Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型导电托盘及其制作方法,属于电子元器件包装、转运用托盘技术领域,包括托盘体以及设置在托盘体上的用于电子元件放置的凹槽,所述的托盘体为三层复合结构,其首层为包装用导电薄膜,中间层为导电发泡棉,底层为导电工程塑料。本发明不仅具有一定的机械强度、防静电性能,还能保护电子器件,并且一体成型,使用方便。

一种新型导电托盘及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明属于电子元器件包装、转运用托盘技术领域,具体涉及一种新型导电托盘及其制作方法。
背景技术
导电托盘能够消除静电,大量用于电子器件及产品生产过程的周转装载、包装、贮存以及运输。行业中又称为导静电托盘;托盘的高度一般在100mm以下;适用于精密电子元件周转存放的容器,根据客户电子元件要求,所以对尺寸也有不同要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种导电托盘,不仅具有一定的机械强度、防静电性能,还能保护电子器件,并且一体成型,使用方便。
本发明的技术方案:
一种新型导电托盘,包括托盘体以及设置在托盘体上的用于电子元件放置的凹槽,所述的托盘体为三层复合结构,其首层为包装用导电薄膜,中间层为导电发泡棉,底层为导电工程塑料。
进一步地,所述的包装用导电薄膜为导电PE薄膜、导电POE薄膜和导电TPU薄膜中的一种。
进一步地,所述的导电发泡棉为导电IXPE发泡棉和导电IXPP发泡棉中的一种。
进一步地,其特征在于,导电工程塑料为导电HIPS塑料、导电ABS塑料或者导电PET塑料中的一种。
一种如权利要求1所述新型导电托盘的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)导电工程塑料片材制备:根据配方将树脂、导电成分和助剂混合、密炼,并在挤出机中挤出导电工程塑料片材。
(b)首层、中间层与底层的复合:对导电薄膜和导电发泡棉进行升温,在导电工程塑料片材挤出机的出料口处,利用导电工程塑料片材挤出作业时的高温,通过压辊辊轧,将首层、中间层与底层进行复合。
(c)将复合后的复合片材根据尺寸进行裁切。
(d)将步骤(c)中的裁切后的复合片材,通过吸塑工艺,成型为步骤1所述的新型导电托盘。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:不仅具有一定的机械强度、防静电性能,还能保护电子器件,并且一体成型,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图1和图3所示的一种新型导电托盘,包括托盘体1以及设置在托盘体1上的用于电子元件放置的凹槽2,所述的托盘体1为三层复合结构,其首层为包装用导电薄膜11,中间层为导电发泡棉12,底层为导电工程塑料13。
实施例1:
一种新型导电托盘,包括托盘体1以及设置在托盘体1上的用于电子元件放置的凹槽2,所述的托盘体1为三层复合结构,其首层为导电PE薄膜,中间层为导电IXPE发泡棉,底层为导电HIPS塑料。
上述新型导电托盘的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)导电工程塑料片材制备:将如下成分进行混合、密炼:
HIPS 60%
PE-MAH 5%
EMA 5%
SEBS 5%
炭黑 20%
多功能偶联分散剂 2%
硬脂酸锌 1.5%
抗氧剂168 1%
抗氧剂1010 0.5%。
并在挤出机中挤出导电HIPS塑料片材。
(b)首层、中间层与底层的复合:对导电PE薄膜和导电IXPE发泡棉进行升温,在导电HIPS塑料片材挤出机的出料口处,在导电HIPS塑料片材温度处于145-155℃时,与145-155℃的IXPE发泡棉辊轧复合,之后,当导电HIPS塑料片材与IXPE发泡棉复合层的温度降至110-130℃时,与温度处于110-130℃的导电PE薄膜进行辊轧复合,冷却后即形成了三层复合结构的复合片材。
(c)将复合后的复合片材根据需要的尺寸进行裁切。
(d)将步骤(c)中的裁切后的复合片材,通过吸塑工艺,成型为所述的新型导电托盘,如图1和图2所示。
