Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水地板,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:聚氯乙烯110‑130、偶氮二甲酰胺2‑3、8‑羟基喹啉0.7‑1、油酸二乙醇酰胺1‑2、硬脂酸钡2‑4、尼龙酸甲酯8‑10、棕榈蜡3‑5、乙基纤维素4‑7、季戊四醇3‑5、交联剂0.7‑1、纳米二氧化硅15‑20,本发明有效的提高了成品地板材料的力学稳定性,而纳米二氧化硅则可以改善地板表面疏水性能,增强抗性。

技术领域
本发明属于地板领域,具体涉及一种防水地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC地板是当今世界上非常流行的一种新型轻体地面装饰材料,也称为"轻体地材"。是一种在欧美及亚洲的日韩广受欢迎的产品,风靡国外,从80年代初开始进入中国市场,至今在国内的大中城市已经得到普遍的认可,使用非常广泛,比如家庭、医院、学校、办公楼、工厂、公共场所、超市、商业、体育场馆等各种场所。同时随着人们观念的增强,人们对于PVC地板的要求也越来越高,希望PVC地板的性能得到进一步的改进;
目前,pvc地板韧性不足,容易撕扯断裂,而传统为了提高韧性加入的有毒的增塑剂比如苯二甲酸二丁酯,则会降低材料的环保性,不符合绿色健康的理念。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种防水地板及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种防水地板,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚氯乙烯110-130、偶氮二甲酰胺2-3、8-羟基喹啉0.7-1、油酸二乙醇酰胺1-2、硬脂酸钡2-4、尼龙酸甲酯8-10、棕榈蜡3-5、乙基纤维素4-7、季戊四醇3-5、交联剂0.7-1、纳米二氧化硅15-20。
所述的交联剂为二异氰酸酯。
一种防水地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取8-羟基喹啉,加入到其重量7-10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入硬脂酸钡,升高温度为55-60℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得醇分散液;
(2)取油酸二乙醇酰胺,加入到其重量13-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺溶液;
(3)取上述醇分散液、酰胺溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入纳米二氧化硅,超声4-9分钟,得二氧化硅分散液;
(4)取交联剂,加入到上述二氧化硅分散液中,搅拌均匀,加入聚氯乙烯,升高温度为70-75℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,得交联分散液;
(5)取棕榈蜡,加入到尼龙酸甲酯中,在40-50℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,与上述交联分散液混合,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,得交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(6)取上述交联改性聚氯乙烯,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出,冷却,即得所述防水地板。
本发明的优点:
本发明以纳米二氧化硅为原料,通过在油酸二乙醇酰胺水溶液中分散,然后以二异氰酸酯为交联剂,在纳米二氧化硅分散液中对聚氯乙烯进行交联改性,从而有效的提高了成品地板材料的力学稳定性,而纳米二氧化硅则可以改善地板表面疏水性能,增强抗性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防水地板,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚氯乙烯110、偶氮二甲酰胺2、8-羟基喹啉0.7、油酸二乙醇酰胺1、硬脂酸钡2、尼龙酸甲酯8、棕榈蜡3、乙基纤维素4、季戊四醇3、交联剂0.7、纳米二氧化硅15。
所述的交联剂为二异氰酸酯。
一种防水地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取8-羟基喹啉,加入到其重量7倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入硬脂酸钡,升高温度为55℃,保温搅拌20分钟,得醇分散液;
(2)取油酸二乙醇酰胺,加入到其重量13倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺溶液;
(3)取上述醇分散液、酰胺溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入纳米二氧化硅,超声4分钟,得二氧化硅分散液;
(4)取交联剂,加入到上述二氧化硅分散液中,搅拌均匀,加入聚氯乙烯,升高温度为70℃,保温搅拌1小时,得交联分散液;
(5)取棕榈蜡,加入到尼龙酸甲酯中,在40℃下保温搅拌10分钟,与上述交联分散液混合,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,得交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(6)取上述交联改性聚氯乙烯,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出,冷却,即得所述防水地板。
实施例2
一种防水地板,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚氯乙烯130、偶氮二甲酰胺3、8-羟基喹啉1、油酸二乙醇酰胺2、硬脂酸钡4、尼龙酸甲酯10、棕榈蜡5、乙基纤维素7、季戊四醇5、交联剂1、纳米二氧化硅20。
所述的交联剂为二异氰酸酯。
一种防水地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取8-羟基喹啉,加入到其重量10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入硬脂酸钡,升高温度为60℃,保温搅拌30分钟,得醇分散液;
(2)取油酸二乙醇酰胺,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺溶液;
(3)取上述醇分散液、酰胺溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入纳米二氧化硅,超声9分钟,得二氧化硅分散液;
(4)取交联剂,加入到上述二氧化硅分散液中,搅拌均匀,加入聚氯乙烯,升高温度为75℃,保温搅拌2小时,得交联分散液;
(5)取棕榈蜡,加入到尼龙酸甲酯中,在50℃下保温搅拌20分钟,与上述交联分散液混合,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,得交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(6)取上述交联改性聚氯乙烯,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出,冷却,即得所述防水地板。
Claims (3)
1.一种防水地板,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚氯乙烯110-130、偶氮二甲酰胺2-3、8-羟基喹啉0.7-1、油酸二乙醇酰胺1-2、硬脂酸钡2-4、尼龙酸甲酯8-10、棕榈蜡3-5、乙基纤维素4-7、季戊四醇3-5、交联剂0.7-1、纳米二氧化硅15-20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水地板,其特征在于,所述的交联剂为二异氰酸酯。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的防水地板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取8-羟基喹啉,加入到其重量7-10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入硬脂酸钡,升高温度为55-60℃,保温搅拌20-30分钟,得醇分散液;
(2)取油酸二乙醇酰胺,加入到其重量13-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺溶液;
(3)取上述醇分散液、酰胺溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入纳米二氧化硅,超声4-9分钟,得二氧化硅分散液;
(4)取交联剂,加入到上述二氧化硅分散液中,搅拌均匀,加入聚氯乙烯,升高温度为70-75℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,得交联分散液;
(5)取棕榈蜡,加入到尼龙酸甲酯中,在40-50℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,与上述交联分散液混合,搅拌均匀,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,得交联改性聚氯乙烯;
(6)取上述交联改性聚氯乙烯,与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,送入到挤出机中,熔融挤出,冷却,即得所述防水地板。
