本发明公开一种安全卫生饮水机,有外壳(1),在外壳(1)上有进水口(2)及出水口(8),在外壳(1)内设有依次连接的PP棉滤芯(3)、功能滤芯(4)、活性炭滤芯(5)、纳滤膜滤芯(6)及消毒装置(7),所述PP棉滤芯(3)与进水口(2)相接,所述消毒装置(7)与出水口(8)相接,所述功能滤芯(4)设有滤芯外壳(4‑3),与滤芯外壳(4‑3)活动连接有竖直的滤芯内胆(4‑6),在滤芯内胆(4‑6)上下两端分别设有滤板(4‑4),在两个滤板(4‑4)之间有滤料(4‑5),在滤芯外壳(4‑3)上端设有滤水进口(4‑2),在滤芯内胆(4‑6)的上面的滤板(4‑4)之上设有滤水出口(4‑1)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全卫生饮水机,尤其是一种可滤除重金属等有害矿物质且可在线自动消毒的安全卫生饮水机。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,自动饮水机应用较为普遍。现有饮水机大多设置有活性炭及纳滤膜,可吸附、过滤水中的无机、有机物质及胶体颗粒等,但是却无法滤除水源中超标的铁、锰、铝、镉、铜、铅、汞、砷等有毒性的矿物质。长期饮用,毒性矿物质元素在体内累积,会对身体健康造成负面影响。另外,现有饮水机并没有消毒设施,需要人工定期进行清洗、消毒等,不仅操作过程繁琐,浪费人力物力,而且还存在着拆洗引起的二次污染,同时还可能因疏漏而未定期清洗,造成细菌孳生,损害饮用者的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种可滤除重金属等有害矿物质且可在线自动消毒的安全卫生饮水机。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种安全卫生饮水机,有外壳,在外壳上有进水口及出水口,在外壳内设有依次连接的PP棉滤芯、功能滤芯、活性炭滤芯、纳滤膜滤芯及消毒装置,所述PP棉滤芯与进水口相接,所述消毒装置与出水口相接,所述功能滤芯设有滤芯外壳,与滤芯外壳活动连接有竖直的滤芯内胆,在滤芯内胆上下两端分别设有滤板,在两个滤板之间有滤料,在滤芯外壳上端设有滤水进口,在滤芯内胆的上面的滤板之上设有滤水出口。
本发明设置了功能滤芯,可根据水源状况更换滤芯内胆,不仅可吸附滤除无机、有机物质及胶体颗粒等,还可滤出重金属等有毒矿物质;同时所设置的消毒装置,可在线自动消毒,无需人工操作,即可节省人力物力,还可避免拆洗引起二次污染以及因疏漏而未定期清洗的问题,保证直接饮用水安全卫生。

具体实施方式
本发明的安全卫生饮水机如图1所示,与现有技术相同有外壳1,在外壳1上有进水口2及出水口8,与现有技术不同的是在外壳1内设有依次连接的PP棉滤芯3、功能滤芯4、活性炭滤芯5、纳滤膜滤芯6及消毒装置7,PP棉滤芯3与进水口2相接,消毒装置7与出水口8相接,各滤芯与管路之间均可采用快速接头相接。PP棉滤芯3、活性炭滤芯5及纳滤膜滤芯6均可外购,消毒装置7可采用在紫外线灯等。功能滤芯4如图2所示:设有滤芯外壳4-3,与滤芯外壳4-3活动连接有竖直的滤芯内胆4-6,可螺纹连接、卡扣插接等,总之是便于拆卸更换的结构。在滤芯内胆4-6上下两端分别设有滤板4-4,在两个滤板4-4之间有滤料4-5。滤料4-5是与重金属离子强力螯合的高分子有机化合物,可采用装卡结构,根据水源中超标的毒性矿物质的种类进行选择,如除铁锰滤料、除铝镉滤料、除砷滤料等。在滤芯外壳4-3上端设有滤水进口4-2,在滤芯内胆4-6的上面的滤板4-4之上设有滤水出口4-1。
工作过程:
首先根据水源中超标的毒性矿物质的种类,选择具有不同滤料4-5的滤芯内胆4-6,将滤芯内胆4-6安装在滤芯外壳4-3内,并通过快速接头与管路相接。
将进水口2和出水口8分别与水管相接,打开阀门,则水从进水口2依次通过PP棉滤芯3、功能滤芯4、活性炭滤芯5、纳滤膜滤芯6及消毒装置7,从出水口8流出。PP棉滤芯3对水进行预过滤,滤除水中的铁锈、泥沙、虫卵等大颗粒物质;功能滤芯4可滤除重金属等有害矿物质;活性炭滤芯5及纳滤膜滤芯6可吸附、过滤水中的无机、有机物质及胶体颗粒等;消毒装置7则杀灭水中的细菌等;各单元相辅相成,从而保证饮用水安全卫生。

1.一种安全卫生饮水机,有外壳(1),在外壳(1)上有进水口(2)及出水口(8),其特征在于:在外壳(1)内设有依次连接的PP棉滤芯(3)、功能滤芯(4)、活性炭滤芯(5)、纳滤膜滤芯(6)及消毒装置(7),所述PP棉滤芯(3)与进水口(2)相接,所述消毒装置(7)与出水口(8)相接,所述功能滤芯(4)设有滤芯外壳(4-3),与滤芯外壳(4-3)活动连接有竖直的滤芯内胆(4-6),在滤芯内胆(4-6)上下两端分别设有滤板(4-4),在两个滤板(4-4)之间有滤料(4-5),在滤芯外壳(4-3)上端设有滤水进口(4-2),在滤芯内胆(4-6)的上面的滤板(4-4)之上设有滤水出口(4-1)。
