理液的组成为:邻苯二酚2~5份、还原剂4~9份、水80~110份。
优选的技术方案为,pH值调节剂为Tris-HCl缓冲对。
优选的技术方案为,多酚氧化镁的使用量与羊毛面料中羊毛含量之比为6~10μKat/1g。
优选的技术方案为,还原剂为亚硫酸钠或焦亚硫酸钠。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
本发明以邻苯二酚为底物,在多酚氧化酶的催化作用下,邻苯二酚的羟基与酪氨酸残基以氢键相连,形成酶与底物的复合物,同时还原剂与游离氯发生反应,降低酪氨酸残基与游离氯的反应几率;
酶促反应后的清洗过程中由于底物和酶浓度的减小,复合物稳定性下降,复合物构象发生扭曲,氢键断裂,邻苯二酚脱离。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1羊毛面料酶促防毡缩工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:采用氯化法对羊毛面料中的纤维进行剥鳞处理,清洗烘干;
S2:将S1所得羊毛面料置于酶促处理液中35~40℃中浸泡处理,清水洗涤干燥,再经柔软、烘干,得到酶促防毡缩处的羊毛面料成品;
酶促处理液的组成包括邻苯二酚、多酚氧化酶、pH值调节剂、还原剂和水,酶促处理液的pH 值为7~7.5,按重量份数计酶促整理液的组成为:邻苯二酚1份、还原剂3份、水150份。
pH值调节剂为硼酸-硼砂缓冲对。多酚氧化镁的使用量与羊毛面料中羊毛含量之比为20μKat/1g。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:酶促处理液的pH 值为7.5~8,按重量份数计酶促整理液的组成为:邻苯二酚2份、还原剂9份、水80份。
pH值调节剂为Tris-HCl缓冲对。
多酚氧化镁的使用量与羊毛面料中羊毛含量之比为6μKat/1g。
还原剂为亚硫酸钠或焦亚硫酸钠。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别在于,实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:酶促处理液的pH 值为8~8.5,按重量份数计酶促整理液的组成为:邻苯二酚5份、还原剂4份、水110份。
pH值调节剂为Tris-HCl缓冲对。
多酚氧化镁的使用量与羊毛面料中羊毛含量之比为10μKat/1g。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例3的区别在于,实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:酶促处理液的pH 值为8~8.5,按重量份数计酶促整理液的组成为:邻苯二酚3.5份、还原剂6.5份、水95份。
pH值调节剂为Tris-HCl缓冲对。
多酚氧化镁的使用量与羊毛面料中羊毛含量之比为8μKat/1g。
对比例
将氯化处理后的面料直接置于室温下6h。
对比例和实施例的面料黄变比较,经实施例1-4处理后的面料黄变程度比对比例试样小,其中实施例中实施例1的黄变程度相对较大,表明酶促处理液中的酶浓度和底物浓度共同决定了酶促反应的反应速率,单一因素如实施例1中酶浓度过大,不利于酶促酪氨酸残基反应的进行。

S1:采用氯化法对羊毛面料中的纤维进行剥鳞处理,清洗烘干;
S2:将S1所得羊毛面料置于酶促处理液中35~40℃中浸泡处理,清水洗涤干燥,再经柔软、烘干,得到酶促防毡缩处的羊毛面料成品;
所述酶促处理液的组成包括邻苯二酚、多酚氧化酶、pH值调节剂、还原剂和水,酶促处理液的pH 值为7~8.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料酶促防毡缩工艺,其特征在于,按重量份数计,酶促整理液的组成为:邻苯二酚2~5份、还原剂4~9份、水80~110份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的羊毛面料酶促防毡缩工艺,其特征在于,pH值调节剂为Tris-HCl缓冲对。