上述中的导电PE薄膜和导电IXPE发泡棉采用现有技术即可,实际生产中可以直接采购,或者根据现有技术中公开的资料进行生产。
实施例2:
一种新型导电托盘,包括托盘体1以及设置在托盘体1上的用于电子元件放置的凹槽2,所述的托盘体1为三层复合结构,其首层为导电POE薄膜,中间层为导电IXPE发泡棉,底层为导电ABS塑料。
上述新型导电托盘的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)导电ABS塑料片材制备:将如下成分进行混合、密炼:
ABS GP22 65%
PE-MAH 5%
EMA 5%
3PbO·PbSO4·H2O 5%
炭黑 15%
多功能偶联分散剂 2%
硬脂酸锌 1.5%
抗氧剂168 1%
抗氧剂1010 0.5%。
并在挤出机中挤出导电ABS塑料片材。
(b)首层、中间层与底层的复合:对导电POE薄膜和导电IXPE发泡棉进行升温,在导电ABS塑料片材挤出机的出料口处,在导电ABS塑料片材温度处于145-155℃时,与145-155℃的IXPE发泡棉辊轧复合,之后,当导电ABS塑料片材与IXPE发泡棉复合层的温度降至110-130℃时,与温度处于110-130℃的导电POE薄膜进行辊轧复合,冷却后即形成了三层复合结构的复合片材。
(c)将复合后的复合片材根据需要的尺寸进行裁切。
(d)将步骤(c)中的裁切后的复合片材,通过吸塑工艺,成型为所述的新型导电托盘。
实施例3
一种新型导电托盘,包括托盘体1以及设置在托盘体1上的用于电子元件放置的凹槽2,所述的托盘体1为三层复合结构,其首层为导电TPU薄膜,中间层为导电IXPP发泡棉,底层为导电PET塑料。
上述新型导电托盘的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)导电PET塑料片材制备:将如下成分进行混合、密炼:
PET树脂 75%
POE 9%
钛白粉 1%
白蜡 0.5%
炭黑 10%
季戊四醇酯 1.5%
硬脂酸锌 1.5%
抗氧剂168 1%
抗氧剂1076 0.5%。
并在挤出机中挤出导电PET塑料片材。
(b)首层、中间层与底层的复合:对导电TPU薄膜和导电IXPP发泡棉进行升温,在导电PET塑料片材挤出机的出料口处,在导电PET塑料片材温度处于150-170℃时,与150-170℃的IXPP发泡棉H和导电TPU薄膜辊轧复合,冷却后即形成了三层复合结构的复合片材。
(c)将复合后的复合片材根据需要的尺寸进行裁切。
(d)将步骤(c)中的裁切后的复合片材,通过吸塑工艺,成型为所述的新型导电托盘。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型导电托盘,包括托盘体(1)以及设置在托盘体(1)上的用于电子元件放置的凹槽(2),其特征在于,所述的托盘体(1)为三层复合结构,其首层为包装用导电薄膜(11),中间层为导电发泡棉(12),底层为导电工程塑料(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型导电托盘,其特征在于,所述的包装用导电薄膜(11)为导电PE薄膜、导电POE薄膜和导电TPU薄膜中的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型导电托盘,其特征在于,所述的导电发泡棉(12)为导电IXPE发泡棉和导电IXPP发泡棉中的一种。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种新型导电托盘,其特征在于,导电工程塑料(13)为导电HIPS塑料、导电ABS塑料或者导电PET塑料中的一种。
5.一种如权利要求1所述新型导电托盘的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(a)导电工程塑料片材制备:根据配方将树脂、导电成分和助剂混合、密炼,并在挤出机中挤出导电工程塑料片材;
(b)首层、中间层与底层的复合:对导电薄膜和导电发泡棉进行升温,在导电工程塑料片材挤出机的出料口处,利用导电工程塑料片材挤出作业时的高温,通过压辊辊轧,将首层、中间层与底层进行复合;
(c)将复合后的复合片材根据尺寸进行裁切;
(d)将步骤(c)中的裁切后的复合片材,通过吸塑工艺,成型为步骤1所述的新型导电托盘。
